These recent negative harsh reviews are correct. This company has cost me. Tried multiple times to give them opportunities to correct and improve quality. They say they show and dont - then have to send pics of the overgrowth to prove. They later run their mower through my entire property during an obvious over-saturation period and killed my sod. Over $1500 in damage that a manager came out to see and never followed up with. Just got off the phone to cancel and the rep didnt realize she wasnt muted - she proceeded to tell her manager that this gentleman is rude then denies it when i told her i heard her. Unbelievable. I hope someone comes out to make good on this. I cancelled anyway because i need to stop the damage and not receive anymore HOA letters. Lets see if theyll make good....

DO NOT USE!!! After 6 long weeks of calling and giving them multiple chances to rectify this awful service, we are finally calling it quits. We were paying for the “full” service which (per their website & our price sheet) is supposed to included bush/hedge trimming for under 6ft and weed treatment including hand pulling weeds. In the 6 weeks we paid for the “full” service, neither of those things were ever done. Trimming/edging is supposed to be already included in the basic service, but they neglected to do that either. Our grass strip in-between the fence and the pond was never cut until the last 2 weeks. Even so, we were told they cannot cut all of it due to the type of grass. Well, that’s funny since the other lawn companies have no reservation cutting our neighbors’ strips? We had to call weekly with frustration and every time customer service assured us our account notes were updated to include more detail to provide better service. Every week they asked us for a chance to improve and keep our business- yet Every week was the same poor service. Pictures don’t lie. I want to add that this review is in no reflection of the customer service team. They were friendly and efficient. Very responsive via phone & email. However, the service team & their management clearly only care about quantity of appointments and not the quality of their work. We are now paying less per month with a new company, for even better quality! Highly recommend to avoid all together and save yourself the headache!

I have been paying for the lawn mowing, fertilizing and weed control services. Cleary this has been a waste of money. I’ve had to call multiple times about these weeds growing and it’s been over a week and they still have not sprayed. They show up and mow and do not spray. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this business.

Most useless company Ive ever hired. Basically pay them money and they dont do anything. First time they came out they mowed the front. And thats it. Didnt do the back and no weed eating. Called customer service and they said it was raining. Theyll take care of it next visit. 2nd visit they pulled up out front and left. Absolutely didnt do anything. When I called customer service again they said the back was too high for them to mow. And I would have to hire another company to mow then they could mow from now on. Are you serious? You call yourselves Landscaping professionals. I fired them on the spot. I was able to mow the back with a push mower in about 20 minutes. If you want it done right do it yourself. Save yourself the trouble do not use this company! The pictures were taken after their 2nd visit.

This has been the worse company I have ever used, paid 95 for the month; and still have not seen this team of so called professional lawn maintenance. I have called on numerous occasions and their customer service team tells me that they do not know when they will cut my lawn! Do not I repeat do not hire this company!!!! NO WEEDING, NO MOWING, NO NOTHING!!!!

Like Katie, Laura, Bion, and so many others before me, I will also be making a complaint. I went with the lawn service for $75 and added $10 bush and hedge trimming and another $35 for lawn fertilization. 3 weeks ago I notice that that the bushes weren’t trimmed so I called and spoke to Caitlin, Jen, or Heather, about the situation. They were pleasant and put in a work order and assured me that it will get taken care. The following week I noticed that the bushes still were not trimmed, called again and they said the same thing, and I naively believed them. It’s now the third week since I called and the site manager, Keith, gave me an excuse that they took care of the weeds this week and didn’t have time for the bushes, even though I called 3 weeks prior about the situation. In the end if you use this company don’t get the bush trimming, the grass cutting is alright nothing special, the lawn fertilization may have been done or may not, I have no idea any more. Also if they promise something make sure you follow up with them right away cause most likely they’re either going to forget or don’t care. I got refunded for the bush trimming for the 2 months they did nothing and got 4 sprinklers repaired because they ran it over. Allen was great he repaired the sprinklers quick and efficiently, that is about the highlight of my experience with them.

The fertilizer spray was scheduled within 5 days of first phone call. Sprayer was very polite and understanding. Their account based platform gives them an advantage so that new customers can avail valuable promotions and offers!

