Love Costco. Huge quantities of stuff at great prices. This one is always busy but there is plenty of parking and a gas station ⛽ to boot.

My membership at Costco can save me money on certain things like their chickens. Their world famous chickens. I keep finding that its cheaper to buy their precooked rotisserie chicken than it is to buy a raw chicken I have to cook myself. However, what I find more important is that they give me access to exceptional quality items at prices similar to those of inferior quality items. Their customer service is pretty awesome and I dont think Ive bought a tire from anybody except Costco for years.

Costco has more items than just bulk foods and household goods. They offer fresh produce, clothes, books, alcohol, pharmacy, vision and tire center.Let me just say that the guys in the tire center at this specific location are all awesome. They go above and beyond and have EXCELLENT customer service

We only prefer costco from costco drive robinson, more items here than cranberry branch.. specifically indian maggi, tur dal, urad dal.. best quality sectional sofa they have

This costco is one of the bigger ones that I have been too. It is always really crowded it seems every time I go. I usually just go for their baked goods section and to stock up on chips and water. Gas is always cheaper by 5-15 cents and if you have their card you save 4% more. They now have self checkout which makes the check out process a lot better as well!!

I really enjoy shopping at Costco. I think their prices are fantastic. The employees there, are very friendly, and helpful. When it comes to returns, and or exchanges they are the best in the business. Speaking from experience, anytime I exchanged or return something, there was never a problem. I appreciate their executive membership, (thats what I have). There are a lot of benefits that come with this membership, thats why I chose it over the standard membership.

No matter what Costco I visit, all stores are the same except for their customer service which varies of course from state to state.In this particular store the aisles were uncluttered, shelves well stocked and store employees were all friendly (the ones we came into contact with).Concession stand still offered great prices on their food and drinks.Checkout had a line but moved quickly.Reason I am not rating a 5 star is that they now have self checkout but at the moment, only accepts credit cards no cash.Maybe this is a good thing so they keep cashiers working rather than taking jobs away.

I love Costco. They are amazing. These are fighting words, but they are so much better than Sam’s club and BJ’s

Upon entering, carts are sanitized and everyone wearing a mask. The store is clean and well organized. The aisles were uncluttered, shelves well stocked. Excellent bulk buying, they do have great products with great prices. Produce section is fresh and a great meat market with fresh cut of meat. No hassle checking out on both lines and self-checkout. Overall our shopping experience was pleasant and felt comfortable with the protective measures taken at this location on Covid-19 safety guide. That’s why they’re the best.

You have some helpful employee and some who are not. So I went in for this item and when talking to a employee he said it won’t be available until tomorrow since it was in the late night truck he was very professional and nice and told me to call the next day. I call the next day encounter a Rude lady and explain to her what I was told she was rude and didn’t seem to want to help so later that day I went inside the store myself and what do you know the item was right there. Being a new Costco member I’m not very pleased.

As Always, a pleasent experience . Ok prices, but I need a dolly when I get home to get all the stuff I bought onto the house :*)

Clean and organized. Found some really great stuff, definitely different from Sams Club, but ALWAYS packed and lots of cars.

They do not have Sanders dark chocolate sea salt caramels only milk chocolate. Why?

1st time Ive ever been to a Costco. I really liked it. It had WAY more healthier options, (food wise) than sams. They have a lot of furniture, should you need it. Very keto friendly with foods and snacks. Overall, very satisfying experience. Will be back

Its a Costco! Theyre clean and useful. This location is almost always crowded though. Theres probably a secret early morning on the weekday time though.

Every time Ive been there Ive encountered more rude/unfriendly employees than kind ones. The food selection is nice. There are plenty of good organic and healthy options at a good price.

Nothing great, nothing horrible. Just another big box store. The problem, that warrants one star is the parking and access. It is ridiculous to get in and out of the store! Go elsewhere unless you love traffic jams.

Nice place

Went for coffee k-cups while they were on sale but they were mysteriously missing from their usual spot in the aisle and end area - nowhere to be found.Got to checkout with several cases of water among my items, went to self-checkout at staffs request, and I had to lift each case, shuffle it around to scan it on the tabletop scanner, then stack them all onto the bagging area. Their dumb system doesnt allow you to return items back to the cart after scanning so doing this with a few drink cases and other items gets difficult to maneuver. The cashier watching the area had a handheld scanner but would not assist me by scanning the large items so they could stay in the cart, even after I asked her to.The next visit I went to a normal cashier and they rushed me through so fast, they couldnt even be bothered to stack the items into my own large bags in the cart (or offer me any box). It was raining so I had to stand to the side after the checkout area and shuffle my entire cart around into bags so I wouldnt get drenched moving all the smaller items into my car.Very disappointed in the service at this location compared to Cranberry, and from now on I will avoid this one.

