Still a gr8 store. Know yur products & you cant go wrong.
Small store but filled with good items! The store can get really busy, long waiting line in front of the store due to Covid-19. They have so many variety for produce and very fresh. Try out Honey Crisp apple, SO GOOD! Best Farmed Atlantic Salmon I ever tried! Berry Chantilly cake is so DELICIOUS! Cake is very moist, icing is light and not too sweet, with sweet and sour berry filling. Items are a little pricey but if you have Amazon Prime, you can get a great deal here!
It was my first trip to whole foods. The store was fresh and clean. The clerk was very friendly. There were many specialty products not found in other stores.
Got two dinners. They were great.
Overall they are good, but the pricing is high. Since Amazon owns them you can log into the Amazon app and use the QR code at checkout to get discounts. They seem to be helpful if you have any product questions.
I only wish they sold or included a couple slices of bread to go with the soup. Nobody wants to buy a loaf for a single serving of soup.
This is an excellent store. I enjoyed my fresh seafood.
Its fine for a whole foods. The ones in Nashville are nicer. But its all the same products.
It was chaotic, messy, smelly mess in this place. Some of the ice cream had so much ice on it, you couldnt even see what it was which means it has set in that freezer for who knows how long. I only went here for an Amazon return and that was only out of the convenience of where I was at in the moment but, because of the disarray, its unlikely I will ever shop here.
They have a lot of Gluten Free Food Options. Its not cheap to get the stuff but more options than any other place out there! Love going shopping here. Just wish I had one closer to me its about 35 to 40 minutes away for me.
Was not too impressed with the selection or the prices. The Giant Eagle Market District down the road has a way bigger selection and offers cheaper prices. I decided to do my shopping in whole foods and I was excited to see what they had to offer. The produce was starting to look old and much of it seemed overripe. I needed a few spices for a cake I was making and they were missing several of the spices I needed, later found them at Giant eagle. If you like spending twice as much on groceries so you can have an organic sticker slapped on the same product, then by all means shop here. Every other reasonable person would just go to shop and save or Giant eagle.
A little small, certain sections get crowded, making shopping a bit stressful. But good quality food and products available. Always seems clean and sanitized. The employees are very helpful, and usually really friendly. Great overall grocery store experience, you definitely get what you pay for!
Amazing vegan options the ppl are always so nice and helpful great place to shop.
Do 🚫 buy Whole Foods sliced Mazarella here. Taste like overfrozen chZ
Its a nice grocery store, a typical Whole Foods, but with that, its quite expensive. They have a great selection of health based foods, etc, but its not cheap. I wish the prices were more reasonable. Staff is usually very friendly, and willing to help.
Love this whole food market, they also have costumer service where you can return Amazon merchandise which is very useful
So this Whole Foods seems to be doing its part to shake the whole paycheck stigma. There are so many sale priced items now that for good quality food, theyre becoming more comparable. The service is great. Its a smaller Whole Foods, but covers the basics. Selection is fresh. The only downside is that the very small parking lot is often extremely crowded.
The store is fine but too small. I with it had the extensive food/salad bar/self serve like others I have been to. Just too small. Hopefully the new one they are building will be bigger.
I was quite happy with Whole Foods Market until I installed the smartshop app. I initially found it rather awkward, but eventually got used to it, I had a baggage check at the checkout the last time I was able to use it - all was okay, but the next time I went to use it, it wouldnt accept my password, when I tried to reset the password with forgot password in the app, I got no response. A bit inconvenient...
Lots and lots of organic food here! Specializes in the healthy choice options. More variety of natural and wholesome brands that promise to serve 100 percent real ingredients and they have many ready made options to choose from as well as an eat in lunch area.
Love the foods market has everything I need and more
Everything look nice fresh and clean loved it💯💪
Ever since Amazon bought Whole Foods everything fell apart. The produce is on par with Giant Eagle, the service sucks and the price is outrageous. It no longer feels like you are getting a quality product worth paying for. Another victim of the Bezos decay
Pricy, but they normally have “hard to get” stuff that I love!
Love Whole Foods!!! There is usually a line to get in because there are only a select amount of people who can be in the store at once. I just had to go in for cupcakes. I had to wait in line for the bakery but the line moved quickly.I would highly recommend this whole foods- the staff are kind and helpful and the store is well kept and clean.
First time in a Whole Foods and Christian working customer service deserves a raise. He flawlessly balanced customer concerns and answering the phone. I was struck by how professional he was despite how busy and hectic the store was.
Very good store but running low on produce lately
Great selection of high quality and organic food, courteous staff.
I used to like Whole Foods. I have been shopping there almost every week. Their products in the store are nice but not the buffet-food section. Yesterday we went there with my family and we got food. I saw a bug in my salad, and it wasn’t small it was about the size of a bee. It was a huge disappointment. They do not wash and clean their lettuce and spinach and other salad toppings. The food manager came out to talk to us and was quite embarrassed. I would not recommend the buffet-food section at Whole Foods. If you are still going to go there be careful what you eat.
