I wrote a bad review few mins ago, and it got removed ... I guess they are working too hard to only show positive reviews and remove all negative reviews.But the reality is that their office staff is extremely unprofessional. They will show a lesser charge for contact lens examination, but they will charge you premium amount for it. They gave my daughter a trial pair which ended up giving her an eye infection. I went to another optometrist to get her treated.I would never recommend anyone to go their office.

My appointment was with Dr. Kehbein, not Dr. Bunch. I had put off updating my glasses/contacts prescription for at least 3 years and was ordering my contacts from the UK to save $.When calling around to find a new optometrist, Dr. Bunch’s office was upfront about all costs for the exams. The staff wore masks and were competent and helpful with all my questions.Dr. Kehbein made the exam simple, safe, and pleasant. So relieved they didn’t need to shoot the air into my eye also! This was the first time my eyes have been dilated, but no pain or issues after. She helped me find better contacts you can sleep in finally.The staff also provided my glasses and contacts prescription and mailed me a copy to help select some online. No pressure or requirement to buy there. I appreciate they are budget friendly and COVID-cautious!

Just relocated from Charlotte, NC and Dr. Bunch and his staff exceeded my expectations! My teenage son was also seen and he was extremely happy with his vision corrections. Great care, great staff, warm and friendly reception and Dr. Bunchs knowledge is superb. He truly cares and his assistant Gina is terrific as well. He explained everything, introduced me to new ways to take care of my eyes that no other optometrist ever did. He is by far the best OD I have ever had.

Dr. Bunch and the whole staff were more than amazing, every one was very patience with me and helped me how to take on and off contact lenses. Very informative staff and very kind. From the first step in their office to the last step out I had an excellent experience.

Dr. Bunch is nice and professional. But the nurse is not. She blamed to me and complaint a lot I didn’t make an appointment after Dr. Bunch see me. I felt really bad. If they are not accepted without appointments, they can just let me wait. No big deal. I totally understand. But don’t complaint to customer. Ok? We paid the money.

Mr.Bunch and his staff had large shoes to fill. My last eye doctor for my entire life was is my recently retired brother. Dr. Bunch and his staff made every aspect of the exam stress free and easy. I cant say enough good things about this group.

Dr. Bunch is a great eye doctor. He is very caring and knowledgable. I love that his office has a family feel and he and his staff are very professional. He spends time with me and my girls, which in my opinion, doesnt happen much in doctors offices anymore. I can tell by the advice and help he has given me and my family that he does his job because he first and formost cares about his patients, money is definately second to providing exceptional care. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Bunch! I also appreciated that he advised against eye surgery to remove a small lump (strictly cosmetic). He said it was too painful of a recovery and he would advise against it as it was not limiting my vision. Dr. Bunch was my second opinion. The first Dr. I went to was pushing me to do the surgery, the first doctor was obviously in it for the money. We have been with Dr. Bunch several years now and me and my family will always go to him.
