Never once had a bad experience, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and courteous staff both in the Pharmacy and regular store staff, yes theres a bit of a wait at the pharmacy if its busy but thats because theyre doing their jobs correctly, professionally and diligently to get every prescription correct allwhile helping everyone with all sorts of questions and other needs, they go above and beyond their job descriptions to help every customer and are fine examples of employee excellence and I refuse to get my medications from anywhere else in Berkshire County, even from the hospital itself, I trust them fully and respectfully to the point where Im going there soon to get my COVID-19 shot because I dont trust anywhere else to get it.

Ever since they have done the switch over from Rite Aide, you wait in line long, and the pharmacy techs are rude.

Convenient, but pharmacy wait times could be improved.

NOT a fan of Rite Aid. Pompous Rx dept., slow service often, shelves often empty, CVS is much better.