Not impressed with prepared food area. Empty at 7:30pm. Looked like employees were more interested in going home.
Nice selection of food and other products not found anywhere else.
Hey guys Ive been dreaming of shopping at this location for months now ( I live so far ) I finally can say Ive been.. so Ive seen and purchased some of the worlds best plant based goods including yet not limited to produce and super fruits.. even though Im a vegetarian I must say the cooked food / meat department caught my browsing attention Ive never in my life have seem thicker Pinker salmon and such an assortment of side pasta dishes as well as rich red hearty roast beef.5 stars 🌴🥑🥒🍝🧀🍷
Great place to shop, but pricey.
U need to sell more honest tea please keep refilling i drove a long way and there was no honest tea in this store. 😭😭😭
Good place to find organic produce.
THIS PLACE IS VERY CLEAN SUPER NICE SUPER NICE SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE GREAT SERVICE GREAT FOOD GREAT PLACE TO EAT..THE EMPLOYEES OUR HAND PICKED..THEY HAVE THE BEST HIRING PROCESS 🙌 HANDS DOWNPARKING CAN BE A PAIN ON SUNDAY AFTER CHURCH..BUT I JUST PARK ACCOSS THE STREET...
The manager there picks on the Amazon shoppers there when theyre not doing nothing at all but doing their job to make customers satisfied with their orders. I heard about more than 10 complaints about this whole food shopper in Pittsburgh Wexford is a lot better
Quality foods. Excellent selection. Can be pricey but offers Amazon discounts.
The only reason I choose three stars is that I wish they could find a better way for the Amazon shoppers to interact with the general public. There has to be a better way. Otherwise, I love the store.
The parking is extremely tight and almost none available and there is construction going on with another building in the same lot. Often times people are parked over the line so they are in another spot. I went the other day and they had 10 lanes but only three were open and they were all backed up into the isle. One day I was getting a $9.00 meal and one of the staff was just busy trying to fix a machine that prints out the stickers and wasnt taking orders. Another day staff put $12 stickers on 2 of my $9.00 meals.
Organic rotisserie chicken is delicious!! Theyre kinda small so I suggest getting 2 if youre feeding at least 5 adults. They only let so many people shop bc of covid so we did have to wait in line for about 15 minutes. (On a Sunday)
Courteous staff. Great food selection. I wish they would allow individuals to try samples of the food bar items upon request.
Healthy, abundant selection and great variety are why we love to find our favorite foods here, even on a budget!!! Thank you Whole Foods Market for bringing fresh, quality food to our city. May God provide ALL that we need according to His riches in glory!!!!
My wife and I were being followed by security the whole time and we were profiled by the cashier.
Good store, friendly staff, many choices.
I really like this Whole food location. Its very clean and the employees are all kind and helpful!
Great selection, consistent with other Whole Foods locations
Not a bad lunch.
These fools did away with the shelter and homeless pets donation bin cuz they couldnt keep people from overflowing it with stuff that didnt belong, how pathetic is that when there no other options like that around here that I can get to easily plus thier prices are off the deep end lol
The people here are customer focused, friendly and helpful. While this is a Whole Foods policy, Im sure, this store has it in spades. Back in 2008 when I first went gluten free due to digestive and nerological issues, these folks got to know me, and I them. Even 10 years later they recognize me and my family when I come in.
I ordered on line for delivery. The delivery person did not follow the instructions on my order as to where my groceries were to be delivered so my order was put in the main part of my building which is 2 flights up from my apt. I had to beg a passerby off the street to help me by bringing it down to me. Then they supposedly gave me Oxtails over $19 worth and it was just bones . Im very very disappointed.
I am a regular at Whole Foods so my experience covers all hours, weekends and holidays. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. They are nice people, they seem to have had good training & they know their particular job. The shelves are stocked, the store is spic & span, the year of lockdowns and masks has been tough for employees & customers in any store. Some Covid related issues...WF has practiced limited access in order to maintain social distancing. I believe they allow 50 people at a time in the store. There’s a staffer keeping the count out front and on busy days the line to get in is very long. However it makes no difference as there’s little “management” of closeness once inside. Everyone is still right next to each other, bumping into each other, handling produce & other foodstuffs in refrigerators. The check out line is at 6’ between customers, the floor shows where to stand. As a result the check out lines reach to the back of the store sometimes making it difficult to navigate the aisles and access the shelves so it doesn’t make sense that WF has reduced the number of cashier lanes open and bagging assistance. The regular staff is doing a great job in spite of everything. The Prime personal shoppers have really increased with so many customers opting for delivery. I don’t know what it is but those shoppers don’t seem to be as aware of their surroundings as they shop for others. They are a separate review altogether tho.One last comment is about the nightmare parking lot. It is legendary in the level of irritation it causes and its ability to turn people just plain stupid. It doesn’t help that a row of spaces are reserved for the personal shoppers right in front. Overall Whole Foods is worth it with its quality food, the fresh seafood & meat departments and bakery.
