This company provided a wonderful product for our corporate virtual event! They developed a custom thematic basket of all-local products for our virtual attendees to enjoy, adding a personal touch to a distanced event at a very fair price. And, their customer service was excellent--they were friendly, helpful, organized, and responsive. I definitely recommend them for a gift for family, friends, or your next corporate event!

I hardly ever take the time to post reviews but I had to for this company! My family experienced a loss of someone dear to us and I found Baskets of Pittsburgh on a google search. I didn’t know what to expect but they’ve gone ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. I ordered a basket a day before for delivery next day. I called them the following morning at 9:30am to ask about approximate delivery time just so I could coordinate with my neighbors for pick-up as we were leaving to be with family at the time. They asked what time we would be leaving (11:00am) and they made sure to have it delivered within an hour before we left our house that day. AMAZING! I am so impressed with this company and will use them over and over again! Thank you Baskets of Pittsburgh!

We held a hockey night happy hour with our employees and worked with Baskets of Pittsburgh to send each employee gift baskets. Stephanie and her team put together 50 amazing Penguins baskets for us and shipped them out to 36 different addresses without a hitch! I searched and found Baskets of PGH and have never been more pleased. We send local, and State to state never any issues. The website says same day delivery! Does not specify if orders are made by a certain time. This is false advertising! Especially since my order was a local order! Ive asked for a full refund as my order which stated on the receipt order that it would be delivered on 02/16. I submitted an email inquiry to the company regarding the basket and received a message the following day that the driver had already left for the day?????? Poor customer service! Poor advertising! Now Im embarrassed because I didnt have a gift for my dad and frustrated that I paid for a service that clearly didnt deliver as stated on their website!

Under “Stay at Home” orders for Pittsburgh. ‘Y sister and her hubby had to cancel a cruise celebrating their 30th anniversary. Instead, I sent them a gorgeous fruit basket from Basket of Pittsburgh. They were able to add on the finer touches like extra Clark bars, a ballon, and ribbon. They were so surprised and happy to receive this joyful gift during these trying times. Ordered a basket for fathers day on Thursday to be delivered Friday. It was confirmed on the receipt that it would be delivered on Friday, UPS also delivers on Saturday, Dad just received it now day after Fathers Day. Called BOP was told it left in plenty of time on Friday and it was out of their hands. Wont be ordering again.

My 70+ year old friend would be alone in a medical care facility on her birthday. I wanted her favorite - chocolate covered strawberries- to be delivered. Although Basket of Pittsburgh does not sell them, Chantel offered to get them, fancy up the wrapping and then, with one days notice, HAND DELIVER them, fresh dipped, to my friend. I called in a same day order and they had it ready almost immediately! When I picked my basket up I was greeted by the sweetest women who welcomed me and offered me a seat and water while I waited. Well, Ive had an excellent experience with Basket of Pittsburgh. I had ordered from them in the past and was happy with my purchases. They are one of the few places who will accept APO packages. I wanted to send something nice to my nephew in Germany for Christmas. After several weeks he had not received his package. Basket of Pittsburgh worked with me every step of the way to track the package and even sent a replacement package at no charge! It turned out there was a mix-up in the mail room at the base, so he received two packages, I offered to pay; but Basket of Pittsburgh declined and included more goodies for my nephew to share with his buddies. Definitely military friendly! Excellent customer service! I will always be a loyal customer!

A Basket of Pittsburgh is great option for gifts. We have several family members (young & old) that now live out of town and its so nice to be able to give them a taste of the burg again thru their baskets. Even if someone isnt from Pittsburgh, its a great treat to send to anyone. They have so many options to choose from and for all occasions. Great products, reasonably priced and excellent service.

I received a basket full of Pittsburgh “specialities” while visiting my family. I have enjoyed the selection ofCoffee, tea, fruit and “sweet” treats. The only issue I have is that the muffins from a local bakery did not have an ingredient list on the packaging!! This is really important for families with NUT ALLERGIES!My grandson was not able to try a piece of the muffin-which was blueberry-since we didn’t see ANYINGREDIENT LIST on the package label.All other treats had a full list of ingredients.

I sent a basket to my brother for his birthday. He is a huge Steeler fan so the 7 basket was perfect for him. It is hard to find an appropriate delivered gift for a man so I was excited when I found this one! Anyway, I have to give props to the basket company employees. I did not make this an easy transaction for them! I forgot to put my name on the message. They called to verify if this was meant to be anonymous or if I would like to include my name. Then, they had to call again because I mistakenly mixed up the numbers on the street address. The Steeler basket was actually being delivered same day! That was impressive too. Anyway, not many places offer good service these days. I was so impressed with their interaction that I felt the need to post this and I am not one that typically takes the time to do this. We had a terrific experience and my bro loved his Steeler gift!

After paying $85.00 including shipping and handling I am VERY disappointed! All small sizes of snacks that could have been purchased for maybe $15.00This is not worth it!!!!