Had what I needed and wanted. Tried a couple of new items. Not too crowded when we got there at 10 but was getting more crowded when we left at 11. Checkout was easy. Cashier was helpful and quick. Would go again.

Bought a membership. Still on the fence if its worth the money... not looking like it. Youll have to shop and buy A LOT for it to pay off.If you dont like incredibly rude and pushy customers who also drive in the parking lot like no one is walking, you wont like it here. People pay NO attention. I realize this isnt a store thing, but its just a heads up.

I asked to buy a gift card for someone that is a member although I am not. The location is inconvenient for me. I told this to Lydia, a membership supervisor, who then asked me if I was a member. I told her that I just told her that. She sniped back at me saying “you did not tell me that”. She then went on to tell me that she needs a manager to approve the $500 amount. I get that. The manager eventually came over to tell me that because they have been burned by money launderers they don’t do this. I’m not going to argue that point. Ms Lydia should have just told me that and should not be in a member facing position. I’ve had good experiences over the last 35 years buying from Costco in fact have family members who have worked for them and I know they treat their employees well. Lydia might have just had a bad day but I sensed that is how she operates. Costco needs to hire and train better people for the Membership Desk at the Robinson PA store.

My favorite place to shop. Im always happy living in a place with a Costco nearby. Thank you for helping me keep my household well stocked!

Lightning speed check out even on a busy weekend, friendly employees, great bakery. Everything you would expect from Costco. Wish their optical accepted Eye Med, but optical is not the main reason we shop at this store.

Newer member at Costco and honestly quite impressed. The membership is well worth the price as long as you shop every aisle and really know what youre looking for. The money you save on your everyday items in bulk is insane! Plus their already prepped meals use their rotisserie chicken! We just had the chicken alfredo and it was great!

Love this place. I miss the free samples but that’s because of COVID. I’m not always a fan of buying things in bulk. When we buy bulk crackers or some items they go bad before we use them all up. If you’re buying dish detergent, coffee, frozen, meat, and electronics you can’t be Costco. Plus their travel program is spectacular!

Frustrating at first trying to work through their phone system but after getting bounced back and forth while waiting for someone to check to see if they had a specific item in stock Brett picked up and saw that the call was not handled apologized and checked on it himself. Checked to be sure they had in stock AND even gave me the item number and where to find the item....so long story short not the best call system to just call and ask about stock or if sold there BUT once you get an employee like Brett on the phone it becomes a great experience.

Not bad to buy in bulk but prices are a bit high even buying bulk you are still paying more than going to Walmart a lot of times. Very busy and kind of confusing at times very frantic shoppers.

The store is always clean, the employees are super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked.

They need to update everything about how they check out customers. Sam’s club has a wonderful app that allows you to check out contactless from your phone and no line which keeps the store so much less crowded. Costco should do that. They also need to let less people in that store because it has an ungodly amount of people and the lines for checkout go into the shopping aisles! No one social distances and it feels dirty. The checkout staff is so brisk and fast, not even nice or helpful. I regret it every time I shop here.

First time at Costco. My first impression was that somebody from the company needs to go to Sams Club to learn how to set up the store. There is just too many people that shop there to have such haphazardly set up isles which led to mayhem. Sams isles flow perfectly even when the store is packed because they are wide and encumbered by roadblock isles st at the end of an isle. Its like a regular super market designer set up this massive warehouse trying to entice you with off kilter product selection. Nerve racking to say the least. Prices were somewhat cheaper than Sams.

Finally got this membership and Im not sure why. Selection isnt great and when theres only two of us, buying in huge quantities doesnt make sense. Well probably use it for toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and gas, maybe some big ticket items if we need them, but didnt find the fruits & vegetables very nice. We just dont buy many things in bulk and that seems to be the main appeal of this place.

I had to exchange an item and the staff was fantastic! No issues at all. Lydia at the customer service desk made sure everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied before leaving. I also find this store to be very clean and well organized.

Great service at the tire center. We had a tire emergency on the interstate on a Sunday. A tow truck dropped us off in the Costco parking lot at 4:50pm and the tire center was able to squeeze us in before closing at 6pm. Thanks for the quick service! It was a lifesaver for my family!
