I recently purchased a used boat trailer online from someone who didn’t know what they had. After some research on this axle I’d never seen turns out it was a Rolls Axle Trailer. I Googled and looked them up and everyone raved about their trailers. Called and spoke with Carol and she was able to give me info on my model trailer. To my surprise it was a 2001. No cracks or rust anywhere that i could see, excellent condition. I replaced carpet on bunks myself after I got it but asked Carol what I could do to get a smoother ride because it seemed a little stiff, she suggested I replace the rubber bushings. I then asked how much were those, her reply $11.50 each. She mentioned they probably never been replaced and shipped them out to me ASAP and threw in some new decals. As you can see in pictures, those old rubber bushings are done. And for a trailer that’s 19 years old, outside of new bunk carpets that’s the only part that i needed to replace, unbelievable!!! Their trailers are just that, lifetime and solid!!! I’ve had several different boat and ski trailers over the years and this one blows me away!!!

Great people to work with! Travelled 2 hours to this shop to pick up a used boat trailer that had all that axles brakes hubs wheels and tires replaced. I dont have one complaint about this place and would travel out of my way to give them my business again. Just chatting with the owner about my project was great and they were very interested in helping any way they can. Was even able to score a new old stock 150 gallon gas tank and he gave me a great deal! 5 star service all the way.

Rolls Axle makes a unique trailer given their axle design. I chose them after reading online reviews and communicating with people who had first hand experience. It was a bit of a leap for me as I chose to order from NJ and then make the drive to Florida. Rolls Axle is a family run business. They are a smaller sized operation so set your expectations accordingly as a previous reviewer commented on. With that said, they were able to complete my trailer on time, and my needed completion window was small. I did have to make a few adjustments once getting it back to NJ but I had expected that. Rolls was great with helping me finish the refinements. Overall I am very happy with the trailer. The fit and finish is great, it is almost 100% aluminum, the wiring for the led lights is super clean, the bunks are made with Cypress and give substantial support to my boat, and the trailering ride is smooth. Final verdict for me is that Rolls Axle makes a great trailer!

Been trying to get a price on a new trailer but it seems they’re just not interested in selling me a trailer for my jet skis. I’ve tried twice and they just don’t reply. I’ve ask for a price on the two models that they make and on the second attempt I asked if they sell trailers to the public or if I need to go somewhere else to buy one of their trailers but still no reply.

Customer service was awesome today! I recently bought a 2001 rolls axle boat trailer, but the VIN number tag was not readable. I called in and was quickly and most politely helped. I love the trailer thus far and cannot speak highly enough about the service received.

I have had my Rolls Axle Trailer since April 2015, I absolutely love the trailer and have had no issues. Launches my 18 flats boat on shallow, dirt, back country ramps with ease.On two occasions, I contacted the owner (Dan) regarding adjusting the trailer to fit my boat and once regarding a leaking hub seal. In both instances he was very responsive and immediately had his staff make the repairs (no charge). This is an exceptional company and product.

I have NOT visited or done business with this company. This review is only to point out to those who have complained about parts coming lose on new repairs or trailers. It is common knowledge that you have to inspect and retighten nuts and bolts after the first use after purchase. It is common for parts to vibrate loose. I do intend to contact them about their axles and springs that they advertise as corrosion resistant

Terrible experience. I took my Ranger Trail aluminum trailer there to get some easy work done (repair welded bunk brackets and lower fenders). First off I was charged more than the agreed amount. After 2 uses of the boat ALL of the bunks were loose and falling off of the trailer. The original brackets had 2 bolts through each to hold the bunks on, when they replaced them they only put 1 on. Not only did they only put 1 bolt on, they didnt even put washers back on, so the nuts pulled right through the wood bunks. I called to talk to someone and they mailed me the extra hardware (after pulling teeth to not have to pay for it) and I fixed it the right way myself. The fenders they lowered were put on crooked, and they didnt even trim the excess off, It looked very sloppy. And now, after about 6 months, one of the fenders is falling off because the makeshift plastic spacer they used to bolt the fender cracked. I can tell you I will never give them another dollar of my money. What a waste

Ive owned two of their trailers in the past. After 3 decades of saltwater fishing, Rolls Axle trailers are the closet thing I have found to a maintenance free trailer (mostly due to the all aluminum/stainless suspension system). Unfortunately, I keep changing boats and losing my Rolls Axle trailers. I now own an Ameratrail trailer. After 4.5 years the axles and brakes (Tie Down brand) on this trailer were done. I hauled the trailer 500 miles to Dan at Rolls Axle to install his custom aluminum axles with stainless hubs and brakes. Dan did an excellent job.One year later and after approximately 100 dips just hauled this trailer once again 800 miles to south FL.....no problems other than boats do negatively effect your gas mileage on these long hauls....pun intended.
