I would have given if 4 stars but it is such a pain to get out of. Getting in is no problem though but good luck finding parking. Have been several times and it is the same thing over and over again. The staff is super nice and they are pretty good about getting orders right and quickly.

We stopped at the Starbucks on Thonotosassa Rd in Plant City FL and ordered 2 Frappuccinos. My wife selected the Carmel and I got the Strawberry & Cream. We were going to have them inside but it wasnt real clean and the music was pretty loud. We decided to leave so we could actually hear each other talk. I also do not care for paper straws and that was what came with our drinks. We had to exchange out the straws ad soon as we could. The drinks were okay.

Who doesnt love Starbucks!!! I tried a new iced coffee and it now my new favorite. Starbucks employees are always friendly and pleasant.

Stopped in for coffee and a snack for our drive to Orlando. Trash outside was overflowing onto the ground. Inside was pretty dirty too with coffee beans all over the counter, trash on the floor and dirty tables. It was also 2 in the afternoon and they were out of all the cold brew, caramel and pumpkin spice. We’re not super bougie, but kinda expected more from Starbucks. Also, my wife’s cake pop had some weird stuff growing on it.

I only goes to Starbucks for my husband but as of today I tried a drink for the first time & it was the Strawberry Acai 🍓with a warm Blueberry Muffin 😋. The drink was good 👍, the worker was nice, & everything was clean.

Coffee, food, and service were great, but getting in and out of the parking lot sucks!

Staff here was funny, they were shocked to know that Starbucks has the best water in the fast food industry. We tested it and the TDS is Zero, pure h2o.

The super early morning, and morning weekend teams are legit. Theyre all very nice and do the best they can serving two hotels, and I-4 traffic, all while being understaffed. Thank you for all the cold brew red-eyes for the last 4 months!

“Juli” at the drive thru was incredibly rude. I had to repeat my order several times only for it to be made incorrectly, and when I finally reached the window she handed me the drink and was so distracted that I couldn’t get a word in and decided to leave before I wasted any more of my time. I’ve been to this Starbucks before and have had great service so I was super surprised and disappointed by this.

This is usually a great stop for us when returning from the Tampa area and its a quick run in and restroom break. This last time it was a huge wait and the server was rude. Maybe there was an issue inside? Anyway, its usually convenient.

I was with my family at the Acuarium and we just stop at this Starbucks for some coffee before we go home. Im not going to write the whole thing because its now worth it.The employee with bad attitude just give me the worst cappuccino ever.Im not going to visit a Starbucks again. This is not the first time I received a bad coffee but a bad service at Starbucks.

Great stop for us off of I-4 heading to Tampa from Orlando. However, their bathroom is never very clean. It makes me question how clean the rest of their food and drink handling habits are.

Old times sake :) Used to stop here all the time when it was the only Starbucks on I-4 between Orlando and Tampa. Stopped in recently on a back trip and it has been remodeled. Still great quality and service. Love my Starbucks!

I was here with my family on my way to Orlando. Quite spacious with Indore and outdoor space to sit. However very dirty fllor and tables are very sticky with dirt. Had cappuccino, peach green tea all taste good.

Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks ever. Been in this line 15 minutes and will probably still be here another 15.

This is a very nice Starbucks. Went here 3 times while traveling for work. Service is fast and they are very efficient. Staff is friendly. Only downside is that there are no comfy couches or chairs and the parking lot is a bit chaotic in the mornings.

The staff is always so nice. They tend to get busy at some random times, and sometimes the wait is longer than usual. But the staff totally make up for it. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure satisfaction

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy both inside and drive. They got our order right and the good we ordered was perfectly toasted so it was still warm by the time we were able to eat. Coffees tasted on point and enjoyed everything

This is the slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes, the line backs up to the road and causes traffic. They need to fix this customer service asap.

Driving through on the way to the airport. Dunkin or Starbucks. We go to Starbucks. They dont have honey. They dont have the food we ask. We get to the window and they still dont have the other food option we ordered.They had nothing we asked for. Waste of time.Should have went to Dunkin... Next time

Consistently the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to since the day they opened! It doesnt matter if theyre busy or if no ones there the weight is ridiculous.

I stopped by to grab coffee around 11 am and had the immense pleasure of being greeted by Frankie, I believe his name tag read. Anyways, he was SO sweet me and gave me the kindest compliments! He absolutely made me day, and is really suited for customer service. 10/10 would recommend to a friend :)

Slowest Starbucks within 15-20 miles. Landscaping looks like terrible too. Always weeds and overgrowth, trash everywhere. Quality is ok but this place needs serious attention.

I’ve been waiting for more than 40 minutes for coffee… ridiculous

Came in on a Sunday morning to get a coffee mid road trip. The music was so loud no one could hear each other talk—I’m only 31 and I felt like a senior citizen at a concert. The barista couldn’t hear me of course and got my order wrong. The tables clearly hadn’t be cleaned in a while, food and trash everywhere. Risky little game during a pandorama. C’mon guys.

