I purchased a SUV online from this dealership, Gabriel is the Salesman. I wired the funds directly to them. It took an entire week for the vehicle to arrive to me granted Im in the same State only 3 hours away.(excuse was a Jewish holiday which the lot is closed) Upon arrival the SUV which I paid to have towed($160) damages include a cracked passenger side mirror, missing pieces from the dash, a huge dent in the back of the truck and it was roach infested. I called Gabrial asking why didnt he disclose any of the issues before hand. He stated its a used car & he would mail me the passenger mirror which came 2 weeks after & It couldnt be used because the entire mirror & base needed to be replaced. I ordered two new fully functioning mirrors ($350) Cost to have the dents removed ($250) Cost to have roaches removed ($75). I took the the truck to dealer for full diagnostics ($180), SUV did check out as good..(He lucked out) All of this before my 1st car payment was due. Overall I give FL Auto Trend & Gabrial a BAD review. I feel he finessed me for the Sale. If he would disclosed everything wrong with the vehicle before hand that would of been professional & left me the decision if I wanted to go thru with the deal or not and or negotiate the price. After the Sale it was hard getting Gabriel on the phone. If you have to purchase, go to the lot instead of online. Gabriel you could did much better with the deal & the delivery of the vehicle. Not Cool!Also DO NOT sign the As Is document included in the paperwork. Florida has no Lemon law but their is a Misrepresentation law I could of went after FL Auto Trend with full force but Id just leave this review to warn future buyers.Peace✌🏼

They were very friendly which was nice. But there were quite a few issues with the car that I wish I would have seen b4 buying. I was told it has good tires but they werent actually cuz it needs an alignment with threads showing on the inside of the tire. Went to do alignment and my back struts were worn out. Check engine light just came on but that could be something that they didnt know about. But I did have to buy 4 new tires the front brake pads and the backs struts which comes up to a boat load of money I wasnt planning on. 😭

I spoke with Gabriel several times. Each time explaining my interest in one of their cars. Each time he said he would call me right back. Never did. Poor way to sell cars guys. Very unsatisfied customer. After working with Gabriel to understand why his mechanic could not come to my home the first day, Gabriel is now refusing to answer my calls. It would a total of 4 times I’ve been able to drive to car I purchased two weeks ago, as his crew initially changed the battery, and the car continues to stop. I waited home 3 days, and the mechanic has yet to come. Very disturbing, as this kind of behavior is unprofessional and warrants concern of Gabriel’s integrity and work ethic. Please come and fix my car!!!

Recently bought a car from FL Auto Trend and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by their level of service and their customer-centric focus. Each member of their Team went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the purchase. Sean and Gabriel in particular, were very helpful at every step....from the test drive through to paperwork and delivery. Sean responded very quickly to all my calls and texts. This was much appreciated. Overall, a very very satisfying experience.

Beware. While going over paper work the salesman showed me the car fax for another car stating it had no accidents. When i actually looked at the paperwork closely it was for a completely different bmw they had on the lot and the one i was there to buy actually had multiple accidents. After pointing this out the salesman apologized and said he would give a discount. I hesitantly bought the car and proceeded to take it home. The car was constantly in the shop ever since i got it and lasted under a year before I had to replace it.

My experience with FL Auto Trend has been great. They were very helpful and even a month later helped when they found there was an additional key to my car. They contacted me and mailed me the extra key, since I live far away. I would recommend them completely. The ONLY reason this review is not a perfect 5 out of 5 stars is that the car started having issues shortly after I bought it, which isnt their fault. They gave me every opportunity to have it checked and seemed perfect when I bought it. I didnt have the ability to take very long in my evaluation, since I was coming from out of the area to buy. I can say, this is a great place to buy a car and great people to deal with. Id buy a car from them again.

When me and my family first got to the car lot we spoke with one of the salesman and they showed us a car at night which we thought was black,we had to come back the next morning because the banks were closed,once we arrive to pay for the car we realize that the car is actually blue and not black,the salesman didn’t tell us that,also about a month after financing the car I checked carmax and found out that car has been in 2 accidents!!! Salesman’s only care about making the commission they will lie just to get you to buy a car,once you leave off the lot after signing it’s yours,I’m never going to these guys again and guys whenever you’re looking for a car always check the car fax even if the salesmen tell you it hasn’t been in a accident,you want to be sure that it hasn’t.

Worst place ever never come here. They raised the price after I bought it tried to make me pay twice for a tag. And promised to fix a bunch of stuff then said they never said that so I got a van with bold tires a broken DVD player and CD player and paired over 7000. Stay away they are scammers.

When I flew in from Arizona, I was picked up at the airport and given a ride to the dealership. The vehicle was as described on their web site and I am very happy with the transaction. I was serious about buying a car on their website. Asked for detailed pictures as we live 2.5 hours from them. Everything looked good so we negotiated financing, obtained approval and even added the car to our insurance policy. Took a day off work to pick up the car and couldnt believe the condition. Gabriel assured us the exterior was 10/10 and the interior was 9/10.....what a joke. 6/10 exterior and a 3/10 interior, and that is generous. Tires werent new as promised,..maybe 20%. Curb rash and rust on the wheels, deep scratches on the hood, glass was stained and the interior was disgusting! Error codes and warning lights on the dash....buyer beware.

Listen, I was buying my first car. Im 22, this whole process has been scary as heck for me. Ive already met with a few really shady salesmen who treated me like I was a complete idiot and made me feel stupid. They turned me away because I was young and didnt have 12+ grand to spend. Was initially very happy until less than a month later the car overheated on the highway and the radiator blew. We were able to take the car to a mechanic who told us after inspecting the car that there was no thermostat installed in the vehicle, and that was the reason the vehicle overheated and the radiator blew. This was my only experience with Florida Auto Trend.