My girlfriend used this companies service and she owned 2 rabbits. She kept them out in a fenced enclosure by the back patio. The green team decided it’d be okay to move the rabbit enclosure without asking and in the process the rabbits escaped. Absolutely not even a notification that “hey your rabbits got out so sorry for the inconvenience”. No offer for help. Nothing. They finished their work and left without mentioning anything about it. Now my girlfriend can’t find one of the rabbits and has eluded her for hours every time she’s made an attempt to grab him. Extremely unprofessional and astoundingly terrible service. Some may not care about rabbits as pets and that’s fine but my girlfriend did and to her it’s the same as someone taking their dog out the house and letting it out to roam free for anything to happen to it. Don’t use these guys otherwise you might lose a pet.

Yard has never looked this bad. Despite multiple months of complaints - they failed to correct the issue and blamed irrigation system - during the rainy season. If you want thinning or dead grass - this is the company to hire.

My neighbor uses this company. My neighbor does not have a gate out the backside of their fence. I kindly allowed Green Team to use my gate so they wouldn’t have to go a long way around. Last week they slammed my gate so hard the latch came loose and it stripped the bolt. I let my neighbor know about the damage and stopped allowing them to use my gate. Today I find the post to my gate directly behind my neighbors post. I pulled it out and now my post will not go flush with my neighbor’s fence. This is the second week in a row that this company damaged my gate. They hit my gate that connects to my neighbor’s fence with quite a bit of force to move the post that much. I will be installing a camera on that area now. I have read other reviews and see I’m not the only neighbor’s property that they have damaged.

Your Green Team is killing it! And I don’t mean my grass..they brought it back to life! Within just a couple of weeks of our first service our grass was looking healthy and lush again. Every technician has been knowledgeable and friendly. We are very happy with their services and would (and have) recommended them to neighbors without hesitation.

This is the best company I have experienced since living in Florida over 30 years. This is the FIRST company that actually provides results. They provide weed control, pest control and fertilizer. My yard is healthy and almost free of weeds in just a couple months. Trees, bushes and grass is flourishing.

Although just started the full service (lawn and pests); the professional approach from both technicians should show very positive results in the near term.Time will tell; but based on their approach and combined attention to detail... my lawn and home should quickly improve and become a showplace to be envied..

There customer service is horrible. I complained about them not edging, missing areas, back of the lawn was crooked and clumps of grass left everywhere. My husband ended up mowing it himself after several days went by and no one had come out to fix it. I asked for a credit and they said that wasnt going to happen. In the 4 months of doing business with them, I had to complain twice. Not professional. Ended service.

Does not pay attention to no trespassing signs even though they have been asked to quit leaving junk mail on my doorstep. Seems Im not the only one having this issue.

Your Green Team took my lawn which only had 25% of St. Augustine grass left and quickly restored it fully with monthly fertilization and insect control treatments. As a result the lawn did not need to be replaced, which would have been costly. Updates on the condition of my lawn are handled promptly and professionally. I definitely have the best looking lawn in my neighborhood.

This company has done a great job. I live in New Port Richey and their representative Brandon has sprayed my house twice. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He took his time to explain what he was doing and why. I was very impressed with him.

Beware, look at the recent reviews. Nice people with horrible results. I have been using them for almost a year to treat my lawn. It started out with a new St Augustine lawn that did need a little work but it was 100% st Augustine with a few brown patches so I decided to hire a professional firm to get it and keep it in shape.In April, I called to cancel but they were so nice and committed to resolving the problem so I continued to pay given their assurances. Here it is in September and things have gotten so bad I will have to kill the grass and start over despite paying them monthly to take care of my yard. I now have crabgrass, Bermuda grass, brown patches, and completely grass free patches. Im embarrassed by my yard and this firm should not be in the yard business. The Bermuda grass spread when they aerated my lawn because they likely transferred the seeds to the backyard where before they aerated (which I paid for) there was no Bermuda grass and viola a few weeks after their service, Bermuda grass showed up.They asked me again today to give them another chance but I cannot keep paying for a service that delivers results that make my yard look worse than before. The supervisor who has been out here 3 times always blames something other than their service. Meanwhile my neighbors yard looks great and is right next to mine.If they could fix my yard, I would love to do business with the firm (not the manager of my area though). I like family businesses and their intentions are good. Perhaps I just have a really bad service area (Westchase) and encourage everyone to beware of what you might get if you try them. Dont wait as long as I did to cancel.Here are just a few pictures of how my front yard looks after 9 months of service. You cant see the bermuda grass but you can see some crab grass. I do the quarterly service for my home with the Green Team. They are pretty professional whenever I call and they always answer promptly if I need a service call. Yesterday, a team of 2 people came out to my house for a service call. One guy in particular, Jeremy, was very professional and took his time to sweep out my back porch and spray for spiders. He was back there by himself for a long while and did such a great job. He was also very pleasant and I appreciated that. His partner on the other hand, quickly did something, but I’m not sure of what, and quickly went back to sit in the truck while Jeremy continued working. Seemed unfair....

