Took my grandma shopping here after a nice meal at Cheesecake Factory. Cheesecake must have went right through her. She ended up knees deep in a $23,000 chest with a bad case of the trots. Diarrheal everywhere.Yuck! Had to use a white monogram hankie to help clean her old wrinkly arse. The sales associate wasn’t pleasant nor helpful when it came to wiping her behind. Granny sure did let loose. Thanks a lot Louis Vuitton!
I went to purchase my LV Graceful PM and I had the best experience.This was my first in store experience and the staff there could not have been more helpful..They were all very nice and gave me all the time I needed to make my purchase.I am a very happy customer.

Ive purchased several bags and SLGs from this location and it is truly one of the best. The SAs are friendly and down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable . I also do a decent amount of returns and exchanges of online purchases and they are beyond patient.I agree with another reviewer, I think people have a very strange expectation as to what luxury shopping is/will be. Im just a person, your SA is just a person, I really dont know what kind of treatment people are expecting. At the end of the day it is a retail store in a shopping mall, and the employees really do go out of their way to make all of the guests feel special and welcome. I think some people are expecting champagne and complimentary massages or something, honestly!I read one particularly mean review stating Dont bother going in unless you are wearing all designer. Sadly, those are reflections of the insecurity of that reviewer. Ive gone into this store to drop off repairs, make exchanges, etc. many times. Some of those times I look good, some of those times Ive just left the gym and still have wet hair from the shower and am wearing leggings and a baggy tee. Ive been there in sweats too and never have I felt treated differently because of what I was wearing.Yes, you have to wait in line to get in. Thats for safety. Yes, they dont have every bag LV makes in stock at all times, but they will always offer to find what you need to the best of their ability. The SAs are regular folks just like you and I, you will only be intimidated if you allow yourself to be.I pop in once or twice a month just to ask what monogram items are available as they have slowed production of those, and its always a nice visit. Thank you to the team at LV Ross Park, youre the best!

I think people get upset when buying luxury items if they dont feel like the salesperson takes them seriously. I think the key is not to care what anyone thinks about you especially the salesperson when buying luxury items. Your not buying the bag because of the service thats for sure your buying the bag because you want to show off or your wife/gf wants to show off. All these negative reviews are the same thing...salesperson does not take buyer seriously...buyer still buys the item..then gets mad at the salesperson because they spent more than they could afford to spend and didnt feel like the person stroked their ego enough.With all that said my experience was very positive. I called and only had 5 minutes before the store closed. Meaghan at Ross Park Mall worked overtime to help me get exactly what I wanted. If you want a good experience the bottom line is you go talk to Meaghan and I can guarantee you will have a better experience. She really knows the product line and was able to help me pick a bag for my wife in no time. She got a payment link sent and they hand delivered the bag to my car to surprise my wife. I am already looking at how I can do more business with her at the shop. I will probably have to get myself some shoes and a wallet now.Keep in mind times are different and we should give these people working these stores more credit for what they are doing dealing with the public everyday is not easy...lots of tire kickers at the mall.
I have a love/hate relationship with this store. my favorite salesman left and I haven’t been able to find a good replacement. I have many, many lv bags and accessories, would consider myself a very good customer, but that’s not how I feel when dealing with this particular location. I have other sales reps that I deal with now in nj and fl. sad though bc this is my local store. also, they don’t seem to have the pull that other stores have, so if you’re after rare items like I usually am, you probably won’t find it here and they more than likely won’t be able to get it for you either.

If youre coming here, you already know what the products cost so I wont rate based on the price. But the woman who helped us was very nice. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and was very willing to help in any way. The particular item we were looking for is only available by wait list and she was more than understanding and accommodating to try to help us and to give us all of the facts before we made a decision on what we were purchasing. Other than that the store was obviously very nice, clean, and organized. Not busy.
My most current purchase experience began with the Louis Vuitton website. I ordered a Pochette Métis and requested to have it delivered to the Ross Park Mall. I was given an estimate on my collection date and was pleased to receive my SMS confirmation that I could indeed pick up my new purchase on original targeted date.I was greeted by Oscar! I must say that I was very pleased with the COVID-19 safety practices that the store was implementing. He offered me hand sanitizer before I entered the store and literally treated me like I was a longtime friend!! He was DELIGHTFUL!!!!! After confirming I was the purchaser. He presented the bag to me and offered that I inspect it to ensure my satisfaction. After the inspection he took it to the back and wrapped it BEAUTIFULLY for me!!!! And I was on my merry way!There were three sales associates in the store when I arrived. I have to say they were all attentive to the customers that they were serving during my time in the store!I will be returning to purchase a LV belt and I really hope that Oscar is there to welcome me back!
I Walked into the store today to buy a new purse and the woman working the floor was incredibly rude upon entering. They weren’t taking any more appointments for the day (which was fine but her ignorant delivery was completely unnecessary). Needless to say I will not be returning to this location to purchase a bag. I will travel out of state before I give this location a few grand. Ross park mall Louis Vuitton is in desperate need of some customer service training. I received a better service experience at Sephora where I spent $60, pretty sad.
Really great experience at the Ross Park Mall store! I went in knowing exactly what ( I thought) I wanted and was met by Will who was amazing. He showed me the handbag I was there for, then he brought out about 5-6 other options that I never would have even thought to look at. We talked through the pros/cons of each and while I ended up with the bag I went in there to buy, exploring other options was wonderful and I will definitely consider them for the future. Customer service is so important and Will is a gem in that store!
I understand during this pandemic things have changed. I went to this store two days in a row. The first time i arrived 5:15 and they closed at 5:00. The next day i arrived at 4 and the women standing at the front of the store asked if we could come back tomorrow after driving 45 mins. She then let me in to shop. I felt rushed. The women who checked me out told me I would receive my purchase in 3 days. Well it’s be a week almost. My first time shopping in the store was not the best experience and nothing like i expected. I will go back to ordering online.The crazy thing is I’ve had better customer service with other stores that aren’t designer. Also the clerk that rang me up put the wrong ZIP CODE!!! I’m so furious. I had to call customer service just to get the tracking number to find out my purse was delivered to the wrong address. The managers excuse was the “Pandemic”. Incompetent woman who put the wrong address has nothing to do with the pandemic lol NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
My experience at this location was subpar at best. My gift on Christmas Day looked like they threw it back in the box instead of neatly replacing it in there. I’ve been in other LV’s and received excellent service at other locations (LA, D.C., Chicago) plus offered water options while I waited.