One of the main reasons I actually came back to this dealership was because of the excellent customer service Charlie provides.If youre like me, and you need to take a long time to make a decision, FL Auto Trend is the place to go! This is the first car Ive bought in a while, and I spent 4 weekends going from dealership to dealership and test driving different vehicles. I spent many nights doing research online - pricing, reviews, ratings, etc. I had some good experiences and some bad ones, but I had an exceptionally good one at FL Auto Trend. Charlie was my salesperson, and he patiently rode with me as I came and went, test driving somewhere around 10 vehicles on and off highways and through quiet neighborhoods. He did not pressure me; instead, he listened to my concerns and doubts and thoughtfully responded, when I brought up issues that concerned me he consulted knowledgeable coworkers or looked it up and got back to me.I ended up buying a new car at a reasonable price that I am extremely happy with .Charlies help didnt end when I signed the papers. He is still making sure I am satisfied with the purchase, and is still taking steps to allay any concerns(I heard a small noise when I stopped the car, and he talked to the on-site mechanics about it). In short, I really recommend him if you want a helpful-but-not-pushy sales experience.

I bought my first car and I was very happy at the beginning. I trusted the salesman to recommend me a nice safe car. Within a week of using my new car, problems started to come up little by little until a few days ago the car overheated because it was missing the thermostat. That ended up costing me a lot of money for various repairs related to the overheating.

I purchased a 2008 Mustang from this organization in September, 2017. The deal went smoothly, however, the middle console door was screwed up and they assured me theyd get another one. After many phone calls and being told it hasnt come in yet, still no door! I even gave them the option of cutting me a check, still have not heard anything. It is mid May, 2018. And it was a cash deal!

Ive had issues with cars for a while. The last used car i bought came sans an air conditioner, so i was a little wary going to fl auto trend to get myself a new set of wheels. Do not purchase vehicles here. I recently purchased two vehicles from this company and moved them out of state. Once the transactions were completed I reached out to them about an issue I was having. I was initially told they would text with some information which they never did. From that point on, I was unable to get in contact with anyone working for the company as my calls keep ringing straight to voicemail. I have left numerous messages for this company and have been calling them for a couple of weeks now and they have completely ignored me. Also, my cars were not cleaned as promised when I picked them up. They swapped out a battery that wasnt working and put in another that barely worked. There were numerous little things company lied about which along with their poor customer service makes me regret purchasing from them.

Purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima and salesman Gabriel said there was a recall from Nissan for the sticky dask. He said all I had to do was take it to a Nissan dealer and pay $250 deductible to have the dashboard replaced. This was a lie, because this dealership had possession of the car during the lawsuit settlement period the car is not eligible for a new dashboard. To fix the dashboard the cost is between $2500-2700 so that will be out of pocket unless this place fixes it. Called to figure this out and was told someone would call me back....that was 3wks ago.....still waiting. Dont trust this place.

Do not buy a car from these guys unless you are a mechanic and you have completely gone through the vehicle. Other reviews of 1 star make complete sense to me based on my own experiences. Our salesman, Shay, tried to get me to leave a very good review on his computer for Google Reviews before I was even finished with the car purchase. This would explain so many happy 5 star reviews - given before buyers even drive their car off the lot.Biggest complaint: we hesitated to buy the car, because there was a knocking sound coming from the right rear which I thought sounded like a strut problem, but they showed us a computer printout showing that they bought rear struts next door at Advanced Auto and installed them. We spent hours sitting in the sun, while their mechanics tried to figure out what the knocking noise was. The mechanic drilled into the bottom of my vehicle and inserted wood screws (which later loosened and had to be tightened) which didnt fix it. I kept asking if it was the strut, and they didnt think it was the strut, so we bought the car thinking it was just some harmless noise. The noise got worse and worse over the next 6 weeks, and guess what the problem was? Yes, it was indeed the rear strut making the knocking noise! The rear struts, which were the new ones, were replaced and now there is no knocking noise!Other complaints that cost us money: There was a loud buzzing noise every time we unlocked the car. They acted like they had no idea what it was - no big deal. Turns out we need a rear door lock actuator with an estimate over $600. Also, the car does not always go into park or pull out of park. Were yet to get an estimate to get this fixed.These guys are not trustworthy and will try to move problem vehicles by giving you a cheap price. Shay, while very nice, promised much he didnt deliver: The smoke will be removed from the car today. They will fix the knocking sound. Dont worry about the almost $1000 dealer fee - you will be so happy. (All wrong, btw.) They balked at negotiating any money off their retail price of the car, and then finally gave me a couple hundred dollars off. I asked that if I bought the car they would fill the tank. The manager said yes, and then they gave me a $20 gas card (the van was on 1/4 of a tank).AGAIN: The reason you see so many 5 stars on their reviews, is probably because, like with me, they tried to get me to leave a really good review for us on their computer before we had completely finished buying the car in his office. I looked at him and said, Well, Id at least like to drive it home first...To FL Auto Trend: You need to be honest with your customers about what is wrong with the vehicles and what you can and cannot make better. You may need another mechanic. If youre going to fix a car, make sure you at least fix it correctly. If you cant or wont fix a car, please be honest with the customer about what is wrong with it. Also, please stop being defensive (you guys say, We have the right to make a living...) when people try to negotiate (which is a normal car buying/ selling activity). Just tell them the truth, that you advertise your cars for less to draw in customers but you cant really negotiate better than that.