I have been paying for lawn service and weed control from this company and they have not been performing the service.I have emailed them pictures several times overr the past 9 months of the extremely tall weeds and large areas of weeds taking over my back yard.I have been told it will be taken care of and it has not.After requesting to speak to the owner a supervisor came out to my house and stated if they were to spray these weeds I will have dead spots all over my yard.WOW.If you had beed spraying for weeds over the past 9 months I would not have all these weeds! Ita annoying having to ask a company that you pay to do their job every week. We pay for full service and we do not get full service. This is what our bushes look like. They will do half the house bushes one week of the month and ignore the other half rest of the month, or not do any bushes at all. Everytime they have done it, it is because I went outside to tell them to do it or wrote the company an email. I have email trails about this for a year now. Frustrating to say the least.Oh and I am updating on the lovely job they did killing my Busch after I went out there yesterday to let them know to trim it. Instead of trimming they butchered it. Wow.... are you proud of this ???

Stay Away from this company, if there was a -1 star i would give them that. I used them for 3 months and what a mistake that was. I didnt cancel soon enough. I told them to raise the mower and then said it was the highest they could set it. They ruined my grass and I will probably have to replace it. Do not make the mistake I did. I thought I should be more clear on the services and management response from the Green Team. Yes, I did cancel services two months ago, because my yard was 1/2 weeds and dirt from the over fertilization and extra weed killer applied to my yard. The reason I am posting this now, even after disputing the final charge for 50.00 dollars, they took the time to fight it, force me to pay for a horrible job. If you make the mistake to use this company, its your fault with the end result.

Canceled my services after a few repairs of thier mowing team cut wires to my outdoor spotlights. Continously call them about improperly cutting grass too low and not trimming hedges. Continously change mowing dates to satisfy the company first. This company doesnt work on Fridays And had an increase with their fees. Was let go by two of my neighbors homes for bad services.

I have now had the Green Team for over 6-8 months and have noted a great improvement in my lawn. They do a great job of fertilizing and maintaing weed control in my lawn and my planters. The member who has been doing my lawn (Tony) is great at informing me of what I need to do to seld improve my care and he is friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this company to everyone.

After an issue with Round Up getting sprayed in the wrong areas. Your Green Team stepped up and fixed all the problem spots. They really know how to take care of their customers! My neighbor has been a loyal customer for over 10 years...and he has the best lawn on the street!

DJ took the time to educate me about the bug that I had never seen before. He then thoroughly searched and sprayed for the bugs the were living throughout the inside of my house. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his job.

They always leave my fence gates open. Their yard care is mediocre but pricing is ok if you can live with that.

This is my landscaping company. Not only am I paying for services that I did not receive, Ive complain a couple of times still have not received those services that I paid for. I work from home and I can definitely hear when my lawn is being cut. The team showed up and pulled off I guess they felt my lawn looked pretty good... Even though Im still responsible for payment. And now my lawn in the back of my home looks horrible...Never received the weeding that I was promised and Ive had to call about trimming the bushes. Again they charge my account monthly so I have already paid for these services. And to top it off one month I was charged twice never received a refund had to disput the charge through my bank. Now I will say their Customer service is amazing and friendly however no follow through. Have yet to hear back on any of these issues that I have reported. Definitely looking for a new company.

