Just had my first series of transactions with Sweatland. They are professional, competent, and kind. Diane was quick and informative on the phone; their experienced technician, Bill, arrived first thing the next morning to estimate; he was very careful in reviewing the entire system and gave me excellent feedback and information.I was quickly scheduled for the necessary repairs. We manage multiple properties with several fuel & service vendors, so are aware of the range of possible service. These guys are fine; and their prices are in line with their peers. They are a solid company to work with.

This company is the worst. The gal who answers the phone is so gruff and ill-mannered. EVERY SINGLE time Ive called for oil they cant deliver for days or even a week later! Ive put more diesel in my tank this year than I ever have. Look at their hours! When they close at 2pm its no wonder they cant get to all their deliveries in an acceptable time frame! Last time they claim they came and knocked, but nobody answered....Lie! We were home ALL day. One star is generous imo.

Horrible. The desk lady on the phone is rude. Unprofessional. Do not recommend associating with anyone who is that unhappy with their job.

This company has been great to work with. I have a farmhouse in Otis and live in Eastern MA so I have to work remotely. Diane is the bomb! She has rescued me more than once and gone out of her way to arrange for service calls with my unique schedule . . . AND Diane and the guys rescued me when we had a malfunction on Christmas day last year . . . very grateful!

Hello,The women Diane who I had to deal with over the phone was the rudest person ever. no manners, very abrasive. basically was a B......on the other hand the guys that came to install were great, very personable and did a great job...

I wouldn’t do business with them, mainly because the woman who takes the calls is very rude. I’m not even sure she realizes how rude she comes off. I was very polite and she made me feel like it was a big deal to ask a few questions. So I called Pioneer Valley instead.

I use this company yearly at a condo development and they are wonderful. If I have an issue it is promptly taken care of.

Company is great. They are accommodating, professional and always do their best to help you out however possible. Been with them for years and have no plans to go anywhere else.

Have used Sweatland Oil since 2012. The previous residents had a longstanding relationship with Sweatland and I understand why. They do not try to oversell. Emergency calls are returned, repairmen show up as scheduled, they understand my old clunky furnace, they installed a new water heater under terriblle conditions, oil deliveries made as scheduled. When I goof up, and run low on oil, Diane returns my calls to talk me down from the ledge and my delivery is made, as agreed. Thank you Sweatland Team.

They are scamming BCAC and also the women is very rude. We’ll be calling BCAC to let them know what thier doing!!!!

Every time I call this place for oil, the woman who picks up is extremely rude. I am nothing but nice on the phone with them and all I get is a rude response. I will be using a different oil company from now on.

Good service for oil burners and installs

They delivered oil to wrong apartment its Christmas Eve and have no heat call the emergency# and guy tells me the manager said he has to talk to his driver so no heat for chChristm and it has been paid for
