What a fun experience! My kids love the flavor, they say it tastes like real homemade ice cream. I love the memories made along the the way.

The staff is always very helpful and polite.The only downside is that their in-store menu on the screens do not list the prices and if youre buying for a lot of people, you can get shocked at the total.New owners brought back the wings painting on the wall and it was a highly missed attraction from the whimsical style of the former owners theme.I wish the staff knew how to do more designs with their syrups-- its a big deal for my kids and it would definitely make me feel better about paying the higher prices.

This place is awesome. Our usual ice cream place was packed so we tried here. I havent been to a rolled ice cream place since I was a kid. The reeses and nutter butter with a vanilla base was delicious!

Nice little shop, good selection and super staff (Jesslyn), I will go back for more.

I recommend the Thai boba iced tea and the mochi ice cream! Very good quality but a long wait sometimes.

They have yummy ice cream made the way you want it! Coffee base flavor is the best, they can make it as strong or light in flavor as you like, just tell them! - along with the different add ins. Oh, and they can make your boba drink lactose - free, for those looking for that option.

Definitely worth coming here. Weve been here on several occasions and were pleased with the consistency as well as their new flavors. I got the peanut butter milkshake, its the best. The kids got boba tea drinks with the little poppers. Husband always orders the rolled ice cream, always a hit for the family!

Story time so I asked for less ice and apparentlya littlemeans full cup they filled my cup with iceso I asked them to take some ice out and they did but they added milk to make up for the empty space in the cup and now boba wont taste the same it will have less flavor so my girlfriend just simply asked them to make it again with less ice and she got attitude from the cashier. This place use to be better. Boba is still good if they make it the way theyre supposed to.

My favorite place for rolled ice cream and bubble tea in Plant City. They are worth every cents. Try the Taro Bubble you will not be disappointed and any of the fruits tea.

It was just okay. Ive had a honeydew boba tea at many places across the US, as well as in Japan, and this was the worst. It was drinkable, but didnt have much flavor and the Boba was very undercooked. Also only comes in one size which is 80% ice, so I drank it easily in about 3-4 minutes.Also waited about 20 minutes for the one drink, and one of the employees was complaining very loudly the entire time he was making orders. Probably wont come back.

I went here with high hopes. I wanted to try them out because they were close and I was really craving boba. The customer service was ok. They didn’t really have a lot of flavors to choose from. I tried the taro and Thai boba tea, I wasn’t a fan of the taro but the Thai was really good. The boba itself was really hard, it wasn’t fresh. I won’t be coming here again.

Absolutely love this place!! The employees are always nice and helpful, while the shop is so clean. I love there ice cream and boba; though some boba flavors I personally don’t like, my friends do! Their menu has options for everyone. Highly recommended this shop! Not only for their customer service and menu options, but for their cleanliness too.

Wow! What a delicious treat. The Thai Iced Tea flavor was amazing. They were very generous with the toppings at the end (including the bubbles).All said, the $6.95 price tag per rolled ice cream means it wont be a frequent treat for my family of 4, but itll be fun for an occasional splurge.Super clean. Worth noting is that the man in charge was very nice, and we witnessed him gently coaching his employees and then complimenting them for a job well done. Its so encouraging to see this kind of work environment--its nice to know that youre supporting a business that values people and has good practices.

I found this hidden gem after searching for a Boba place near where I live, and I can say I visit as much as I can now! Their boba drinks are really good, and their rolled ice cream as well tastes great. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a sweet treat and I hope to visit soon!

Bought my first strawberry boba here and it was good. The staff was kind :) The interior has changed since I last came here a year ago. The vibe went from kawaii with pink/blue walls and a Totoro mural, to a more sophisticated look with brick/stone... I miss its old charm.

Love this place. Love to watch them make the ice cream. Very good. Its a lot to eat. Lots of toppings. All beautifully done within minutes right before your eyes.

Clean place to have ice cream. My family enjoyed it. The staff was nice and friendly. The only thing I would say is they were a little stingy on the toppings.

Really amazing food. I like how they give you two stamp cards when you first buy ice cream or a drink.One card is for drinks, and the other is for ice cream. So whenever you purchase a drink or ice cream they stamp your card. Once either card has eight stamps, you can turn it in for a free ice cream or drink.

The rolled ice cream is of course made on the spot and very delicious. The pricing is competitive to other Thai ice cream places at $5.75. I must admit, Im skeptical as to how popular this place will be once the initial new place crowd dies down. Otherwise, Im happy to see such a unique local business try to thrive in plant city.Edit: Recently dropped to 3 stars, their ice cream now costs $6.50! Rather pricey. Id like to see them return to their less expensive roots. The pricing was already being pushed at $5.75 but this is getting rediculous.

It was very delicious! Everything was fresh and the service was very kind! I had chocolate with strawberries bananas and nutella drizzle! The price was very pleasing for what I got in return!

We had a very good experience here, its very hip and reminded me of Tokyo. Their bubble (Bobo) Thai tea was the bomb, and he made my bf mango ice cream on a ice slab, it was fun to watch. 👍 ALSO you request no sugar added to your bubble tea!

Site says open at 11 am. We were here yesterday Monday 11/26 at 12:30 and it was closed sign on door says open at 1pm. We came back at 1:05 and waited til 1:20 and never opened.... Today Tuesday 11/27 we decided to give it a 2nd chance drove by 1st and we noticed that Mondays time had been changed to 3pm and Tuesdays open at 11:30 but here we are 11:39 and no one to be found. They need to figure out what time they are really going to open. Waste of time.

WARNING: DO NOT GET THE THAI TEA. My husband and I LOVE boba tea, especially the staple: thai tea. My husband grew up in Thailand, we have had probably at least a hundred different variations of thai tea together.This was the first time we have gone somewhere and the thai tea tasted nothing like thai tea. I honestly think the person who made the drink mixed up the powder or something with cantaloupe powder. It tasted a LOT like cantaloupe. I called right after I went and told them they might want to check the ingredients their using, (be it actual thai tea or the powder) ... however; they just told me that thats the powder they use.I cannot speak for their ice cream or anything else, but if youve never had thai tea, do not order it here for the first time.
