I’ve been to multiple michaels and everyone of them has so far been better than my experience here. The framing department does not help people with measuring their artwork or assist them with anything on the floor. When i finally found an item to purchase i was told a different price from the sticker price under it, the staff member who was doing my check out took out her phone to begin texting someone rather than calling for a manager to help with the transaction and the manager who went to go see where the item was, made a sticker magically appear from where it wasn’t when i looked. Be sure to take pictures of the prices you see for the merchandise you pick up if you go to this location.

This location is one of my preferred. It is right across the street from Sawgrass Mills Mall. Which is a hot spot and tourist attraction. Plus, the shopping center that this Michaels is located has over a dozen popular stores with really good promotions on a weekly basis. Since this Michaels is one that recently relocated, it was built bigger and it supplies even more items. The staff was quite assistant and hospitable. Would definitely recommend!

Great shopping for basic craft items. I would prefer overall lower prices instead of their weekly sales flyer and coupons. Too much seasonal junk and not enough selection for serious artists.

This store has come around full circle as I used to frequent it quite often in the past. It looks like they hired new staff and made some changes which overall has made a huge difference. The store is stocked quite well but the only ongoing issue I still notice is the check out process which still seems to take a while when it shouldnt. Other than that, the store is well located and is easy to access from major roads and highways.

Came yesterday for Fall DIY items and the store was very hygienic and well put together however the staff arent friendly or polite at all.there was a long line with only two people working register and our cashier Cindy was Awful and snapped at my friend and I and she had an off-putting attitude.Wouldnt recommend coming here at all.

There was one employee who gave my friends and I a very warm welcome. We were looking for things to decorate our graduation caps and she showed us to every part of the store where we found everything we needed. She also shared with us some ideas to create our decorations inspiring my project. Great store. Love it.

Michaels is always a fun place to shop. They have an extensive silk flower department. They always have seasonal items, large art as well as frame department. They also have a full selection of food decorating supplies including Wilton. Their jewelry making department is also extensive as are their scrapbooking supplies. There are many other things, these are just the departments that I usually hit. One disappointment is that they havent bought out any new ribbon in the last five years. The store is well lit, has clean bathroom facilities, has handicapped parking and is handicapped accessible. If you plan to shop, be sure to download their app. It will help you save some money.

Was looking for decorative storage boxes. They had a sale of 70% off of storage boxes. Awesome!

The employees are very helpful and very friendly. My first time there in a long time and it was very enjoyable. Well definitely go back again.

Three stars only because its hard to find someone to help you on the floor. I pressed the help button in fine arts and stood there for 10 minutes. No one ever showed up.

This store has almost everything you can think of for home decorations. Always have good sales. But they dont sell fabric, which is what I was looking fir.

Im in the jewelry business, and Michaels is my favorite store. They carry a great selection of jewelry art material and so much more. If youre crafting and are looking for a specific item for your creative work, Michaels is your place to go.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars because I was there 22 days before Christmas and they were basically out of most Christmas items like individual tree decorations and Christmas village items.

This store is a treasure trove of everything one. Needs for arts and crafts, gifts, photo framing...you name it, theyve got it. Beautiful displays of artificial floral arrangements, and everything you need to create your own. Great store to buy different gifts for friends.

Service is GREAT! Two younger black girls were sweet every single time we asked questions. Its a smaller store so I feel like selection is a bit limited but havent left empty handed yet!

Its hard to rate craft stores like this because, having worked at a craft store before, I understand how hard it is to keep a store like this looking clean and organized. That being said, this store is a little on the messy side. Ive encountered helpful staff members and less helpful ones. The selection in here is pretty good though, and theres not many other craft store options in the area...so...you make it work.

Michaels is one my favorite stores of all the times. If you love arts and crafts this is the place you should go. They have all the kinda things you can look for. Sometimes the prices are not so fair, but It all depends if it is worth it for you.

Jillian in framing was extremely helpful both times I was there. She also helped my sister with her questions and purchases as well. Have other pictures to frame and will be back soon thanks to Jillian.

The return policy sucks. I bought a bracelet for my grandmother for a craft project but the one bought was too small they would not do a simple exchange . Please dont buy ANYTHING from this company unless you are 100% sure you like it or that it will fit!

This Michaels was very nice. Everything was very easy to find because everything was in its place.

No signs saying where to pick up online orders. Unfortunate that you have to wait through the long line at regular register to pick up an online order, but at least the cashiers were friendly. Otherwise, difficult to find employees on floor for help

Staff was helpful but as usual the line to check out was crazy and slow. Doesnt help that the customer was arguing over 10 cents. Never seems to be enough help to work registers.

Great visit, clean store and everyone was polite.

Good store but checking out is sometimes a problem. 1 or 2 cashiers with lines of people waiting to check out. They never call for backup. Saw managers stocking shelves instead of helping at the registers. But I still like the store more here than the tower shops

Dont forget to use a coupon if you go here! RetailMeNot always have some available. I usually screenshot the coupon before I get there so I dont have to wait for my phone to load and worried about cell reception.

Michaels is good store, although there is space for improvement; there is a large variety of art and craft supplies and their coupons are really good, so always before paying google Michaels cupons they will pop up and in some instances you can get up to 50 to 40 % discount on your most expensive items....

This location is crammed, always seems to be missing just the particular thing I need, and never has enough people working. Ive never loved this location and they are moving now to a bigger spot. I hope they make the changes necessary when they move.

I was completely ignored. I knew employees saw me cause old man working there pass right by near the entrance and saw me walk in. No smile, no hello or how can we help you.. Went to the back to find a frame and after 15mins with no help I walked out. I didnt find the frame size i was looking for. Lots of variety but didnt find my size. Anyways just come here if you know what youre getting. Dont expect customer service here