This Thanksgiving we bought a 22lb organic turkey from whole foods in Pittsburgh. It was our first organic one and it was a bit of a splurge to buy. Upon opening it it had a bit of a rotten odor to it. The smell seemed to dissipate so I figured it was in my head. The neck area looked a little brownish grey in color where it was detached as well. The rest of the bird skin appeared normal. I was a little hesitant after those 2 findings but I decided to make it cause I figured it was from whole foods...Im sure it fine. The taste was not the most flavorful and there wasnt as much breast meat as I would normally have left over from my usual butterball turkey and there was only 4 people that attended. I will not buy another organic turkey again. I was highly disappointed with the lack of flavor and amount of meat. After I sent the receipt of sale as they asked I was still not reimbursed,
I was raised before hipster foodies was a thing they were vegetarians/ vegan and what a blessing Wholefoods is truly love this place and all the variety of goodies and grub. Thanks for bringing everyone up to speed on the healthtrain :) love it feels like home.
I work nearby...
Everything always looks so fresh and clean and friendly service.
This store is awesomely setup for COVID protocols providing masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer before entering. Customer service desk was very helpful and friendly in answering our question. We live an hour away and not familiar with this store. Tons of product options and you know its the freshest and the best. Quick checkout. Some aisles are a bit tight.
They paid Peduto to tear down an apartment complex and then didnt take the land. Watch the documentary East of Liberty to know the whole story.
I appreciate all the kind employees I encountered tonight. Great staff.
Fresh oasis in a gritty city.
Didnt have a way to take hot food to go, since we couldnt sit there and covid.
I had a first time episode of severe light-headedness yesterday at the store. The staff were extremely attentive and compassionate until I felt better and called a friend for a ride home. The staff found me a stool to sit on immediately. brought me a bottle of water and cold towel and a staff member stayed with me until I was picked up by my friend. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole experience. Thank you to all of the staff and management support!
Always find special deals as an Amazon prime customer
Probably nice but the line to get in is so long I never went
I love this store! The meat is fresh and excellent quality. The vegetables are excellent too. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
Whole Foods has a very impressive selection of high quality animal products like pastured meats, seafood, imported cheeses, and dairy. The fruits and breads are fresh and varied. I had an issue recently where one of the last items to be scanned wasnt bagged. It was a relatively expensive item, but it was quickly refunded when I called the store. I appreciate the customer service.
Helpful people and good food
Place is amazing! Fresh produce, clean, but the guys that do Amazon prime now (ordering) are terrible. They are in a hurry to get the orders in that they bump on you, crash their carts onto yours. Dont mantain social distance and some of them dont even say Im sorry!
Great food 🥝.Great people 🥑🥑🥑🥑
Nice, sweet, polite, prompt service
Compared to the Whole Foods in Wexford and most other ones I have been in, this place is a total dump. It has that sour-milk, leaking-seafood-case old supermarket smell. It is in dire need of a remodel and relocation. It is in a highly congested, inaccessible part of town and this is coming from someone who lives downtown. Because of that, I have used the Amazon delivery service but the quality of food keeps getting worse. They just sent me a moldy acorn squash so I guess they are not even trying anymore.
Great location, good supplies, clean
Whole Goods has been well known for years for a reliably superior fruit tart. We bought one today and everything about the tart has changed. Beginning with a rock-hard fondant layer between the crust and the cream layer, the majority of the tart was covered with enormous slices of pineapple where berries used to be. Besides being unable to eat a slice of tart with a fork due to the fondant ( did someone offer a chisel?), pineapple slices are inexcusable on a fruit tart.I hope you correct this departure. We won’t buy it again!
I love whole foods but this place is loaded with so many amazon shoppers its almost impossible to shop.
😋
Great store, products, staff and service.
I liked this store until I shopped there on Monday. The chicken had a large leak, the carrots were completely soft 5 days after buying, and the ground beef was thoroughly brown 2 days after buying. Ive never had any of these issues with giant eagle, Cosco, or trader joes in the area. I will not be shopping here again.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Need one in Greensburg.
No pizza bar what the heck:(
Wish the parking lot was larger
Great selection, organic stuff but kinda expensive
I really like the fruits and vegetables at this market
Love Whole Foods people are very rude you have a lot of traffic going on in there and every time that Im so I get a little upset really in the ear okay Im a native and it is known that Im a native and sometimes you know people and that means to change however the quality in the food there is amazing and you need some good workers there
No fresh turmeric
Wonderful customer service and I am so pleased with the contined cleanliness of the store. Great deals for Prime members.
Employees were numerous and helpful.
I am knocking off one star due to the horrendous nature of the parking lot at this Whole Foods but everything else about this location is great. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the store is always very clean, and they always restock promptly. This location also has some of the best sushi Ive ever had from a Whole Foods.
Love everything about this place
