Amazing customer service!!! Ms. Savida knows jewelry, and shes the utmost professional. I never felt like she was pushing a sale on me, and she gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. Im extremely satisfied with the experience and ended up with an amazing, customized ring for my wife of 28 years. The price cant be beat, she was able to bring it down without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend.

Walked in when I saw the sign custom work since I had some old handed down pieces with nice stones I wanted to rework - The staff was immensely helpful. Showed me endless options and possibilities while keeping my budget and tastes in mind. Never did I feel like my indecision was a burden or that the sales woman was tired of me. We spent an hour + viewing possible settings. They know their business and provided me with relevant information and suggestions without ever pushing a sale like some big name stores often do. Plus, they were flexible with figuring out payment and finding an agreement that worked for the store and myself. I felt like such a priority and know that care and attention to detail will be put into my piece. I highly recommend due to the quality of customer service and industry knowledge.