I order my Starbucks through the app, and it’s always ready by the time I arrive. They always make my drink perfectly, even when I can be a little picky sometimes. The establishment is always clean when I go inside also.

They finished their month long remodel February 1st. Seems they have all the same features but the baristas have more room now behind the bar. I think the nitro brew is new. I hope so because it’s really good!

Fast service. The star drink, guava drink, and dragon drink are my favorites so far. Didnt like the green tea one that much.

Everyone knows what Starbucks is what they don’t is the air quality where they make our drinks. I’m in the air business and what I saw inside this store was just gross neglect. The return air grill was covered on the outside with dirt & is very near where approximately 90% of the coffee’s are made and the supply, the one blowing said dirty air around is right over the pick up area. Poor design and poor maintenance. I’ll give you the fact that the filters are probably in the roof top unit but for heavens sake have them clean the grills in the store too! At a time when everyone is concerned about air quality I think you would make this a priority with your HVAC maintenance company.

Would leave 0 stars if that was an option. this is absolutely the W O R S T starbucks in all of florida. personally, i was a partner for 6 years and i can say this store just does not live up to starbucks standards. waiting in the drive thru to be greeted for 6 mins, then waited for 1 beverage at the window for over 10 more mins WHILE the partner who was running DTO is TEXTING on her phone instead of helping out the clearly helpless partner on bar. no apology for the wait. absolutely unacceptable. would drive an hour extra to the next starbucks so we skip this one in the future. terrible.

Pass on this one. Unorganized and slow. After waiting 20 minutes, they “lost” our mobile order, re-rang us up and put us to the back of the line. I spent 40 minutes waiting for 3 coffees. I will NEVER come back.

Went inside to avoid drive thru line and it took 20 minutes to get food. We got our drinks quickly but had a very long wait for food. Only one person was making all the food orders. We almost gave up and left.

Standard Starbucks pretty new looking. They are slammed, long line in drive-thru but not much they can do about that. You can always go inside 😉

The fact that Starbucks doesnt use gloves is a bit unnerving, but otherwise its ok.

Coffee was affordable and on point however the outdoor seating was needing a lot of attention. It was very messy and neglected. Clean up the outside and get a fifth star 👌

Employee Armando did want to bother to look for Lids and straws for the 3.00 cold cups. He didn’t really bother to look. Another gentleman told him and they rummaged through some boxes only to be told that Starbucks corporate didn’t send lids and straws. I find that hard to believe since the cops plastic wrapper was open.

Parking can be a bear, so go next door and get gas at WaWa, send your order over using the app, then you can take a little time to find parking. Be careful exiting the parking lot too. But theyre really fast at preparing your order.

Something in the pumpkin spice stuffed muffin caused an allergic reaction. Seriously. I also had a pumpkin spice latte. Maybe ODd ON PUMPKIN SPICE.😆

Finally got me a great coffee

Waited on a long line, ordered a coffee and a cheese Danish. Pulled up to the window the cashier barely acknowledged me.Gave me my coffee, then I asked for extra sugar. Again no acknowledgment from the cashier. Gave me the sugar and pulled away. Forgot to give me my cheese Danish. When I tried to go inside, the doors were locked and I was given the hand gesture to get back on line for the drive through. I yelled Im missing my danish and was still given the hand gesture to go through the drive through which was ten cars deep. Thanks for that excellent customer service and definitely will not be back. Not worth the price, especially since I ended up paying $9 for a small coffee.

Phoenix is amazing here!!! She listens and helps me create drinks. I daily drive through here, sometimes twice a day, but lately (when she isn’t there) they have been handing me my drink and sometimes they are right and sometimes they are wrong... they will say they know but don’t have what I asked for... that is fine, but would love an option when they are out of what I prefer or order. So far Phoenix gets five stars, but every other experience ...2 stars. Please post Phoenix’s work schedule 🥰

Just like any other Starbucks. Kinda high price. But good drinks, i like the chia tea latte with almond milk.

Three stars because Starbucks still hasnt opened up the *indoor* dining.

Closed at random times and closed their dining room without notice. Mobile orders have inexplicably been unavailable and I cant redeem my points because of it. Always a super long wait in the drive thru and the line is sometimes in the street.

Online it says they are open till 10 PM, and I went out of my way to order via the Drive thru around 9:30 PM. They were closed & when I called to verify, thy employee who answered was mean & he didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience they caused, although I was very polite to him. Never gonna go to this Starbucks ever again. I’d rather drink a cup of coffee from Wawa gas station.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The wait is way too long 25 minutes in the line? I wanted to leave, but once youre in the line there is no where to go.

Horrible service the people there specially the male is very unprofessional. Served drinks for two people behind me and dared to say they order first. They need to improve customer service skills and get management give them more coaching. You don’t argue with customer!!

Waited in what appeared to be a short line that took forever. Ordered a pink drink light ice and received a violet drink with the cup full of ice! We aren’t from the area so to drive back for them to fix it would be a waste. Disappointed.
