I feel the need to share my experience. I went in here after getting my phone shut off to get a plan for myself and my father. All seemed well, we agreed on a plan that works and the workers were quite friendly and eventually got my phone working and I had service. However, when my first bill came, it was 90% more than what we had discussed. Displeased, I came back to visit NICK at the AT&T Plaistow store. He apologized, as he was the same person to set it up, and said it was all set.Next bill same deal. I called and was turned to calling the 611 number. Being frustrated with my experience at the Plaistow store, I went to the Salem NH store and they informed me I was not on the Unlimited Starter plan and was instead put on a 50% more expensive plan for both lines. In addition, I was also paying an ADDITIONAL 30$ PER LINE for insurance I specifically informed the Plaistow store I did not want. The SALEM NH store had to help me fix the mistakes of the Plaistow store. Not only was my bill over 100% more expensive than what I wanted, it cost me money time and probably hair to get it fixed. My experience was very poor at the Plaistow store, and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about going here, to save their sanity and go somewhere with competent employees.Two stars and not one because I guess I did technically get set up and got my phone and fathers working the same day. Everything else was terrible.

Had a great experience last month with Judy and the other male associate whose name I didn’t catch. Came in to upgrade my iPhone which I knew nothing about and she had the answer to all my questions and made it super easy. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock which is okay because they ordered it to the store (saved me that sales tax!) and it arrived in less than a day! Transferring my data was basically done in one click and you can do that at home. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Would recommend!

AT&T made me an offer I couldnt refuse. Verizon couldnt come close to matching, so I switched to AT&T. The Plaistow in-store rep was very helpful with my phone and my familys phones. So far coverage is good.

I was here 10 minutes before close. When I parked and started to get out of the car, the man at the desk jumped up, tripped over a cardboard sign and shut the lights off and locked the door on me. He drives a goldish car because he just walked out now. I will never purchase from this store and no one else should either.

I visited this store for changing a family mobile plan and then merging the lines in one plan. I was served by the store manager Ben and area manager Jess. There were technical challenges but they overcome and successfully completed the transaction. All along during the process they explain the issues they were encountering and solving. This was the BEST experience I had in dealing with in-person experiences I had in past with other stores for my Mobile need. Both Jess and Ben demonstrated their dedication to customer, extreme patience, professionalism, candor with smile on their face (of course hiding behind their mask). Hands down, I highly recommended this store for your future Mobile needs.

I went in to get a new phone without having any idea what I wanted. Kyle was incredibly helpful, fun to talk to, and was very knowledgeable.He helped me pick the right phone for me and got me set up without any issues. I have never had a better experience buying a phone.

The manager, Jim Scott, was extremely rude not just to us, but to every customer that walked in the store. We informed him of the issue at hand regarding a SIM car; he denied that was the case, then discovered that the issue is indeed what was mentioned in the first place. Worst customer service experience of my life

My phone shattered and I was unable to use it, I had a Zoom interview at 11:00. I ran In the store and Jim and Brian took care of me right away! They recovered all my contacts, photos, etc. They made sure I was able to make my phone interview! Their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend going to see them at the Plaistow Nh location! They were great!

Went to this store to have my new phone, which came in the mail, activated and all my info transferred. I felt terrible doing that in light of the current situation of trying not to go near others, but I could have never figured it all out by myself.Dave was very understanding and put me at ease about being there. He activated my phone and got all my stuff transferred in no time. One less thing to worry about right now. Thank you.

When I visited the store there was only one person, Brian, available to assist customers. He was overwhelmed with a sudden flood of customers, but he remained calm, extremely polite, and managed the diverse issues presented to him as quickly as he could. As I was customer number three in line, I could see how thorough, patient and kind Brian was in handling people and complex problems. I was impressed.

I first visited the AT&T store in Plaistow a week ago and Tom helped me swap my SIM card to a new phone I had purchased on Amazon. Everything went smoothly. He was knowledgeable and courteous. This evening, unhappy with my Amazon BLU phone, I went in to ask about their buy one get one free flagship phones. Tom was on duty and just fulfilling a similar order ahead of me so I listened to everything for the other customer. More customers came in but Tom did a great job of managing to serve everyone, taking questions while continuing to do a fine job with others.

Great service! The name of the person who assisted us was very patient in helping my grandmother get added onto my phone plan. He even attempted to get a certain phone number per her request so she would remember it. It wasnt available (which was fine) but he found her one that was super simple to remember and she was very happy with that. I only wish I could remember his name. We went to the store on Thursday, July 26th around 1:00pm. Thank you!

Nice people. However the best time to hit up this location is when theres no one there. I must be lucky because I hit it most of the time when Im the only one who walks in the door. If you ever go there when someones being served, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Service is very slow. But when its your turn, you get 100% attention. So depends which side of the fence youre on.

Worked on-line with a chat representative that provided me with new phones, a great monthly plan and all the information about how much it will cost and when. Initial payments are higher due to activation fees etc. then I was quoted as the ongoing bill to be $68.00. I asked if I could complete the transaction at the store and they said yes. Went to an AT&T store and gave them my cart quote. Completed the contract at the store and was assumed I got the same deal as I had in my cart. I got home and looked at the new contract and found the monthly charges were going to be over $200 a month. Went back the next day and they said the quote system they use in the stores is different that what Chat uses online so they made adjustments Now my bill is over $100 a month ongoing which was quoted at $68 and change. The only reason I did the contract is they assured me the monthly cost would be less than the go-plan we were currently on. Totally dissatisfied with the service and dont understand why my initial quote was not honored.

I have been sitting here waiting for 35 minutes. There is one employee and just 1 person ahead of me. The guy is taking 35 minutes just to swap the customers phone case for another one. Hes literally still working on it. Awful. Slowest service ever.

Went to upgrade made phone and met Dave, after a not so great experience in Salem. Dave had the right information, answered all my questions, got me to the right phone for me. He also helped with my data transfer. Go talk to Dave.
