Easy breezy! We called in to see if we can stop by on Saturday. Gentleman on the phone said they are open until 9pm. We drove down to Dormont, parked right outside the shop. The shop was super clean, had a ton of cool decorations to check out while our jewelry was being evaluated. The gentleman explained how they value each type of metals, told us why brand named jewelry does not get high value, put our jewelry on the scale, did some math and named the price. We were happy with the price and accepted his offer. Signed a receipt with our scanned drivers license, got cash and left. In-and-out in 10 min. Awesome service!

Russell is such a great help and extremely reliable. Max point is the only place I have gone where they show you the entire equation and you know youre getting the best prices. He had even stayed late one day when I was going to be 5 minutes after closing time. I highly suggest max point if you want the best price for your precious metals.

Complete transparency during entire process. My items were evaluated, tested, weighed and converted to cash value, right in front of me. Eric paid me 80% of the spot price for the day, so I was pleased with the results. Cash in my pocket, and less clutter in the house!

These folks will damage your jewelry then lowball you. They damage it so that you can’t go elsewhere. I tried to politely explain my point of view the lady who didn’t speak much english but just lost her temper. If she were more polite I wouldn’t have to write this review. Be careful folks! Stay away!
