They have excellent chat, email, and phone support. However, they also allowed me to drop off a broken unit since I lived close by. This is a warehouse, and is not open to the public. But, they still made it easy for me to drop the unit off so I can save a few dollars on postage. Great little business.

Unfortunately, their customer service is simply non-existent. As an existing customer, you will not receive any reply. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