I called the main store and ordered an item that I was guaranteed to receive at the Ross Park mall store within 5 - 7 business days. Several days went by and I had still not received any type of contact from them letting me know about my item. I called the main store yesterday (Dec. 2nd) and they informed me that the item was shipped to the store on November 26th and that the item should be there. I called the Ross Park mall store and the employee informed me that they didn’t receive the item and they have no idea where it is at. He said it was a miscommunication between the main store and myself. He then said he was going to call the main store to figure out the issue and then call me back. When he called me back, he said that the item was out of stock and that he could order the item for me but that I would have to go on a waiting list with 13 people ahead of me. I called the main store back and was told that they have no idea what is going on and that someone would be in contact with me when they get the issue resolved. Several hours later, I did not receive that phone call, instead I received an email stating that a refund process had been started. I called the main store back today (dec 3rd) and explained the issue and stated that I did not want a refund, and that I wanted the item I was guaranteed. I was then informed that the package was damaged in transit to the Ross Park mall store and immediately returned by the Ross Park mall store to the main store without ever informing me of the issue. How was the employee completely clueless of this issue the day before? Why was there no communication? After being on the phone with the main store for over an hour, I was told that they couldn’t fix their mess up and offered no solution besides giving me my money back in 14 days. Very disappointing situation overall, the item was a Christmas present and now they have no idea when they will even have the item in stock again. Please work on your communication skills and uphold the reputation your company claims to have.
Too bad it’s the closest one to me since we moved to Pittsburgh. I’ve been to several LV stores but this is the worst one and the winner in most substandard service. I think bought about 10 (3 slg, 3 shoes, 3 purses, 1 bandou) items for the past 4 months in this store which I mostly ordered online and have it for store pick up. And I’m telling you, all those times I’ve been there, their SA absolutely lacked customer service skills. With the price I’m paying (with some issues on some bags), I’m expecting a great customer experience. Seriously, you’ll get better treatment from staff ofWalmart than this LV store. It’s upsetting they lack care on wrapping items. I picked my shoes and they just handed it to me like I bought from a thrift store and not even ask me to try it on to make sure it fits. I also never got any holiday packaging with all those purchases I had since they release it. None of them had handed also a their business card just incase I need an SA or contact person if I need to order more or have any issues with my purchase which for me really shows lack of accountability and care from their staff.

You know Louis already or you wouldnt be reading this. Great-looking products with an oh-so-frou-frou name. If you need a $450 wallet, then this store has what you need.I know - youre all like why did he give it three stars? And the answer is that I think you can get quality merchandise at a much more reasonable price. But if you want the name and have the desire to throw money at a retailer then Louis is a definite five-star for you!

She was very down to earth and professional. The store is gorgeous and luxe and I felt very comfortable and just loved shopping here. I would immensely recommend shopping with Amanda :).

My siblings and I went into this Louis Vuitton tonight to make a purchase and exchange, and the service DESPICABLE. The first time we went in every sales associate was with a customer, but none of them even made an effort to greet us or say they would help us when they were finished. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, we decided to come back a little later in the hopes that we could get some service. The second time we went in we spent 5 minutes trying to get the attention of a sales associate and when we finally did, he told us that he had to help another client who got there before we did BUT WHO DEFINITELY DID NOT. When we said we were back for the second time trying to get some service he proceded to walk away and help the other people who supposedly were there before us (in reality they just looked more wealthy than us and that is why they received the golden treatment). Louis Vuitton will no longer be receiving our business after this terrible experience. The people who work here and quite frankly who shop here as well only see dollar signs and couldnt give a Sh&@ about how they treat people. Shop here if you want to wait around for a ridiculous amount of time while all of the associates judge you instead of help you.
We drove from hours away, and failed to estimate our travel time correctly. Consequently, we walked in 5 minutes before closing, and were treated professionally during the purchase experience, despite making the staff work after hours.

I had limited time to go buy my wife a purse for Christmas while we were at different ends of the mall. I was told I would have to come back at a different time because they were busy. The only time I had to spend thousands of dollars at their store was inconvenient to them so I wasnt permitted in the doors. Customer satisfaction at its worst.

Service was horrible. I went in looking for a belt as a graduation gift (graduates request, not my idea) Employees were not kind to me at all and completely brushed me off due to my yoga pants & converse shoes. I was also wanting info on the bag in the front. Employee said I dont know they recently just changed it then walked away. Lol. Didnt even bother opening up the storefront door to see which bag it was. I left. They arent getting my commission
