Teresa was absolutely phenomenal. When she called to confirm my reservation, we realized I chose the wrong kind of unit. She quickly changed it to the correct type of unit. She let us preview the unit before locking in the rental. I was SO impressed with how they handled the reservation and how k8nd and courteous they were. 10/10 would recommend.

I just got storage unit on yesterday went to place a dresser in my unit could not get to my unit trailer and another car blocked me from getting into my unit i asked the lady was outside in front of my unit making for dale signs if she could get over she told me to go arou d the other way to try to get close to my unit. I called the office tt one the ladies working advised her of the situations the i left came back almost one hour later neone of the cars was gone they just pulled out of the unit with both of there doors opened i asked if they will close the right door so we are able to back up and get closer to my unit they took there time the man and to close the right door then there dog charged at me quickly I am allergy to dogs this was quiet a morning starting off wrong already.I feel i could get to my unit any time without there be being a problem

Our company repaired a slab leak in the office area and Erica and Teresa was so understanding and patient to put up with the jackhammer. If you needStorage Please come see these wonderful ladies. It’s a Great Place to store.

RATS- RATS- RATS!We rented 2 storage units in October of 2020. One was at Life Storage, and because they didnt have another one the size we needed we rented one at Smart Stop on Park Road. After a month or two we went by to check on our units. The one at Life Storage had so RAT damage it was disgusting The manager blamed it on some face wipes I had in a box and the fact that they are next to a big field. Do yourself a big favor and go to Smart Stop. No RATS, no damage there at all.

WOW what an experience. We booked a unit online, could not pay online. No problem we went to the location only to find there computer system was down. Still no problem, The man there was nice there where a few people ahead of us, still no problem. The man was working alone, so each time he showed a unit we all had to wait outside in the rain. We waited over an hour only to find out CASH ONLY, it would have been nice to let us know sometime within the hour waiting, that they could not take Cards. The man that was working tried to sell all this extra stuff to prevent humidity damage while the rain got all my stuff wet, my fault on that but the up-sell took an extra 10 min for each person, all the while no mention of CASH ONLY. Went to Budget Rental 1/2 a block away and was in and out within 20 min.

The location has nice and helpful employees. After moving my stuff in, I had an issue with ants . It had been raining a lot and the ant pile outside my unit has the ants coming in all inside my boxes. They helpful offered to switch my unit or have someone come spray. I opted for the spray and I haven’t seen and Aunt in my storage unit sense. So far my service has been great!

I was helping my friend who has an unit there go through her stuff. I have visited this location twice. They have different sized units available, grounds were clean. Woman in the office was very polite. Very clean bathroom. Seen staff patrolling the grounds. Safe environment.

The manager had mad driving skills lol, but foreal its a very nice place with thoughtful people who just want to help.

This place has the customer service of Chick-Fil-A! Friendly staff and clean facility. I was having some difficulties with their online application process, so I had to come in person. They were more than apologetic and accommodating. They also provide welcome bags for new customers who purchase a unit. Such a great place.

The facility was very well kept and cleanly. Steve was friendly, professional and knowledgeable most of all. As Steve answered our questions, a customer behind us also told us how her experience at Life storage was exceptional and that she wouldnt go any place else to store her belongings. Steve also made sure to tell us that they also offer a moving van with no extra charge (if your car insurance applies) Excellent!

Life storage is a great convenient storage facility . Rae was very helpful and very nice. Whole process was fast, easy, and they have great specials to help save money! It’s a one stop shop for storing and moving. They have box kits, tape, moisture absorbers and any and everything you might need. Much nicer and cheaper facility compared to the other ones in the area.

I was only there for a month, but the storage unit was affordable and had good size to it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The storage unit had a very musty smell and a large gap between the units inside, but really that was the only concern.

I began using Uncle Bobs storage unit after the death of my Mother. I had to empty her place to enable its sale. I was warmly greeted as a friend, and everything was explained before moving anything in. The unit was clean, spacious, and my items were kept clean, dry and untouched during my usage. I really appreciate the staff of Uncle Bobs and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I feel completely disrespected by staff, before this point place was decent. I was lied to by associates, went up the chain and spoke with the manger thinking the situation would be addressed, having a piece of mind. I was wrong, management gave me the run around. It is sad I had to go to corporate to get the situation rectified, but thankfully I felt they handled the situation correctly. I would suggest going else where. I never had an issue until this time, complete lack of respect especially as returning customer who payed on-time everytime. Company is good overall mainly the workers here are below par.

I do not recommend.. go anywhere eelse kse but here. I rented unit out online, paid with my debit card. Was storing my entire house down to my childrens clothes, toys their memories from birth. An error ocured where my debit card wasnt being charged and after a couple months I called to try to resolve issue. The assistant manager had informed me they contacted me by email 2 times and never once called me (email ended up being sent to my spam account). The facility ended up auctioning everything in my unit. The assistant had told me the store manager would be in contact with me within 24 hours and I never received any phone call. Very unprofessional. Ive rented storage units many times and have never dealt with any of them through email. So save your time and precious valuables.
