Im a Pittsburgh guy so of course I thought I found the best in Pittsburgh. Spent tens of thousands with this place and theyve delivered every time on time. John was great as was Lauren. Later found out they do business internationally and for movies too. But they have time for a couple dozen t shirts or thousands for the local sports teams. If the NFL, NCAA, NHL, and Hollywood trust them so should you. Big fan.

Pro Knitwear: Professional, Customer Focused, and Warm HeartedFrom the very first interaction with Pro Knitwear they were informative and very personable. I had brought 2 penguins jerseys to them to have customized. I had some glue stains and on the black Jersey and a large amount of yellow dye that was on the white jersey. I had thought I may have ruined the white jersey with all the yellow dye that was on the back.When I dropped the jersey off at Pro Knitwear I was met by Vincent, who has been the best help and great with communication I showed home the jersey and what I wanted to have done on both. While talking with him and showing the yellow dye stains, Chantel walked by and he had asked if the yellow dye would come out and her response was, “Absolutely well just spray it!” Needless to say this did ease my mind just a bit but I was still unsure.They quoted about 2 week turn around time which was fine by me.I received a call a day before the two weeks letting me know my jerseys were done. Upon picking them up I was again greeted with a warm welcome from Vincent. He had brought out the jerseys and when I saw them for the first time I was speechless. There was no yellow dye to be found anywhere on my white jersey. On the black Jersey there was no signs of glue anywhere. The only thing I could says was wow! To say I was pleased with jerseys is an understatement. I was blown away!Thank you to everyone at Pro Knitwear for taking of me from start to finish. This was more than I could ever expect. You have a customer for life.

Absolutely phenomenal. They do the Pittsburgh Penguins’ actual game jerseys so they are as professional and experienced as it gets! Friendly and honest folks as well. They never disappoint!

Bought a retro Penguins jersey with the intention of getting Lemieux customized on it. The jersey came out absolutely perfect. The customer service was marvelous and the end result is spectacular. We are on the Federal Do Not Call List Registry. On Tuesday, a representative from Pro Knitware cold-called to discuss his products. I informed him that we are on the FDNCLR and do not accept calls from vendors. The representative’s response was, “Na ah. I found this number on the internet so I can call you when I want.” I took the time to explain to this individual how the Do Not Call Registry works. He gave a contemptuous laugh and slammed down the phone. I am notifying the business owner to educate his staff to behave respectfully toward members of the Pittsburgh community and to comply with Federal law.