This is a review from a neighbor of a current customer.It has become clear that Your Green Team only cares about pocketing your money and does not care about the damage they cause to other people’s property.The most recent event (seen in photo because the video would not load) is a service personnel from this company attempting to ride over my curbing (with blades running). It is his failed attempt to ride the mower between my home and my neighbors. He cut into our shrubs and caused damage to our curbing but he still proceeded to try to make it thru. (Let me remind you, I am not a customer of this company; my neighbor is.) Only when the worker realizes that he is damaging his equipment with our curbing does he reverse the mower.They also damaged one of my sprinkler heads by driving over it. However, this is nothing new as they have damaged it on several occasions. Also, they continue to cut into our lawn to turn their equipment around. Which has caused scalping and gauging to our lawn.We have contacted the company 5 times about their service technicians damaging our property. Each time we are to leave a message and someone will call us back. To date, the company has yet to call us back or try to resolve this issue. In the meantime, our property continues to be damaged by this company and we have no hope of resolving due to their lack of accountability. We should not have to continue forking money out to repair our property because of a careless company.It is completely unacceptable for a company to not return phone calls, to disregard someone else’s property that they continue to damage or to even simply requests to cease the action of the mowers from going onto our property at all. I would completely recommend moving away from this company. If they cannot respect someone else’s property and if they cannot even acknowledge a person who has reached out to them several times to attempt to solve an ongoing issue, why would they care about you as a customer?

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! If I could rate this company with a ZERO, I would! Hired this company for lawn care and maintenance. We paid for their $85 deluxe lawn service 🙄. They came out 3 times. Called and complained the second time they came out. They didn’t trim the bushes, left clippings and leaves on the lawn, cut and killed the grass in some areas, pushed mulch out of the beds, and didn’t spray for weeds. Called again to cancel services. Manager talked me in to giving them another chance...BIG MISTAKE! Workers were supposed to speak with me before starting services. They didn’t. Went outside to talk to them and none of them spoke English! Tried my best to tell them what I wanted but with no success...and why should I be telling them how to do their job in the first place! Called to cancel services permanently and to speak with a manager...again. I have pictures of the poor work they’ve done.

I hired them for lawn maintenance with weed control and fertilization, but requested not to treat my Sylvester date palm. Unfortunately the crew sprayed the base of the palm with herbicide for several weeks. Obviously the herbicide killed the tree, but they won’t take responsibility. The manager Kevin won’t even return my call. Save yourself the headache and hire a different company.Response: false?? I hired a certified arborist and paid $150 to evaluate the tree. His professional opinion was that your company killed the tree by applying multiple rounds of herbicide. You never asked for his report. The 2 supervisors who I spoke to are not certified arborists. Furthermore, my specific request when I hired you was to NOT treat that tree at all. If your company communicated and honored the customers requests, we wouldn’t have a problem.

The Green Team services our lawn monthly with fertilization, weed, and pest control. We have had them for a year now. They let us know when then will be here and send an email afterwards describing what they did and the condition of the lawn, etc.The employees weve met have been very pleasant and accommodating.Our lawn looks beautiful and we are very pleased with this company. If there is any problem they are immediately responsive. Very professional.

I hired them to mow my grass, apply weed control to the flower beds and trim bushes. The weed control was non-existent because the weeds were several feet high for the past several months. They stopped trimming the bushes. I called multiple times to complain and nothing happened. Now they have not shown up in over two weeks to mow, despite me calling. They are supposed to be here weekly. My yard looks terrible. Would not recommend hiring these people you will waste your time and money. Finally called and cancelled today, but I have no doubt they will try and charge my credit card next month.

This company does lawn maintenance at my townhome neighborhood, Alexander Woods. I have lived here over 5 years and the entire time there is nothing but complaints posted on our NextDoor page about the lack of care our lawns actually get. The biggest complaint is BROKEN PROPERTY. Countless lawn ornaments and solar lights destroyed by workers, but the other week they actually CUT MY CHRISTMAS LIGHT STRANDS while trimming our hedges. They also didnt do a very good job of trimming, instead they just hacked at them leaving them ugly, I wish I could post the photos. They dont even rake our leaves for us, just blow them up onto our patio for us to sweep back off again. Many of us wish we had a different company, but the HOA continues to pay them our dues for their poor service.

The do a complete perimeter pest control service of my home as well as my taking care of my lawn and shrubs. They always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Green Team did a great job of cleaning the eaves, soffits, etc as well as spraying around the base of the house. This is performed on a quarterly or as needed basis. I found that by using this on a routine basis I am no longer concerned with spiders in particular. Understated value and one I would redcommend.

I used their services for lawn care. After a few months my ward was more anemic & dull than when I started. Their pricing is decent but the end result was not worth it.

I started service with Your Green Team in January, 2019 and I couldnt be happier. My lawn is thick and green and virtually free of weeds, which is a vast improvement over the condition it was from the prior service provider.

