The person that owns this computer & device repair shop buys parts off eBay. After he buys them he then opens a case against the seller for damaged in shipping. Two weeks after he bought a LCD replacement for a Gen 3 Dell Latitude he opened a case against me claiming the LCD was damaged in shipping. However the box as pictured below shows no damage, had packing materials all around with several inches of clearance. The buyer/owner of this business claimed there was a half crescent in upper right hand corner. I pointed out to eBay an inexperienced person could place their plan here when installing. The buyer/owner of this store said in an email to me through eBay he intended to sell the laptop with my LCD regardless. eBay forced me to offer the return, even though the screen was listed as-is. I emailed the buyer/owner and explained I took a photo of the serial number and if he returned a different LCD no refund would be issued. For another 3 weeks eBay froze my funds to pay for a refund if it was returned. The buyer/owner never returned the screen, he had sold it which he alludeed to in another email, yet eBay still froze my funds.The owner of this business buys parts off eBay then sells them and tries to get refunds off eBay for false damage claims. Please note if you take your item for repair to this shop you may be getting stolen parts. He is very dishonest and will attempt to steal off eBay sellers.

Okay I like giving good reviews but this company is making it extremely difficult to do so . They have my laptop for a month now and I cant get ahold of anyone to get it back and I prepaid the ticket . Help

They revive the dead, or so we thought!! I was so happy! We thought my daughters iPad was fried, but the guys worked on it throughout the day and by closing time they had it working like a charm. I took a stack of cards to hand out to my customers at my business.

My phone wouldn’t charge so I brought it in and in 20 minutes they fixed it for cheap and put on a new screen cover for free!

Fixed my battery and broke me volume. And also fixed my screen and they told me I had a 90 day warranty but when I called they said the warranty didnt cover the screen going out on me in the first 3 days they fixed it and the warranty was for 90 days. They suck and their products suck
