I am so happy that my sister in-law shared her Una Biologicals products with me because I am hooked! I wish I had the Blemish Buster stick when I was a teenager because it stops deep cystic zits before they erupt. The deodorant is the only natural deodorant that Ive tried that truly works as a deodorizer all day, even in the stinky sweaty summer.My favorite part of Una is their exemplary customer service. When I had a concern with my online order I was contacted by a member of their staff within 2 business days. Not only did they solve my issue they also emailed me afterwards to let me know how much they appreciate my business.Thank you Una Biologicals!

When I lived in Pittsburgh for five years, I discovered this wonderful shop of natural health and beauty products run by Jessica Graves, the owner. Before she had her storefront, she would be at all the open air markets which is where I first met her. I started with Bruise Balm and Wound Wonder--both amazingly effective--and Ive expanded to try their hand and face creams as well as insect repellent. Now that Im back home in Michigan, I continue to buy their products by mail because they are high quality, effective, and all natural products that I cannot find near me.**Update: oh, my goodness! Why have I not tried both the Lemongrass & Lavender Intensive Hand Cream or Lavender Fields Face Cream?! Lovely and so subtle in scent. These will definitely be added to my restocking list!

As someone who has suffered with eczema and hormal acne, nothing has ever worked such wonders for my skin! Even the most unscented products still burned my skin and caused irritation due to the alcohol in most products. I usually dont leave reviews but i need everyone to know about this place!! My skin has never loved products more. My whole family swears by una. No topical steroid cream or acne treatment has cured my skin like these wonderful products. Not to mention they have the most special and beautiful crystals. Every product by this company is made with so much love & it reflects! Thank you so much Una biologicals. I have never recommended anything more in my life & am so grateful for this lovely family owned business.

All natural item. I bought the nail polish, I love it, I polished my toenails over 2 weeks ago and it still looks fresh. The bar shampoo is also a great product, Im going back for more natural products!

I called to seek help with a burn on my face from a facial gone-wrong. The woman I spoke to was very caring and genuinely concerned and eager to help me. She recommended two products and made sure they were delivered for free within a few hours. The products are working great, but I’m even more impressed by this RARE level of customer service. I have already told several people - because I truly felt cared for by the staff at Una. I have not physically been to the location yet, but I can tell you that they have gained a customers for life. I will be using this awesome woman-owned business for ALL of my future skincare needs. Thank you Una!!

Ok, so initially, I gave this place four stars for being a bit expensive. Today, however, I just realized Ive actually finished a pot of their Lavender Fields face cream. Im not sure Ive ever really done that before. Used a lotion every day for six months or so, because it worked and run out of the stuff. Then I realized Im running out of my second bottle of their rose and carrot cleanser. I specifically bought it and the cream in the fall to be my winter skin routine, and I will do the same in the future. As a point of fact, the creams best before date is the end of this month. It occurs to me that, at least as far as Im concerned, its not expensive. Its exactly worth it. I got exactly what I paid for. A quality, natural cleanser and lotion Id use essentially every day, that would last from fall through spring, that I would look forward to buying next year. I cannot recommend any product more highly. Entirely worth it. Great company. Five stars.

I bought the muscle rub and I am astounded at how well it works. I was in so much pain in my neck that I was eating over the counter analgesics every 4 hours. Una biologicals muscle rub has completely eased all my muscle pain without the need for any medications!!! Ty ty ty

Jessica, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to natural beauty products and is constantly adding new products to her line. Pittsburgh is extremely lucky to have Una and a mindful business owner like Jessica! I love the products from Una, especially their body and face lotions. They are made from high quality healthy ingredients - its very difficult to find products like that in department stores. The store itself is cozy and smells great. The employees greeted me when I walked in, said they were available to help or answer any questions I had, then let me browse uninterrupted (which I greatly appreciate as I hate pushy salespeople). The prices are a bit expensive, so I am very minimalist in what I buy.

One of our favorite local stores. Great selection of organic/natural personal care products. I particularly enjoy the Headache Helper tea that they mix in house. Not just for headaches, I consume this tea everyday for deliciousness and general health benefits. Owner and staff are always awesome and super helpful.

Best organic, vegan, all natural skin products ❤❤❤ my favorites are the peppermint sugar scrubs and chapstick, the body butters and the facial cleansers! Nicest staff too and shipped my order right away! I love when I have the time to drive the distsnce to the actual store though :)

The obsession is real. This is my absolute favorite store in Pittsburgh. I love all the products here and highly recommend their perfectly scented creams and lip balms. The owner is so friendly and fantastic. Perfect place for some self love or gifts for others!

Have been to many stores similar to Una but these people and their products are the real deal. An extensive array of products (soaps, lotions, fragrances) that not only feel good on the skin, but also smell great as well without being overbearing. The staff member that helped us was great and answered whatever questions we had - which was a ton. They make many of their products in house which is why they can provide any answers to the questions you may have. Prices are kind of high but felt it was worth it.

I first came across Una at a flea market in Cleveland. I was so glad I stumbled upon them.In my opinion, they have the most wonderful smelling all natural products around. Particularly, their body and face lotions are wonderfully moisturizing.I also enjoy their yoga mat spray and deodorants. The only items I’ve struck out on is their face washes (a little greasy for my liking) otherwise everything has been fantastic. I hope to make a trip to Pittsburgh one day to visit the storefront!

I never write reviews. Ever. This is literally my first one. But several months after turning 30 I developed a red, burning rashy patch of almost-acne near my chin that wouldnt go away. It burned so much it would wake me up at night. I pretty confidently self diagnosed it as perioral dermatitis, a rash of unknown origin... the recommended treatment for which is about 4-6 weeks of oral antibiotics. Not thrilled with that option, I instead took to using the Luxe Face Cream on it nightly instead. About two weeks later, the burning has stopped, and the red patch has significantly lessened - it looks way less unsightly and more like a patch of dry skin now instead. Im still wearing makeup over it during the day, but Id assume it would be even closer to being healed if I wasnt. Hopefully another week or two of doing this and Ill be good as new. Thanks, Una!

I have very sensitive skin, but Ive never had a problem with Una Biologicals products. Its one of a small handful of brands that I can use. Favorites include the body butter (especially lavender), lip balms (Provence, Pure Peppermint, or Chocolicious), and Headache Relief roll-on (with witch hazel). Staff are always friendly and helpful.
