I chose this company to install a new heating and cooling system for my home from three other companies because they returned my call, came to see the project, gave a detailed invoice of cost of the project in a timely manner and had the best cost for the job. Plus, the secretary does a marvelous job of making sure Norm gets the message and she gets back to you.

I called WTPI after I learned that my regular furnace person had left the area and they were recommended by my heating oil co. Even though they didnt usually service South County, they came within a couple of hours, diagnosed and repaired the problem and professionally serviced my furnace. Extremely friendly and courteous. Couldnt have been more pleased.

We called for service on a Sunday and Wtpi Services came within the hour. My wife and I called multiple companies and Wtpi was the only company willing to come without a contract & on a Sunday knowing we had two children in the home. We needed to have our AC serviced so called these guys due to their good reviews. All I can say is Im glad we did. A 5-star experience all around. They were quick to come out and very responsive. Everyone at WTPI is awesome. Our furnace stopped working just before a really cold weekend nearing 0 degrees. After calling around to many places, and waiting for people to call me back, WTPI answered right away and sent Norm out to investigate. He determined it was a couple safety sensors that had failed but since it was a Thursday, the parts wouldnt arrive until Monday even with overnight shipping. Norm was amazing and lent us four oil radiator heaters to keep the house warm for my family free of charge. Not many people would do that in my opinion. Once the parts arrived, Norm came by and installed them and made sure everything was working properly and even vacuumed the furnace and surrounding pipes, again not many people would do that. Norm loves what he does and is awesome at it. I would highly recommend WTPI!

I hired WTPI for Ductless AC installation In may 2020. They did an excellent job making sure they routed everything to the best of the ability based on the amount of units being installed, and overall i feel that the number of units are working well for the size of our house. We did have a problem with one of the Condensers, and Norman and his crew did everything they could to track down the problem. Would definitely hire him again. They were professional, and hard workers. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day.On 7/10/2020 also hired WTPI to do a Smart Themostat upgrade, we had the old mercury mechanical thermostats with what appeared to be no C wire. Norman spent most of the day trying to get everything set up just right. We have an older boiler system so we also ended up needing a new control board as well in order to get the thermostats to work. Again top notch service.

I have been out of heat and hot water for about two week. I’ve one of the tankless water heater that controls both heating my home and hot water. I just bought a house, and the boiler was consistently shutting down. Norman squeezed me into his busy schedule, diagnosed the issue, and then came back the next night to install the parts. When he went to install the parts, he found that there numerous other issues with the boiler, and he stayed and fixed all of them.Pricing was reasonable, and I couldnt have asked for better service for a new customer in an emergency. This company is amazing. Our furnace was dead...on the coldest weekend of the year. Yay! us. we called around, and called around and no one was willing to help us...until we called Wtpi. Within an hour there was a service man out at our house. He diagnosed our furnace and found the problem relatively quickly. Though they couldnt get us the part right away, they lent us space heaters to provide some relief while we waited for the part to come in. After install and a thorough cleaning, our furnace is up and running again, like almost new. They were so honest, and so professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. They were amazing!

I called WTPI to get a quote on replacing my central air that had not worked well for at least 8 years with new mini-splits. Had a few companies work on my A/C over the years and they could not fix it correctly. I called to have my furnace system replaced from a insurance claim. I needed a quote for how much a new system would cost and I said I was flexible on when they could come out and take a look. They called me and said my quote would cost $180. I said it was just a quote for a new system that was needing to be replaced and I wanted them to do it and they refused. I dont understand why they would turn down an expensive job.UPDATE: In response to WTPI, They knew 100% I was asking for a quote and replacement of the entire system. I repeated myself several times. I am not new to home repair/renovation. I said no one in any industry was charging for quotes on furnace installations. They put me on hold several times and each time told me that they charged for estimates. This was not for a cleaning. They were clear that they had to charge $180 just to give me an estimate on replacing my furnace system. Do not believe their attempt to minimize this as a mistake.They wanted to charge me $180 for a furnace estimate.Since then, Ive had several reputable companies/contractors come through the house to help with my renovation. Most of them pointed to the WTPI sticker and said verbatim You dont use these guys right? When I laugh and say never again every single one said thats good. I hadnt brought up what happened, each contractor saw the inspection sticker and volunteered their opinion on their own.I wish I knew before that WTPI had such a terrible industry reputation but its hard to find out as an average homeowner.Happy to share on Google reviews not only through MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE but confirmed from people in the HVAC industry.
