Got personalized service at G5 Feed and Outdoor on SR 92 in Plant City. A nice big beautiful clean store! Thought for a second I was walking into Bass Pro Shops! Everyone I came into contact with were very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant!I first contacted them over the phone regarding a persistent mange issue with my dogs. Nothing I tried worked. I was getting a bit desperate but was reassured by the man on the phone. Upon arrival I asked to speak with him to pick his brain a little more. Happily and freely he spent all the time instructing me on how to get the best results! His name was Bill.Now Bill it turns is the store owner. I am impressed with that and everyone at G5! They earned a customer for life!Makes me want to go back there to spend some more money, REALLY!Thanks G5, you guys Rock!

A really nice Feed and Outdoor store.This was my first time here and I was only looking for a few bails of hay. I was surprised at all of the outdoors merchandise.We got our hay loaded in just a few minutes with help from a very friendly dock hand.I intend on coming back when I have more time to explore and drool...

Update: after reading my review, Dillon reached out to me and handled the situation quickly & professionally. I believe this experience was a one time deal and plan on coming back in the future.Went there on 6/14 around 6pm and the guy working the gun counter was awful. “I don’t even know what ammo is” was a direct quote from him. You probably shouldn’t be working in that department then. The store itself was clean and well stocked. This guy just put a sour taste in our mouth because of his attitude. We left without buying anything.

This store is like a live version of “the best of outdoor goods” article. No knock offs or second rate products here, only the best will do! Unfortunately, the prices seemed a bit high on most items. But it is a small business so overhead and exceptional staffing must be accounted for. The hay prices seemed more competitive.I really appreciated the well informed loading crew. They had my guinea pigs’ new bale of hale ready to load before I could even dog out my receipt. Thank you guys!!

I had a disappointing experience with a purchase from this store. I was told that a discount would be applied to a recent purchase for a qualifying purchase I made last month. Come to find out today, the manager who called me last Wednesday and told me over the phone that he would apply the discount never made an adjustment on my account or noted it anywhere for the other employees to see. So today when I stopped in to pickup my purchase, the manager was off and nobody working knew anything about it. The guy who helped me was named Jeremy. He called the manager at home to see what was going on. The manager told Jeremy he already made the adjustment which was completely false. I made a 20% deposit and the invoice I had for the remaining balance was still the same price. No adjustment made on their paperwork either. The price the manager told Jeremy over the phone was $100 higher than the price on the invoice. He flat out lied about the discount and the original purchase price. He told Jeremy there was nothing more he could do. I had been very satisfied with other purchases and prices from this store in the past. I had planned to make more purchases in the future but the integrity of the manager at this store has tarnished my trust. I will not be back.

Not your typical feed store. Everything from a large hay barn the golf carts boats and all sorts of Animal product. The family is still working the floor and make sure they hire friendly Associates or helpful. It even has a life-sized bull elk outside out of bronze most impressive

Where has this place been all my life? If you need hunting supplies or fishing tackle, this is the place to be. They have everything. Plus the bathrooms are super clean.

My 1st time in here and they has 12 gauge ammo! 2 per person limit. They also had baby chicks with supplies, fishing, horse, pet & Green Egg supplies. My friend said he bought a golf cart here, too. Very helpful associates & fun place.

So much available for the outdoorsman. From hay and feed, to guns and ammo, to fishing gear, to 4 wheelers. Everyone we spoke to was super knowledgeable and super helpful. All my questions were answered even if it meant internet search for what scope fit my rifle. This is my new go to store.

Overly priced. You are better off going to tractor supply. Or even bass pro shop for hunting and camping gear.

This place has everything from all different kinds of straw and hay to baby chicks to things for your farm animals from equipment to medicine to ATVs to weapons and equipment very cool place super friendly people even the very young people there really know their stuff and are very helpful I look forward to going every time and havent been disappointed yet. We go to the one on 92 in Plant City and its awesome.

Every single employee in that beautiful well stocked business was amazingly friendly, knew everything about their particular department and were above and beyond what I expected from a feed and outdoor store. Time to eat crow. I had given G Five a bad review after they fixed my 4 wheeler. Tuesday 2-9-21 I took it to Bass Pro to fix what I thought was the same problem.....it wasnt. G Five did the work They were hired to do, a little pricey though. Sorry for the bad review, but it is now fixed.

Awesome place to get anything horse, livestock, dog, cat, or hunting/fishing related. They have almost anything youll need for the outdoors. If they dont have what you need, just ask, theyll order it for you or point you in the right direction. I buy my feed and hay here a lot, and sometimes tack for my horses. Highly recommend. Great customer service too! If you need something for your horse just ask the girl up front chris. Shes got the connections.

Went there today 03/05/2021 for a rifle that was advertised in a flyer stating sale 03/05/2021 through 03/13/2021 while supplies last- no rain checksWhen i showed up the gentleman behind the counter stated the rifle will not be put out till tomorrow 03/06/2021. I think it is BS that they would not honor the ad that stated the sale started today. Highly upset how they conduct their business.

Great for animal supplies. Not too cool about letting you test drive their utvs. I went somewhere else to buy my toy because they wouldnt let me test drive.

Its like a Bass pro for people who own livestock.. Hard to rxplain but very much so worth a look. ATVs, UTVs, boats, Firearms, Chivkens and hay and feed all in one spot.

Im at G5 a couple times a week and Iv been very happy with customer service and the quality of there products. I bought a water trough today and it flew out the back of my truck and split down the side and they replaced it with no hesitation.

Cool farm supply and gun shop!

Bought a bag of flock raiser crumbles on 2/4. Come home and dump it in the container. Full of bugs. It happens. But when I call the store, there is no so sorry, all I got was Well, can you bring it back. So now I have to try and put 50 lbs of feed back in its original bag. I dont think so.
