Dropped off a piece of equipment for service and specifically asked for a call if it was over a certain price to fix. No call was made and I was charged more than double what the price was. I confronted the owner and received a shallow appology in return. since it was a rebuilt part, I didnt have a choice on picking up the item, but they lost future business from me and any word of mouth (which was why I was there in the first place).

I travel a lot of miles to do business with Bill. Hes a straight shooter and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else now.
