We had our chair stair lift installed yesterday. Very professional and they clean up after the installation. They show you how to use the chair and adjust it to you. In the office I dealt with Leslie. She was very professional and down to earth to deal with assisting in getting the chair installed in an emergency situation. She is a great asset to this company and I hope they realize it. We love the new chair. I would definitely recommend this company for your handicap or disability needs. Thank you Leslie and thank you Cody for the quick installation. You were great also.

They dont currently rent mobility scooters, due to COVID, I just learned on phone with one of their helpful team members.

They sell quality products and everyone Ive dealt with, from sales to installers, is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This company was a life saver. Wife broke ankle in mid-August and desperately wanted to come home to recuperate while being completely non-weight-bearing. 101 Mobility had a wheelchair ramp installed within 5 days and allowed for a manageable recovery at home as we had steps both front and back. Now that she can do steps the ramp is down but should we ever need such services again we would not hesitate to use this excellent company.

These folks are not only professional but were very caring and empathetic to my needs. My father was unexpectedly being discharged from the hospital and I needed wheelchair ramps or something to be able to get him into the house. Greg came up with a solution, came to my home and set thresholds up for me! When one of them seemed to be too short, he sent one of his guys out within the next two days with another one. What a wonderful company to work with! The staff worked with us to have a speedy deliveries. The stair lift is a life saves and the lift chair a game changer. The office staff are so nice and are really concerned that we get what we need. The delivery/installers are very nice and polite. They leave the area just as clean as when they arrived. If we need any other mobility items I will not hesitate to call them.

I live in Phoenix and needed a lift installed at my mothers house in PA. To say the least I was apprehensive, especially with all that is going on today. Let me say there was no need to worry, this company and the employees are awesome. My mother still comments on how nice this young man was, and what a nice job he did. Went out of their way to accommodate me. I was in rehab and needed ramp installed to come home. They fit me in on the morning of my release date.They also offer a temporary ramp to rent. I paid for installation, removal, and 3 months then it will go to month to month. I feel their rates are very reasonable too.This company was a Godsend and Im making sure the therapists I come in contact with know about them for other patients.

Good price on nice lift chair. Employees SO helpful.. I needed chair by certain day and when it didnt arrive on that day, they actually tracked it down and went 2 location, picked it up & delivered it. They also took old chair down to garage. I cant thank them enough. They had also been very helpful advising me in picking out a portable ramp.

They installed an inside curved stairlift and an external chair lift. We have had quick and excellent service when we encountered problems. The custom installation of the chair lift was very well done.

Installers for my stair lift were very efficient, on time and careful. I have a three-level townhouse with lots of steps, and the stair lift works very well, even around all the curves. Im very pleased.

Had a very difficult experience with Greg. At first it was simply poor communication but it quickly escalated into unethical business practices of stating items were ordered when they were not, not disclosing fees added to rental contracts, and in the end being flat out rude to prospective buyer on the phone. We tried for over 2 weeks to rent/purchase through him and in the end we realized it was him, not us, that had the issue. He should be ashamed that he knows people are in rehab facilities waiting to get out and go home while he runs his business this way with people depending on him for help.

The entire staff did a fantastic job with handling the logistics of installing two stair lifts while my family was dealing with two parents being hospitalized at the same time. Yes, this is your stereotypical company that fails to respond. Sent a request for and estimate via the website on March 21st. Heard nothing for two weeks so I decided to try another online submission again on April 4th. This time, Greg the owner DID respond. After a few emails back and forth, I gave him the address of where I needed the estimate. He said they would go out and estimate installing a handicap ramp. That was on April 7th. I hear nothing from him/them so I sent Greg an email on the 15th asking if or when they intended to do the estimate. Crickets..... Nothing. It is now April 24th and I guess they are just too busy.Companies being unresponsive to consumers is very common now. I was hoping this one was different - professional website and all.... Nope.Stay away.