They advertise, and I quote, Whatever the Look You Want, Well Make It Happen....You won’t just get the traditional ‘basic trimming and pruning’ offered by most maintenance companies.I emailed them and stated that they were not weeding around my a/c unit properly and sent photos and I was offered a reply of we do not pull anything by hand. They missed corners of the yard when cutting and rush through the job.Sounds a lot to me like I am paying for a basic trimming and pruning. 85 dollars a month for a yard they take less than 5 minutes to mow. I watch on Monday mornings at 8am. They are timely in that sense.Would not recommend.

Once upon a time I had a nice lawn. The green team has been treating it. The St. Augustine has died and the weeds have thrived. A few months ago a manager visited and vowed to get it back on track. The weeds are worse and the St. Augustine hasn’t returned. I fear it may be time to sod my entire yard and search to find a more responsible business to treat and care for my lawn.

Terrible experience. Lawn care team used edger to cut entire yard and did not edge as contracted. Sent security video to main office and response was negligible. Problems continued without correction. Canceled services.

Drivers intentionally miss houses. The Manager on duty DJ is constantly drunk and other employees are constantly on various other items.... so watch out for Your Green Team vehicles as their is a 100% chance theyre impaired.

Lawn and shrub care. Josh (I hope I remembered his name correctly)was friendly and responsive, and explained what he was doing.It would be helpful and probably useful to you as well to have a leave behind description of what was done and any dos and donts (like keeping pets off for two hours just for example.And include the Better Business Bureau in your choice of review sites.

The technician that comes out now is very courteous and does a good job.! You must be doing a better job screening your techs. Lawn looks good.

Do your self a favor and call a different company. These people never made my grass look. I paid for both spraying and mowing. Their ground people are lazy. I now have a 6 ft tall by 3 ft wide pile of weeds growing inside an area where they mow. They claim they didnt know it was my property yet it is inside an area they mow so why wouldnt it be ? I had to stay home and with them perform services because when they spray for weeds their guy does not even look where he is spraying and misses large obvious weeds, one was literally in the crack of the side walk right in front of the front door and he couldnt hit that. The yard developed some sort of fungus that went un noted for weeks. It is a complete lazy incompetent job done by them. They of course blame me for not meeting with a manager yet and have refused any refund for anything. I have had to have my grass replaced ! Why should I have to stay home from work again due to them and meet with a manager for their tech not doing their job ? Terribly company. My neighbors have another well known company that starts with S, their yards always look amazing. I am switching to that company for spray and finding someone else to mow since that company does not do mowing. Do your self a favor and find a company whose techs know what they are doing.

Definitely NOT your company to hire!!!! After having lawn care service with them since August 2017, I gave into the idea of signing onto the pest control service in January 2018 by them convincing me that the first home service will be free... ITS NOT FREE BY THE WAY!! Dont fall for the so called nice customer service and as soon as you let them know your not satisfied, the voice suddenly becomes fake! After the first pest control service, we continued to see activity (sugar ants) I called them back and they said they would come back out to my home but insisted I remove all my food in the pantry. So I did. They performed their second quarterly service and not very long after, we were infested AGAIN with these ants. We then decided we were not successful with the pest control service part about it, so I called to have them cancel just my pest control service but continue to keep my lawn service. They told me because Im canceling my pest service before the third quarterly service is up, that I now am responsible for paying the SO Called first FREE pest service. Not a way to continue trying to keep a customer happy, especially since I was a lawn customer to begin with... But instead of them getting a monthly recurring payment for my lawn, they now get nothing! Now Ive decided to take my service for everything elsewhere and made sure my bank just stopped and blocked their future payments...so your not trapped either if they make you feel that you are! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. Go elsewhere, theres plenty of competition that wants your money in return for better service!

I use the Green Team for both my lawn service and my pest control. I have the built in tubes in the wall for pest control. Theyve saved me on both services when I was renting out the house. And now that I moved back into the house, Im keeping them.One of their guys accidentally cut my sprinkler lines that provided water to a tree. They sent a professional who fixed it just like new. No problem or hassles, and no unqualified service guy like some places. Theyve done everything they promised, and saved me money. In fact, the lawn looks better than my previous guys work and for less! Cant ask for better than that.

