I took my daughter homecoming shopping here. Christina, Bailey, and Alexis were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind when it came to helping my daughter. My daughter has severe social anxiety and the ladies put her right at ease. Christina went way above her job description to fix the stitching on my daughters dress. I will highly recommend Windsor at Robinson mall to all friends and family. You ladies are amazing.

Lindsay was such a great help through the homecoming crowd. Also was running around helping everyone. Including my daughter and best friend. Also cashier... didnt catch her name but also was doing ringing and still helping customers to help them get what they needed before they walked out the store. Both ladies showed great customer service. The both are 5 Stars worth it. Any retailer position is a hard one. So Thank you Ladies 🥰

Every time I have entered this store, I’ve been greeted with extremely helpful employees. There’s such a cute, trendy selection of clothes and the employees will go out of their way to help you find whatever you need. I’m so impressed with the consideration they have for their customers even if they are busy. The assistant manager Lindsey even took the time to help me find an outfit for an event I had in the evening. I will definitely be back again!

Stopped in to get a dress for my daughters homecoming dance. Good selection and decent prices. The fitting room situation is a disaster. I understand that they were busy and it takes a while to try on dresses, but we waited over a half hour for a room. The employee handling the dressing rooms could have been a little more professional and friendly, but I understand how stressful that situation must be. A little more communication, organization, and some sort of different plan on the process of waiting for a dressing room might alleviate some of that stress on her. Overall a decent experience, just dont recommend going in the evening.

I took my daughter into one of your stores yesterday to purchase a homecoming dress. We were treated rudly after I had to flag the employee down, she was ignoring me. My daughter isnt a tiny girl and was looked down upon while trying to find any larger sized dresses. I finally left the store and gave someone else our business who didnt have an issue with helping us. I would never recommend this store to anyone, or give them our business.

Dress shopping here is a nightmare. Waited in line for over 10 minutes and then we were informed that the line doesnt count, you have to give her your clothes to be put in line, so a bunch of people got in front of us...this was after the homecoming rush, so there werent that many people in the store, but some communication and organization would be helpful!!!!

The staff was extremely rude. my friends and I waited over an hour to try on dresses. once it was our turn for a dressing room the employee was very rude about giving us rooms. I had 6 dresses to try on. I was in the dressing room for 25 minutes while others where in there for double that time but I got yelled at. the employees told us to come out and I said I had only been in there for a short amount of time and would be out soon after I finished tryin on my dress. A women in her 60s and her children started harassing me and my friend telling us to get out of the dressing room. They were banging on the door and clapping and yelling at me for being in there for so long. I was in there for no longer then 25 minutes. the employees did nothing. the employees then started talking along with the other customers saying “you guys are good we should hire you.” this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. when I asked for the employees names they refused to give out the information and said they did nothing wrong. do not shop here. there was one employee who was nice to me. one.

The manager is awful!!!! she screamed and banged on my door when i took 20 minutes less then any other person in the dressing room. i waited for my fitting room for over am hour and that’s how o got treated. it was a joke. also dresses have lots of stains abs damage to them. honestly one encountered one nice enployee every other one seemed miserable and were just rude to your face.

The manager of the store is awful!!!!!! I tried to return a dress that I HAVE NOT worn and was accused of wearing because of one black mark that was there when I had purchased. The manager made me look like a fool in front of other customers and when I asked if I could just exchange the dress for a larger size she was rude again accusing me of wearing the dress and that she could do nothing and that she was the manager of the store and that I could not talk to anyone else. I feel I was treated very unprofessionally and reached out to customer service to report her.

Had to wait in line to get into the store for 40 minutes just to return items. The store wasn’t really busy inside. Make a separate line for returns.

Love this store found what I was looking for right away

Extremely rude. Came to the store because there’s a problem with my online order (which I didn’t want to do but had no choice since they didn’t have my size in store) and had no luck with the phone number they gave me for customer service. When I asked for assistance they just huffed and puffed and said only thing I can do is call that number.

Do not work here, do not shop here there prejudice, will make up things to get people of color fired.

Upbeat and trendy clothing and accessories. A good place to find cute cocktail dress or a formal gown. Staff wasnt too helpful but I enjoyed browsing. And the items I bought fit just right.

I love this store! The clothes are super cute, keep in mind they run small for sure! The prices are pretty great too, but they have a not so awesome return policy, so be sure to try everything on ( ask for the back fitting room, its much nicer) & check with an associate about the return policy before making your purchase JUST IN CASE!

The store is great. A bunch of trendy fashion peices and elegant formal dresses. I feel like this store has a lot of unique clothing items you might not find in other places. This particular store, the employees werent overly helpful. They seemed to be bothered by being asked for assistance. I would recommend the store if looking for an outfit for a special occasion

Clothes are pretty cute and store is pretty clean, but every time I see something that I like, I feel it, and then look at the price tag...it seems over priced for the quality. To be honest, its a fast fashion kind of store, so I expect the clothing to be priced accordingly.But the staff is nice and store is well stocked.

OMG love it! if you need a little black dress, or sexy cocktail dress dont spend hundreds of dollars for evening gowns. Go to Windsor! Although, I could easily spend hundreds in this store the prices are VERY RESAONABLE! They have all kinds of clothes too. Casual, cocktail dresses, evening, shoes, accessories. It literally is a one stop shop. Very clean. Staff is super helpful. Classy. I mean, I havent felt this good about myself wearing something since before kids lol. Do yourself a favor, go buy a dress at Windsor. Youll feel GREAT. You deserve it!

This is not about this location specifically, but about windsor online. They have the worst customer service. I ordered a dress for my daughter for her graduation. They took the money. Then 6 days later, I contact them to confirm shipping. I do this thru chat and the woman refers me to their shipping policy. Then disconnects our chat. That is totally unprofessional and rude. So I contact them again today, only to be told that they do not have the dress in stock right now. I asked her when it would be available. I was told at the end of May. So we are at the beginning of April, I was completely lied to the first time by someone too lazy to do their job. Then no one was going to even contact me to tell me it wasnt available and wouldnt be until the end of May. So needless to say, order canceled and taking my business elsewhere. Hire employees that actually work.

Spent so much money online and it states can exchange in store within 14 days it doesn’t state it has to except item and of course they don’t have your size in store drove a hour since it states exchanges in 14 days .. you have to pay to ship back ridiculous spend even more $ ... the company knows the clothes are cheap and inconsistent to make returns so hard .. the sizes are so inconsistent yet have same size chart at least other cheap fashion places stand behind product never will spend another dime again..
