I had a steady leak in the water line of my only toilet late afternoon on a Friday. Brad was able to come out within the hour and quickly address and resolve the issue. He was very efficient and professional in explaining the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Additionally, the staff member who helped to arrange the appointment was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend CALFO Home Services and will plan to use their services in the future.

Every step of the process was professional and friendly, from scheduling an appointment to taking with the gentleman who inspected our HVAC. I was pleasantly surprised that they were available to help the very next day. The appointment time estimate was pretty accurate, plus they informed me of the sight delay (stuff happens, it was fine). I was made to wait for prolonged periods on two occasions and given two wildly different accounts of the problem with my furnace by two different CALFO techs.The first CALFO tech told me (over the phone because I couldnt wait for him any longer) that I needed a new furnace at a cost of $5,500.I made sure to be at the house when the second tech arrived the next day. Conversely, he told me the furnace did NOT need to be replaced at this time, instead swapping out bad parts and getting the furnace to switch on.Not sure exactly why the second tech didnt share the first techs opinion on replacing the furnace. Perhaps his reluctance to attempt to sell me a furnace I didnt need can be attributed to my appearance, which can be intimidating.In short: I am disappointed in CALFO.

My upstairs and downstairs toilets were both cloggedover the weekend and every other plumber couldnt see me til Tuesday or Wed. I got a call first thing this morning(Monday) from them and they sent out someone within 4 hrs.Ryan was my plumber and explained what we were trying first and if it didnt work what would be done next. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use Calfo again.

Quick response, professional servicemen. Water heater burst overnight, called at 6:30AM and by 10:30AM the new water heater was installed. The servicemen were very courteous, cleaned up all the debris and informed us on how to adjust the water temperature if necessary. Would definitely recommend CALFO to others and I plan on using them again for repairs and service.

The assessment was done carefully, and he seemed to double check everything with testing appliances.

I requested to have someone come out to give me estimates on a number of items. First, I was told that they couldnt look at or fix the issue with my shower not getting hot enough (just need to adjust the temp control in the handle). Instead of adjusting it, they would just have to replace the entire shower head and handle for over $1000. Its a brand new bathroom, there is no reason to do that. Second they couldnt give me an estimate to redirect my sump pump discharge because that service was not in their system. I would have likely had this work done if they could give me a ball park price. The guy left and said he would get me a price and I never heard back from them. I am out the $79 service fee for them to come out and basically tell me they couldnt do any of the work or couldnt give me prices for the work. I do not recommend.

Needed same day service for faucet repair. Informed they carry Moen products (which i know is pricey but good quality). After replacing the faucet, found additional leaking under the sink. This was taken care of for me also.I believe it was pricey but its fixed properly! They tech guys were really friendly and honest. Thank you for your help.

The short and sweet of it is my system went down on Monday. I called Calfo, they had Steve stop by and inspect my unit. He gave me several good options Monday afternoon and Ricky was at my door Tuesday morning at 8am. They worked in the torrential rains from hurricane Ida until my new unit was up and running.Terrific job all around. 5 stars.

I initially needed just a maintenance check on my furnace, but my filter became tangled in my furnace. Calfo came to home within 2 hours after calling them for the first time to repair the issue. Only took 30 minutes.

The service people where great, as well as, the office staff. They were really prompt and communicated well.The cost for the work done was very high, though.

Installed new kitchen faucet and sprayer and removed the old that also had a water filter. Ryan was personable, honest, professional, and very skilled. I will use in the future if desperate. I needed help soon (2 days) and other names were busy. Only problem was $400 for 40 minutes of work. I am sure he was very efficient and work was probably warrantied but perhaps I didnt really need a master plumber for this. As I say I was desperate - middle of the work week with guests on their way that evening.

Excellent service! Each technician was professional, courteous and knowledgable. They arrived on time and I was provided a photo of each technician prior to arrival. They went above and beyond to insure the work was completed with as little disruption to my home as possible. Even the gas company was impressed with the quality of work restoring my gas line. I would highly recommend Calfo to all of my friends, family and associates.

We requested for an AC unit/furnace estimate. Steve was nice, however reasons why I wouldn’t recommend:- Late to scheduled appointment (5 hour window), no notification for being late or for being on the way.- I, as the customer, had to call the office to see if anyone was even going to show up. Delays are understandable, but common courtesy is to notify the customer of the delay.- More of a salesman, very pushy to get a decision and not very knowledgeable regarding air conditioning and furnace.- Overpriced - this is obviously based on opinion and can be debated on quality of work, parts etc. however based on the above bullets and not even considering how Calfo is double what other contractors are offering, I wouldn’t recommend.