Please save your time, money and headache by choosing another company! I chose Your Green Team for our mowing services November of 2018 and I will say it has been a huge mistake! When we signed up with them I only chose mowing as I had my fertilization with a different company (Big O) and was quite happy. Sometime in March, THEY called ME to solicit more business and OFFERED to match what I was paying for my lawn fertilization with Big O, and my first service would be free. So I did make the switch because it made sense just to have one bill one service one company. WRONG! I later received an email that they were increasing my prices!! Unbelievable!! I haven’t been with them SIX MONTHS YET and they are increasing their prices!!! So I canceled ALL my services with them completely in April! Now here we are JULY 1st and they’re saying I need to pay for the said FREE SERVICE I received! After speaking with NUMEROUS “Managers” no one can seem to rectify the issue. Now I’m exchanging emails with Ruth and still no rectification. I called them to pay it TWICE and no one answers the phones. Amazing that I am chasing them to pay a bill that I disagree with but I digress. 🙄***They have their 5 star reviews done by THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! I just saw her name 🤣

I just started service with them. I took the 2 package discount which gave me pest control free for the first month and a fertilization service for the grass. So far I was not happy with the prst control. The man came out knock a lot of wasp nest which made them go crazy but told us he would not spray because it wouldnt make a difference my son is allergic to wasp. So we had leave out the back yard to avoid him getting stung until they came back out after I complained but the same person came and made sure to tell me that he was told to spray but it wouldnt make a difference. I hired the company for this particular problem and they told me they could take care of it but yet I had to cancel service since the worker told me that the spray does nothing. I am going to give the fertilization one more month but I dont have much faith since the worker seems to think there service is unnecessary.

Every time your team comes to do maintenance at my neighbors house, your team will either cut my grass or run over it with the mower. You should at least have the decency not to cut what is not the neighbors yard but if your going to run over my area with the mower at least have your crew rake my grass back up. I take pride in my yard and for you to be selfish and cut or run it over is tiring. This is the first time I’ve ever known who does her property and I can promise you this your guys should at least take pride in their work.

I have had this service for a year. They started off decently well, but things have gone really downhill in the last 6 months. I have had to call probably close to 10 times reminding them they forgot to trim my hedges and spray my flower beds. The spraying of my flower beds has been missed the most and my back yard flower bed looks overgrown and not taken care of. I let it slide for the colder months, but they continue to have a dearth in the service provided. They have consistently left my back gate open in which my dog has ran out after the fact. The people in the office are nice and understanding, but there is either a lack of communication to the people in the field or they just dont care. All I prefer is to have the service done as expected or even like they did last summer. I will review this later and add photos so people can understand what I mean.

I signed up for Green Team after speaking with Nora- long story short it was a total bait and switch sales pitch. Promised free first applications, but yet was charged $52 the day after someone came to spray the perimeter for pest control. I called to see why I was charged, and they said that service was not free and went into detail about what I was actually going to be charged, which came to $200 a month. I cancelled the service on January 28th with a woman named Heather. Yesterday, I was charged $70. I call today and speak with Ashley who is less than customer friendly and tells me it was explained to me that if I cancelled before 120 days I would be charged and that I was emailed a service agreement. I explained I was never emailed a service agreement and I would never agree to that because the flyer I received stated no contracts. If youre putting a timeline on service with charges, that becomes a contract. I asked to speak to a manager, who was conveniently on the phone, and shes going to call me back. I advised if I dont get a call back today and a refund of the $70 since I cancelled service and did not authorize anymore charges or services I will be contacting my attorney. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Spectrum News regarding their bait and switch sales tactics.

They got my grass coming back treating Chic bugs and Fungus after I paid so much for that sod. Thought if was lost!

Your Green Team has provided lawn mowing and trimming services to my yard for a year and a half now. Great price and well done work. Their management’s customer service is excellent.

I am so thankful for my lawn tech! Austin is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He always explains what he’s doing to my yard so my husband and I understand. He is such a hard worker! Very thankful for him and the company! Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Just fired them today. Please beware of this company. The management team is a joke and thinks it’s ok to damage Property and say we will fix it. No one likes property damage and it’s not the point of them fixing it. It’s doing the work right the first time by being carful and considerate of someone else’s property. I have had damage twice in less than three months. The attitude there is things happen and we will fix it mentality not quality or consideration. I can find way better service.

