I have been going to Hearing Unlimited for 5 years and have been very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Gretchen on the front desk and Jan the audiologist.Jan is extremely professional and knowledgable. She always makes sure she thoroughly checks your devices and ensures that you are educated about the newest information regarding hearing loss.

They are the best. I have been going to them for 4+ years now. I feel like family. About 95% of my dealings have been with Jan and she is amazing. If I have one tiny concern she makes sure I dont leave the office until the problem has been resolved, even working with me through her lunch break. My aids are always up to date in any adjustments and cleanings they need. I have a friend that needs a hearing check and I have not hesitated to refer him to Jan at Hearing Unlimited. Its a true blessing that I can hear again and that I found all the wonderful people at the Harmarville site of Hearing Unlimited.

Everyone was very nice and capable.It is always nice to see Gretchen, who is very accommodating. I met Riley, who administered my hearing test. She listened and answered questions and was very friendly, too.The next day, I came back to see Jan, who I usually see. She explains, listens, shows my hearing chart and I always feel better when I leave. She never pushes a purchase, but gives facts and food for thought, and I always come back.They run a very good office.

I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. I was unable to hear from that ear. I called in the morning and was told that they would be able to help me at 3:30 PM. I arrived and was greeted by the assistant immediately. She was helpful to show me h9ow I might fix it if it should happen again. She fixed the problem. And she sent me off with the tools to take care of it myself if it ever occurs again.I was quite pleased...as I always am.Thank you for your caring service.Mary Lloyd Thompson

I drive 1 hour to go to to this specific Harmarville location. Janice is very thorough in her exam and in making technical adjustments and performing maintenance. All this while being very personable.

My husband has been very hard of hearing for years and wouldnt go see anyone about it. Finally our doctor told us to go here. I am so very excited we went. They did many tests and fit him with a hearing aid and a device to help him with hearing his clients for work. I cant thank all of them enough for all they did. Its nice to talk to him without yelling a conversation and be tired from yelling doing it all day. If you or someone you know who has a problem hearing, look into there services.

I learned so much about hearing loss and its effects on my brain. The testing was very thorough and the hearing aids work perfectly so far. I am really happy I can hear well again, and I loved how well Janis explained everything.
