Very fortunate to have Mark and his team in our region. Was so excited to find a Golden Ear dealer in the area and left the showroom with a massive smile on my face that still hasnt gone away. Mark seemed to know what I was after more than me! He set me up with a great turntable and preamp. It cost me much less than I could have gotten anywhere else that I found. I was comfortable the entire time he was explaining different options to me. Really happy with my experienxe there.
