Now as I’ve never had a bad experience at a Walmart before but this is my scariest yet BEST experience…..my daughter (4 months away from being 2 years old) had tripped over her own two feet and had fallen into the bottom of our grocery cart which ended up causing a gash in the outside of her lip and her teeth to take a chunk out of the inside leaving her bleeding from the mouth….I asked an employee if they had a first aid kit, and being someone originally from New York kindness and selflessness is very rare for me to see…the employee I asked rushed my daughter and I to an empty register with whom I’m assuming was her manager and a good group of 4-5 employees all gathered to help one retrieved the first aid kit, one went to the In-store subway to get ice for a makeshift ice pack and water, one went to get paper towels one was trying to help me get my daughter to calm down and the manager tended to my daughters injuries…no questions asked just instantly they all helped to make sure my baby was alright. This is the BEST staff at any Walmart I’ve ever been to…thank you

The ladies in the pharmacy are great! Very fast, friendly, and they let you make pruchases there as well.The rest of the store is constantly disorganized, overcrowded, and the regular lines are incredibly long.

Be prepared to wait in line because no registers are ever open. Be prepared to wait if you need help with something as no one seems to care. Why do I go here? Theres no where else to go.

It was a fenced in area for dogs to run. Our dogs had fun but they were the only ones there.

Some employees are friendlier than others. If you approach one of them to ask for help finding something they either don’t know where it is or don’t want to stop what they are doing to help you look. Some days wait times at the checkout are extremely long. I only come here for the prices.

They need to keep thier stock up to date with thier sales!

This Walmart is easily one of the top 10 worst. The store always looks like it is only a few days away from closing as nothing is ever in stock and there is never any staff anywhere. If you do find staff do not bother to ask them anything as you will be treated like you just ruined their entire day by speaking to them; doubly so if you actually ask them to do something for you. Do not waste your time here go to North Adams or Target in Lanesboro. This is truly a business that does not deserve your business.

This is a fantastic store. Very clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. I love coming here for various goods, but the people are the reason I come back.

Its an ok location. there is definitely a difference in attitude (and not positive) between the employees at this store and the one in North Adams, and though its hit or miss with organization, it is still better than it was a few years back. its convenient for a quick stop, but 9 times out of 10, i still choose Target or the Walmart in north county over this one.

This goes out to the older white lady on checkout #2 - I bet you’d chide a teenager who choses to socialize during work as much as this lady, but because she’s older and white… it’s not rude?

I have never been treated so well, everyone that I asked a question went out of their way to help me. My cashier Mike was also friendly and helpful

Almost everybody thats waited on me is super friendly. If I ask for a help a teammate usually isnt too far and happily will show me what Im looking for or point me in the right direction

Typically has long waiting lines. Food prices are the best in Pittsfield but selection is very limited. This is not a full size Walmart so no fresh vegetables, etc. Plentiful parking, including overnight parking for camping RVs.

Very limited mens dress pants. But a lot of shelves are bare around town.

Longest lines in the area, I wont go here anymore due to it. Target right up the street is in and out quick and easy. worth the extra 10-15 cents.

Average. Generally it is not stocked well and the cash registers including self-checkout are always busy. Would be nice to see the the store upgraded to a SuperWalmart.

Got what I wanted there but Everytime I go to get something its in a locked case and NOONE AROUND TO UNLOCK IT, kinda annoying when its something simple like headphones....but if u have locked cases please start having someone there to unlock them at least!!!!!!!!!!

Theres a couple great employees that have over the last few weeks. Gone completely out of there ways for me. One woman employee in audio and the other woman at the self checkout. You can tell these two women really enjoy helping others. This is something that was never taught, just comes naturally.

I love Wal-Mart bcuz they will let you return something without a receipt for store. Credit. Unlike most of their competitors. They also have a huge selection of items so we can do all of our shopping at just 1 place!

