Furnace wouldn’t start and put in a call to White Heating. With it being the time of year when people are needing furnace maintenance..and emergency call outs, I expected to be on hold for a long time and not get someone out for a couple of days. The phone was answered quickly...managed to get someone to come out the next day. A text announcing the technician’s arrival (at the appointment time!) was helpful. Keith was very professional and quickly identified issue.I was pleased with the service!

Not only was the price half of what Home Depots team quoted us, the service was excellent. Our addition has a difficult layout, and their team even came out twice to help us determine the perfect solution. The owner himself even visited to ensure the project was finished flawlessly. I called White Heating to fix a broken furnace. They were really easy to work with, and they had good records about my warranty and a past repair. I had a minor billing error which they cleaned up with no fuss. I felt like I was talking to real people and they were very reasonable and personable. Would definitely recommend.

We were able to get the equipment we wanted and the installers seemed to be very skilled and knowledgeable, but their customer service was terrible.We set up an appointment for a sales rep to come visit our home and give us an estimate for both heat/AC replacement. The sales rep spent a short time at our home, went to the office, and sent us a quote shortly after. We were told that we would need to install ASAP since our HVAC system is in our attic and it gets too hot in the summer months. We had a second company coming to give a quote that same week, so once they visited and we knew we wanted to use White Heating, we called and let the sales rep know five days after receiving his proposal.The sales rep finalized the contract with our adjustments and we signed for them to purchase and install the equipment on May 17. The sales rep responded, reminding us that they need to get it done soon before it gets too hot and that theyll need to show up at our house at 6:30 am so they can work during the cooler hours. We agreed to that and then didnt hear back for almost a week. May 24 we emailed the rep and asked if they were coming or if we should find someone else. The rep finally responded and said probably cant get out to us until June 14. So we planned on that.On June 6 we emailed to double check they were planning to come on June 14 and got no response so I called the office June 10 since I couldnt get a hold of the sales rep. She said we werent on the schedule and that the sales rep would call me back that day. He called back and let me know they couldnt come until June 24 and reminded me that theyd need to show up very early in the morning. I agreed, again.The week before, the sales rep called and said they could get us in early, which was great! Said the installers would need to be there around 6 am. So I woke up at 5:30 am to make sure I could let them in and be ready for them. They didnt show up, so at 8 am I called the office and the woman who answered said that I must be mistaken because nobody would have told me that the installers would be there at 6 am because nobody there works that early. In the background, I could hear the sales rep interrupt her and ask if it was me, and to let me know that they installers had just loaded their truck and were on their way. They arrived at 8:45 am.The job was a two day job since they couldnt work past noon with the heat. I reminded them that they said they would be there at 6 am when it was much cooler (it had been 40 degrees that night) and they said, oh yeah we thought we might come early but decided it probably wouldnt be that hot so we didnt rush it. But tomorrow well definitely be here well before 8 am! So once again I was up and ready for them at 6 am, and they didnt show up until 7:30 am. They also had to detach my garage from the garage door opener and told the sales rep to call and let me know, and he never did.All this to say that I generally consider myself a reasonable individual and I am not that picky. I dont expect people to call me back or email me within the hour I contact them, but we went a week at a time with no communication, no call backs, no emails. Nobody let me know that they werent showing up early in the morning, they had my cell phone number and the sales rep was fully capable of at least texting me. Communication was terrible, and if we hadnt already known we wanted a Lennox heater and AC unit (which are fantastic by the way) and had a hard time finding someone else to sell us a Lennox we would have went with someone else.It would be really nice to find a company who actually tries to earn your money, especially when you are spending thousands of dollars on a heater/AC unit.

Asked for bid on new construction HVAC work in the area. Not responsive and I was told that no response means they are not interested in the work.

They cleaned and checked out our Lennox furnace to make sure it is ready for the winter.

Highly recommend white heating. They installed a ductless mini split for us. The install went well, but there was a small cosmetic issue we noticed once the team had left our house. When I reached out, I heard back from the owner of the company and he came out personally to fix the issue. Very professional.From the first time I reached out the them they have been responsive and helpful. We’ll be using their services again.

Bottom line is White Heating was fast and very responsive when handling our issue. They are there each step of the way to answer any questions or concerns and Gary and his team carry themselves in a professional manner.Within a week of having Gary look at our previous system and how it was functioning at the time, or lack thereof, we now have a new system installed and it couldnt have been more of an amazing experience. Originally, we were told we would have to wait until the new year before he could get a team out to us for install, but our system quickly degraded within a few days. Last week, we got greeted with a super high electric bill which made us conclude that our system just isnt working as it should. After carefully watching our meter and noticing how much it was running, we called White Heating for some help. Gary came out a day later and was able to quickly assess the situation and offer a couple solutions for us. Shortly after that visit though our system start to not even keep temperature on emergency heat and was lucky enough to get my system installed on the 12/31/20. It took a day and a half (due to some wiring issues of our house, not the workers) with a two man crew. Nothing wrong with only two people, but the two that was out to my house was able to work really efficiently while answering all of our questions. Something like this is a big expense to some, but the way Gary and his crew handled and carry themselves gives us peace of mind when it comes to any issues in the future. Our only regret is not going down this route earlier and instead we wasted money through our home warranty company who just nickled and dimed our old system just for a temporary fix and hoped it work. With White Heating, I feel as though that will not happen and they will offer viable solutions each time.

