I would like to put out a positive shout out about this caring & professional local business. I wanted a special floral arrangement with a cute teddy bear sent to my very young granddaughter for a special occasion very dear to our hearts. They took the order well in advance as I would be traveling at the time I needed delivery. I had asked if they would kindly text me a photo of the flowers and they did that, and the delivery was right on time. It meant a lot to me and the one who took my order was extremely caring and kind. Sure appreciate doing business with good folks!!

This is the arrangement that I purchased for my best friends grandfathers memorial service. I asked for sunflowers, red roses and white flowers. I am embarrassed that these are the flowers that I purchased to represent my family.It is not pretty, it isnt nice to look at, makes me sad.It isnt symmetrical . It is droopy. Not full. What was delivered is not what was expected.I paid $130 for this arrangement. I contacted the shop to let them know how disappointed I was, she offered to give me $30 back.

I have never been so rudely spoken to as I was today at All A Bloom Florist. As a local to the area I was so excited to visit my local florist and discuss wedding floral pricing/options for our upcoming wedding. When I walked into the store it was clear they were busy which is understandable considering it is Mothers Day weekend. A young woman greeted me, and let me know shed be with me in a moment. She came over a moment later to find out what I needed, and I expressed we are planning a wedding and wanted to find out pricing. As soon as I said that another woman who worked there came up to me saying Listen, weve got way too much going on, weve had over 140 deliveries, weve been here since 3am and we still arent done. Its Mothers day. Your wedding is in October. Not to be rude but come back another day.I saw the young womans face that was originally helping me and even she looked shocked. I was in shock. I understand it is a busy time for Florists but there are PLENTY of other ways that conversation could have been handled. If they didnt have the time to discuss it with me in that moment a simple act of taking my information and asking if they could contact me at a later date to discuss due to the busy weekend would have been just fine. I am an understanding, easy going person and I have also been in customer service for over 10 years. I wanted to support my local shop and spend my money with my local florist but after my experience today I will NOT be back. If this is how I am treated when I walk into your shop (even if its a busy weekend) I would hate to see how you are on my wedding day.

We had a company event & they did an amazing job putting together a bunch of floral arrangements for us! They came out so beautiful with quality flowers. We had to change our delivery time a few times & they were more than accommodating to our schedule. They arrived on time & were very friendly. Will be using them for more company events in the future & for personal events for myself as well! Thank you All A Bloom Floral :)

The florist I have used for many years closed down, so I tried All A Bloom for a Mothers day arrangement. I AM IMPRESSED! The arrrangement is so dainty and beautiful! It portrays the beauty of a mothers tender love. The flowers are very high quality and fresh. Also, the level of customer service was remarkable. These people take pride in what they do.

Had flowers delivered to my wife for a Just Because occasion .. the whole experience from the phone call the them making the same day delivery was AWESOME! I didnt know what I wanted or the price range I was looking for but they were so cooperative and took very good care of me.. Thank you so much Kristen and team...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person I spoke to was rude, cursed at me and asked if I knew covid was in Florida. Yes unfortunately I am well aware of covid working in healthcare and watching people not survive it, hence why I was trying to order a family member flowers. I understand the stress levels of the holidays especially during this pandemic but to be cursed at and then hung up is not a way to treat customers. Next time please just tell me you aren’t available or able to take more orders if you are too overwhelmed instead of treating me so poorly.

These people are incredible. Quick story. I needed to send a Christmas arrangement to my mother in Plant City FL. All total in phone calls, I spent over two hours on the phone with one of those National options and the order STILL WAS WRONG. I finally cancelled it. So much for that joint. After being totally frustrated, I called this local flower shop. Told them of my frustrations with that other outfit. These people guided me through choices, made suggestions, told me my mother will have it the next day...and it was all done in less than ten minutes. Goes to show the old adage remains true...buy from a local business. This flower shop is fantastic. I had an email confirmation in my inbox before we ended the call. This is why local businesses are the best!!!!

Went for Mother’s Day to get an additional bouquet of flowers. They were trying to sell 40 and up bouquets that literally had less than 10 flowers no bows nothing for me to say wow. And the only thing she told me there are that price because of low stock. So because you don’t have enough you are going to over price to make yourself money. Asked about individual and didn’t know if they are for sale and she would ask.. like she didn’t know anything. Either way over priced for a few flowers in a vase. Not worth. Definitely will not be back. Wish them the best of luck.

I called this florist hoping they could deliver to Ft. Meade, but despite it being outside their delivery area, Marsha was wonderful!!She located a family-owned florist closer to the delivery area and gave me the contact number.She did not have to help me with WONDERFUL customer service, but she went out of her way to make me happy, even if it didn’t benefit her business.When calling from out of town and not sure of the area, she made me feel special by locating another florist!!She could have said there was no delivery to that area and hung up the phone....but she didn’t!! What a wonderful experience!!Thank you, Marsha!!

Best floral shop around!!

I called up to ask about a sunflower bouquet and the lady was really rude to me the whole time on the phone. And before hanging up on me she got really snotty with me telling me to go to publix. They will never get my service again.

Darcy was extremely helpful picking out floral arrangements for my grandmothers funeral. The flowers were stunning at the service. All around great service. Will use them for all our future needs.