Horrible. They don’t care about their workers at all. Name one worker there who doesn’t look like they are about to pass out from exhaustion. No wonder why so many people quit here. Horrible

This store was ONCE voted the worst Walmart in allllll of America, but that is all in the past now! This store in particular is always well stocked, has everything you need, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and overall the store has been revamped, and is always clean! As soon as there is a spill or an accident, someone is there to clean it up or to help in anyway they can. We had one of the best experiences here! Which is why this store will always be my favorite. I was 9months pregnant and needed to find a certain product that not a single associate at the two previous stores(not Walmart) had ever heard of. I was having a hard time walking(I was visibly very uncomfortable) I saw an employee, and before I could say anything he said “are you ok? Do you need some assistance?” I asked him if he knew where the product was and he said “oh yes! They are always in the strangest spot!” So I started to follow him, he stopped and said “oh no no, please take a seat(HE PULLED A FOLDABLE CHAIR OUT FROM BEHIND THE DESK IN THE PAINT CENTER AND OPENED IT FOR ME, SAT ME IN A SPOT OUT OF THE WAY OF CUSTOMERS) and relax right here. It’s clear across the store anyways. I’ll be right back with your product.” He was back in a few minutes with exactly what I needed. I was so thankful for that 3 minute rest and especially his kindness. This particular incident was over 7 years ago now and we see him weekly, he is and always will be my favorite employee, the other employees are great, most laugh at my super corny jokes, and are patient while I’m fumbling with my card or cash. They keep order and do not let anyone cut in front of anyone else, anytime there is a problem, they have staff there to handle it immediately. Like I said this store has come a long way and I’m so proud to say it is our home town Walmart now!

Courtesy and kindness that they show specially the people that stand at the door when they see me and my roommate come and they know we need a chair and they try to bring it to us

I come to this Walmart location every few weeks. They are very delicated to keeping the registers clean and the store running smoothly. The only reasons I cant give it 5 stars is because it doesnt have a fresh grocery section, and the self check outs arent full sized ones with belts Ive seen at other Walmarts. I would really love for them to upgrade these. None the less I still use the self checkouts. Its just a little crowded. The store is usually well stocked with the normal items offered.

The register situation is ridiculous The lines were all the way through the clothing section into the shoe section, 9 registers closed and staff folding clothes next to the lines if people instead of opening a register. Mabey Im spoiled by good management at Target but this seems absurd. The Walmart in North Adams is 100 times better with staff, variety, and cleanliness.

I stopped in during my travels from out of town. A young man named Anthony was stocking shelves and took the time to walk me to the item I was searching for. Some of the best customer service I have ever encountered at a Walmart.

Not my usual Wal*Mart, so we were not aware that they no longer provide plastic bags, but it wasnt an issue, since we were doing light shopping. There should be signs posted where they can be seen on the way in, for those who arent regulars at that location.

I called earlier in the day to put a tv on hold that I was for sure going to be coming in and buying later in the day. I was told no they can’t hold an item for more than an hour. When I showed up to the store, and I asked about the tv, the red headed woman in electronics cut me off mid sentence and rudely said all I have is what is on the floor. You guys need to change your policy of holding items if someone says they are going to come into the store to get them. I will be boycotting your store to now on because I also ordered the tv I wanted and the shipping was delayed. In my true and honest opinion Walmart is incompetent when it comes to good customer service.

Everything is fine at the store but I wish I knew before entering to bring my own bags as they now charge for bags.

Needed to pick up some last minute supplies. They had what I needed but was hardly worth the trip. Only one cashier working! The lines where extremely long. People where very anxious and agitated. Overall not an experience I want to go through again. Very stressful.

Went to get a pair of airpods. I got there before 10oclock and they close at 11oclock. I talked to 3 associates trying to find someone to unlock the case and not a single person could be bothered. I waited over an hour trying to get help. They even called out over the intercom to get someone but nope still nobody showed. I wasnt the only one waiting either. Horrible customer service. I just wanted one thing but no!
