Jason is a champ. He doesnt waste his or anyones time and does great work. Always have a great experience with him and would recommend this shop to any rider, new or experienced. Even with the craziness that has come along with the current pandemic, he was able to fit in working on my bike for me. Always appreciated.

The best place I have ever had repair my bike. I have a Triumph Rocket 3. I have been to several dealers for service. These guys have, by a large margin, been the best service experience I have ever had. They were quite knowledgeable, got the repairs done on time and went above and beyond (adjusted my cables). I will certainly be a repeat customer!

My Honda sat for years from the previous owner. No one could figure out why it wouldnt start. I took it over to Mothership Moto and James not only diagnosed the problem but explained each step that he had to take to get it back on the road. A week later my CB360 is back in all of its glory and running beautifully. I highly recommend Mothership Moto to anyone that needs work done to their motorcycle especially because the guys that work there are honest and reliable. I will definitely be taking my other bikes there for everything. Thanks James!

You get what you pay for! Great service at fair market price. Jason knows his bikes. I see some people complaining about the price but would you rather have the work done the correct way by someone who knows what he’s doing or would you rather take your bike to Bill from Facebook Marketplace who is a bench mechanic? He works on everything from super sport GSX-R’s to weird vintage Honda’s and BMW’s. He is the ONLY guy I trust with me bikes and has always treated me like a friend when I’m in there. 👍🏻

Wicked good guys with amazing, personal service! They kept me informed every step of the process and got my bike back on the trail faster than any other shop would have even been able to look at it. All the guys there have extensive backgrounds in riding both on and off road and have a true passion for life on two wheels. 5/5 easy.

This is by far the best motorcycle shop in Pittsburgh. The mechanics are knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and trustworthy. They kept my Honda 1980 cx500 on the road so I could use it to commute daily to work. I cant recommend this shop enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went here earlier today to drop off my bike for repair with no prior appointment. Luckily there was the owner? still there even though the shop was officially closed. I was rejected being told that they are busy and there is a 2 week wait time to get your bike fixed. I asked if I could leave the bike with them to fix it in two weeks and was told there was no room in the shop even though it appeared that there was plenty of room. The owner was nice about it and even looked at my bike for free outside but I dont understand why this place did not want my business. Its a good location and easy to find.

They was great. Got my bike in and out the same day. Had two tires replaced. Service is good so far. The only problem I have is the price. I was told for 2 tires installed on my bike would be around 250 with taxes included. So please tell me why... I gave them 260 cause I didnt have any change. So I should of got 10 dollars back. Right? Wrong. They charged me 260.01. Wow, what a rip off. Dont go here to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. And definetly dont go to pghcycle center. They was good people. Just two expensive. Do you know how many car tires I can get mounted and balanced for 260.01 If you really needed 10 extra dollars. Should of just asked.

Im not sure what they did, but I had a back tire replaced on my 2012 Harley Street Bob, and after getting it back the vibration I had was all but gone, it has never felt as good as it did since I got it back, I know there is an alignment procedure when replacing the back tire so they nailed it im guessing, thank you, you have a customer for life, Tony P.

This seemed like a cool shop, so I took my moped in to have the rear tire replaced. They got the tire changed quick enough, though they did charge about 3 times as much as other local shops. I didnt think much of it, but then a few days later, my chain slipped off on a ride. Checked, and the tensioner was super loose, adjusted terribly. Just glad I didnt break a link or one of the little plastic gears that thread through the tensioner (or hurt myself) when it slipped. In all honesty, I went to this shop because they had an awesome logo, but now I realize theyre relatively new and less experienced than other shops. Next time Ill go to a place with a boring logo and more experience. Learned my lesson.

I arranged for my bike to be picked up ( for a fee mind you, so Im agreeing to paying for a service) by these guys on a tuesday and I went the whole work day with no contact from them. After I called them, they said that they didnt have time that day because they where overwhelmingly busy. (Okay, small problem but things happen. Theyre a small shop so I felt like it was a small thing for it too happen once). Then we rescheduled for thursday and the same thing happened again except for they waisted my entire afternoon. After calling in the morning and confirming with the shop owner that my bike was to be picked up roughly around 4:30 I called at 3:45 to let them know I was going to be home a little early, and I had a 530 appointment across town I needed to make so they could stop by earlier of they wanted. 5 o clock rolls around and not only are they not there, but I received no phone call, again. I called again at 6 and 7, each time getting a different employee who told me a different excuse each time ( oh, the guy with the truck isnt here, Im the only one at the shop, the other person whos supposed to help me isnt here). Then the shop owner Jason decides to call me after 8 o clock, presumably to come get the bike, and leave a voicemail offering no explanation. I called and spoke to him the next day and Im conversation he told me that the shop had limited staff and hes not going to leave the shop with paying customers to do a favor and pick up the bike. This was what really posed me off. Not only did he leave me hanging on the first pickup, but he spoke to me as if we did not have an agreement for him to perform a service for me and spoke to me as if my appointment wasnt important. Them he went on to say if I could get the bike to him, hell still work on it as if the unfulfilled pickups where my responsibility. This is not how you should treat customers, especially if you are a new shop in town. Prior to agreeing on dates and times for him to do the work he told me that his former shop wasnt successful and Im not suprised if this is approach he takes to accountability. If you agree that you will be available to do something for someone you should be able to keep your word as a business owner. Especially if you get a second opportunity like they did.