I have had the green team cutting my lawn for nearly two years. They are quick, do good work, and affordable. In that time there has been 3 incidents where they bumped my sprinklers. The person they sent out for repairs was highly professional and always fixed the issue and made it better than before. I highly recommend them because of the work they do and great customer service.

Repeatedly asked them to stop leaving door hangers at our house and they promise to stop and apologize. It happens again within a few weeks even with multiple no soliciting signs in place. If they cant honor a basic request over the phone and ignore posted signs why would I trust them to do their actual jobs?

Justin is incredibly knowledgeable in pests & always combats the problems before they get out of control. The service contract for Pest & lawn is well worth it. If I could give a 0 I would. I have been a customer for over a year and have had numerous problems. Today, instead of knocking on my door and asking me to pick up my son’s basketball in the back yard, the lawn team just ran over the basketball, busted it and left 50 pieces scattered all over my yard. They knew I was home because they saw me drive into my garage. This is not the first time that that the lawn team has broken things at my house and not said anything. Additionally, the lawn team broke the gutter spout that drains into my yard. When I called and complained a supervisor came out, told me he didn’t have the right size to fix it but would return with the correct piece. He never came back. They increased their fees a few months ago by $11 or $12 a month for service that is sub-par. Horrible service! Additionally, I pay for lawn maintenance including trimming the hedges. Unless I specifically ask that day to trim the hedges it never gets done.

Best lawn care company Ive ever had. All the techs are very knowledgeable and friendly and their customer service is wonderful. They always do a great job and go above and beyond! My yard looks amazing.

Before Your Green Team, my front yard was just dirt and weeds due to an oak tree. After they started working on it, I have a front yard filled with beautiful grass. The little bit of St. Augustine that I had bits of here and there has become healthy and thick. Thanks to all the techs who have continued to keep up the great work!

I will say the mowing side needs more professionals that take care of beds and stakes to mark plants to go with a mower bag for clippings preserving beds and slow down on wet areas between homes, they slopped the sides instead of drainage tile!

First off the communication is excellent from this company. The service is at a new level compared to more big name companies out there. I had a lady service my lawn, and since they didnt have an herbicide to treat a foreign grass (weed), she actually went through the whole lawn and pulled them all out by hand. About 50.!!! Hard to find service like that these days.

I wanted to share that this company has provided excellent service of our lawn. They always come when theyre supposed to and do a great job of maintaining our grass and bushes. The outside of our house hasnt looked this great in a long time. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering hiring professionals to care for their lawn.

This company is terrible! I have the service that they cut the grass and trim the hedges. They are not consistent with trimming the hedges in the front of my home and they NEVER do the ones in my back yard! I have had to call several times to ask that it is done. I should not have to take time out of my day to do this. I have a job and I my supervisor does not have the time to constantly remind me of my job duties in which I was hired to do. In addition, when they cut the grass in my backyard, I have a white fence. Do you think they blow the grass off my fence? NO! One morning, my husbands WHITE car was parked in the driveway and they got grass all over the side of his car! Do you think they blew the grass off his car? NO! If you are going to raise your prices, you should at least raise your standard of service!

We have been customers of Green Team pest control for over 18 months now and are extremely happy with the service they provide. We added lawn service 6 months ago and it is great too! One crew member that services Rivercrest decided to throw branches over my fenced property saying that since its my tree in my yard he can do it. My neighbors tree hangs over my property but my lawn care guy never does the same. Argued and cursed at me. Completely unprofessional.

I made arrangements for their two services yard maintenance and chemical treatments, apparently two separate teams. Was given a price for mowing and edging. I agreed to the price and provided payment information, to start in July 2019. I asked for a quote for their other services and was provided an appointment time with a manager for about two weeks out, still prior to starting yard service. A manager for their yard service team showed up instead of the manager for the chemical services that I had made the appointment with. First thing out of his mouth was we dont service this area. I did not understand at first and was asking questions about some bald patches in my yard, he kept referring to the yard maintenance that I had already set up to start in less than a week, that he was there to give me a quote for yard maintenance. Waste of everyones time all the way around. A very unprofessional company.

Well they were very fast to sign us up. They came out the next day fertilized. The same day we had another friend/company come out to look and give second opinion. They stressed almost nothing was put down.I trust the friend just because I know him and he was actually Cost More than Your Green Team.I read the reviews. I should have known better