Amazing service. Called them in the morning to fix our heating, they told us they would arrive in an hour but came within 30 minutes. Very professional and careful around the house. They figured out the issue, which was just a faulty igniter, and fixed it quickly. They never tried to upsell anything, which is rare and appreciated, not even when I asked about their maintenance plan (which we ended up getting). It was only 1.5 hours from us calling to having our heating working again.

I called to have someone help me heat a closed in porch. We have used this company forever and have a lot of faith in them. Gary Gressang, President, came to measure and look at the space. When we opened the basement door both of us smelled gas!!! Our heating unit is next to the water heater in a small room, we had just had the furnace on for the first time. There was definitely a problem. Gary immediately went to his truck and came back with some tools. After a few minutes he told me there was a connection to the water heater that was loose, he fixed it for me! I can’t believe what a kindness he did for us. He could have just told me it wasn’t his problem, to call the plumber.So thankful!

Our AC went down. We got a technition the next day. The unit was a 1992 unit that used the old freon. He helped us through picking out a new unit and also the heater (1990) They got the old AC working temporarily until the new units came in. They did a great job installing them.

John came out and had the original plans to the house from 1995 and evaluated our needs. After the install the temp in the house is stable throughout the house and the techs were great during the install. You will not /e disappointed with White.

I have used White Heating & AC in the past and was happy with the services. This time, we had no cold AC but at least the unit turned on. I was worried I would need to purchase a new AC, but was very happy with the outcome. The technician did a great job of trying to diagnose the issue using the testing equipment. It was refreshing to have a technician who knew what he was doing and he replaced a part (he had the part on his truck). I now have COLD AC and would highly recommend White Heating.

I recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by White Heating. They did a wonderful and thorough job! When I was initially looking for quotes, a few other places came to my house and basically took all of 10 minutes to look at my existing furnace and air conditioner before giving me a quote. John Baginski from White Heating came out and spent about a half hour going through my house inside and out, measuring and looking at the vents to make sure he could suggest the best fit for my house. He answered all of our questions and the price was a bit below that of the competitors. The job took only a day and a half and John came back to inspect their work. The guys who did the installation were courteous and did not make a mess! We are very pleased and will use White Heating in the future.

I spoke with a kind man named Luke to schedule but there was a woman screaming in the background of his call... very unprofessional and made me question my decision to work with White Heating. I called again to confirm my time and spoke with the screaming woman who goes by the name Traci. She was snappy and obviously just money hungry... DONT give your money to Traci!!!

Was having an issue with our nearly 20 year old Aprilaire 560 humidifier and was expecting a replacement. Called White Heating first thing Monday and they sent Justin out the same morning. He said it just needed a new filter and cleaning and utilized the rest of their house call charge by doing a furnace check and cleaning. I needed my furnace and air conditioner replaced and knew there would be some challenges with the installation. From start to finish White Heating was exceptional. Im confident the other two companies who quoted the job would not have been able to do what they promised or as nice a job. The crew was experienced and respectful of my home. I talked to John on 04/07 at my home about pricing on replacing my old furnace (27 years old) and my central A/C (21 years old). I was impressed with the the two options of Lennox Merit and the Elite series. John was very good at showing me the difference on both and gave me the options and details how each would benefit me. Great job!I received a proposal in the mail with all the details and prices that same week. I decided several days later; after doing some research on the Lennox products and price; to accept the deal on the Elite series. I was given a date for April 20th & 21st for the 2 day installation, which worked out well for me. I received a call on the morning of April 20th from John that the installation team of Mark and Joe would be coming this morning at the time previously set up.Mark and Joe arrived on time both days and did an excellent job on the entire installation. They worked very hard and did an outstanding job at removing the old furnace and A/C and installing the Elite Series on both. All the old lines were replaced. Thorough job done. I was impressed by the work completed. Great clean-up and furnace working well! Mark went over with me the finished job.John followed up by stopping at the house, when work was being performed, to check the status. Had them install a whole home humidifier system. They provided the best price for installation and equipment. They had a guy come out and review everything prior to providing an estimate. On the day of installation, the guy explained everything he would be doing and exactly how long it would take. Afterwards, he explained the settings and how to adjust for best efficiency.