Calfo Home Services is thoroughly impressive. After two days of calling at least eight plumbing and repair places close to me, (which could not return calls or were too busy.....) I came across Calfo Home Services on Google. Within a few hours Dylan arrived.... he was able to fix the problem and stop water from leaking everywhere. Ryan came, had a new toilet installed in no time. This is great, and I am very happy with that. However...... Calfo Home Services is blessed and lucky to have these two young men as employees and representatives. It isnt very often, if at all, that you come across two young men as impressive as these two are. They are intelligent, polite, neat, quick, and all they were worried about was doing their job well. My 18-year-old water heater burst on Good Friday. The company arranged an appointment for the next day between 10-12. The original serviceperson was delayed at a prior appointment, so the company sent Steve, who arrived promptly in the agreed-to time window. Steve assessed the situation and a second installer was dispatched, bringing my new water heater. While waiting for Jason to arrive, Steve shut off the gas and water, drained the tank, and disconnected everything. Steve and Jason were great. They were very collegial and collaborative with each other while remaining focused on the task at hand. They even told me jokes while I sat at a safe distance and watched the process. They explained the use of the special tools. They worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality workmanship. Both men clearly enjoy their work and they have good people skills. They got everything up and running again and even mopped up my basement floor. Steve let me make a little video of him explaining how to drain the water heater once a year so that I would remember the instructions. I was very grateful that they came out on a holiday weekend with such cheerfulness and good humor. I did some price research before calling anyone and chose Calfo because they had a good Google rating. The price was within the expected range for this type of work. Will *definitely* use again for my HVAC needs.

For the first time in my life, I was pleased with a plumbing service. The price was right (agreed my insurance company and real estate agent who I had asked for referrals), and the job got done in a very timely manner. Calfo replaced my water main, which had broken, and replaced a hot water heater, which happened to break just a day later. Generally I have had experiences opposite this, so for such a large, important job (my house out of water for 6 days, not to their fault as I was out of town initially, when it broke), it was a true relief. No hard sales pressure whatsoever. The main office and the plumbers were great, including the gentleman who first sat down to consult with me. I would definitely recommend Calfo for a large job like this.

They worked thru the rain to get the job done. The install was done the very next day. Calfo spent the extra time to resolve issues as they came up and tuned the solution to fit my home. Good materials and products, clean up was alright, still some cleaning for me to do. Had to use some goo gone to clean some purple pvc glue from to the door leading to my garage and I need to repaint some areas in the basement and garage. Still a 5 star job.

Had a really good experience with CALFO today. I didnt really know anything about the company and saw them advertise a $39 AC maintenance check so I figured I would give them a try, I wasnt sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Kevin Temoff came out and did a wonderful job. He spent a lot of time making sure my unit was clean of debris that had gotten into it over the winter. He also noticed a few other things that needed adjusted on my unit indoors and took care of that as well. I was very happy with the service and will use them for things in the future.

Steve was nice and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. We have been on the Calfo maintenance plan for almost 3 years and never had any issues. Every tech so far has been great!

Calfo technicians are very nice and polite. However, the company charged me $12,000 for an AC installation that never worked properly after it flooded our dining room. They did arrange for the repairs: refinishing the dining room table, sending the rug out for cleaning, patching and painting the ceiling and reinstalling the chandelier. I let them slide on the warped floor panels under the rug because I was tired of workers coming in and out of the house. There continued to be problems until they would no longer honor the 10 year service agreement I bought (expensive!) unless I paid them an additional $8,000 for replacing all ductwork. Now the control panel on this 2 year old unit malfunctioned, and since they claim it’s from a power surge, it is not covered anyway. Please learn from my experience. I wish I had hired someone else.

I had a concern after the maintenance & cleaning visit. The owner called to resolve my concern and make sure I was happy. They fixed a leak and recharged the freon. I highly recommend Calfo. The technician was very friendly and courteous.

Was able to make a same-day appointment with this place. Dylan came on time, removed my old bathroom faucet set and installed the new faucet set that I bought from Amazon. The company didnt have any strict rules about only being able to install from specific manufacturers. The installation process was very easy (probably something I even could have handled) but it was my pesky old faucet that is custom and tricky to remove so I was driven to call in professionals. Dylan did everything efficiently, quickly and was very friendly. 5 stars for his service!This bathroom faucet install/removal was quite pricey though and their pricing wasnt very transparent. I suppose how custom and tricky my old faucet was added to the price. When I called, the receptionist quoted $149 for a basic job but it ended up being many times that. Just would have been helpful a more itemized quote.

Christian replaced my AC fan motor and Capicator.He was very nice. He only said fan motor would need replaced. Then, I saw the Capicator on my invoice after he was finished.He presented me with 2 different packages that I was able to choose from. Both were pretty much the same at $1,187. 00 I found that very odd and really expensive.

My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days. Angi’s contacted Calfo and Christian came with in a couple of hours. He replaced the condenser, cleaned out the unit and was done in no time.

The company did a great job of keeping me in the loop by providing me with timely text messages regarding my appt time and time of arrival. Ryan did a great job listening to my needs and asked great questions throughout the discussion as he was gathering information for the quote...

They sent someone out and he showed up in the allotted time frame and was very professional and helpful.Priced me for a new hot water tank because mine was completely shot.Long story short turns out the water tank isnt my responsibility to replace so my landlord took care of it. But I would definitely reccomend there services to anyone who is in need.

Exceeded all expectations! Tenant had no heat while the house cooled to the 50s. On a midnight emergency call, Calfo responded faster than expected, and the technician Jake arrived over an hour earlier than expected. The repair was easy for him, and he hooked me up with their $200 new customer VIP maintenance policy that covered the repair cost, plus includes a complimentary inspection next year. Perfect!
