We remodeled our kitchen and got all of our appliances here. Great service and great products!!!

A lot of hassel on canceled order and getting refund. They called told me my order was ready for pickup and I had paid for delivery and haul off, two different times. Finally today it shows my purchase has been returned to account but not fee for delivery or haul off. Has been a nearly 2 month in dealing with this.

Great merchandise, the help was fantastic.

They dont carry a lot of craftsmans stuff anymore .

The Sears rep. Was very helpful on getting my issue resolved. Plainview is the store to call for good assistance. I could understand his language.

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend, Thomas was very helpful answering all my questions. My appliances were delivered to my home in Lubbock in a timely manner. The delivery guys were great very detailed and polite. I have zero complaints. These guys were awsome!!

The Sears Hometown Store in Plainview is completely worthy of a 5-star rating. I recently remodeled my kitchen. I did not want to deal with a big box store for several reasons: (1) I visited a big box store two times to look at appliances and was not waited on or asked if I needed help in the appliance department either time and (2) I called another big box store one evening to ask questions and no one in any department answered the phone. When I first started looking at appliances back in the fall, I sent my daughter-in-law to check out the Plainview store and inventory (she works in Plainview). Tomas (the owner) and the staff waited on her immediately and were very helpful with information and direction. In January, I began my kitchen remodel about three months sooner than I had expected to start. I called Sears in Plainview in a panic and immediately knew I had called the right place. Tomas and Alfred took charge and helped me find the right appliances. Their expertise and guidance were a welcome relief. They continued to work with me by delaying the delivery of the appliances until I was ready for them. The price of the appliances was very comparable to the big box stores. The BIG difference is the customer service; makes me wonder why anyone would ever shop anywhere else. I live an hour away from Plainview and still have never stepped foot in the store. Tomas Cruz and his staff have taken great care in helping me—all by phone and email. I have had my appliances for about a month and am completely satisfied. If there is a problem, I know my phone call will be answered on the first few rings. Kudos to Tomas and staff; I will be their best word of mouth advertisement and will definitely look to them for any future purchases.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at this Hometown Sears. I needed parts for a lawnmower and a chainsaw. They looked up the 16 chainsaw I bought years ago to make sure the replacement chain was the correct size.They sell large appliances, lawn and garden equipment, tools, beds and other items.

Sears in Plainview is a great place to shop and support a local family owned business. Tomas and his staff are always helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and have great customer service.

Shopped Home Depot, Lowes and Sears Onlone. Got frustrated trying to arrange delivery online to a rural area, so I drove to the Plainview store. Fantastic service, knowledgeable staff and quick delivery! Thank you! Ill shop here again.

Store personnel are friendly and knowledgeable in all the products sold in this store. Offer suggestions on products that Im constantly looking for and the best for the use intended.

Didnt have the part I needed but helped me find the exact part needed, gave me shipping options from Sears and gave me a print out of part so I could research my options. Great customer service.
