Best makeup and masscara
It was ok, they have good products but the person who helped me was not very helpful and was kinda rude. I also wanted to purchase a gift card and she it could only be used in a sephora inside a jcpenny. I didnt know about that rule so I asked how come? She said because thats the way it is, how are you going to pay for all this? And when I said cash she rolled her eyes and called someone else. I just left as soon as she did that. I worked at a department store and we made sure the costumer always felt good. That day I left without a purchased and a gift that I needed because of that one rude sales person. Today I came to Sawgrass and it was a total game changer, the person who helped me went above and beyond for me and I finally made the purchase I was in need of.
Love Sephora, the associates are so nice and willing to help. Great selection.
What isnt there to love about Sephora! The girls in there are friendly and helpful and when they didnt have the item I needed in stock they ordered it online for me and shipped it to me house.

I am so surprised about the reviews.... Anji and Danny were so wonderful and helpful. I was there to get matched and pick up a few extra things and was treated with such respect and care and my questions were met with eagerness and knowledge. I had a lot of fun and unlike these other reviews I WILL be coming back and I hope these girls experience what I did in the future.
Claudia is the ONNLLLYYYY reason I’m giving this location five stars. Her customer service was phenomenal. I usually do everything I can to avoid going to this location because the staff is rude or seem really uninterested. You all should hire more employees like her, I’m sure it’ll make a huge difference in the store’s profit. Thank you Claudia, my oily skin sister! lol
This location could use some staff retraining. I couldn’t buy an item because no one could figure out how to ring it. Store was extremely dirty from the floors and fixtures to the testers. This store is definitely in need of an intervention from corporate.
These folks really do need to work on their customer service. Ive been in there about 10 times in the past month and only once has someone even acknowledged me or asked if I need help. The employees usually avoid eye contact and when we do interact they are really not that friendly. I actually wrote a negative review before and felt bad and deleted it deciding to give them another chance, but its the same every time I go there. I dont buy anything there anymore, I go in to swatch or test a product and buy it online. Much better experiences at other Sephoras.

My only real complaint is how dark it is. The staff is decent, and product selection is decent considering this is a very small Sephora. You cant really compare it to the large Sephoras you would see in large popular malls. I found it easier to get assistance here then in the big Sephoras cause the big stores are usually packed with people. Due to lighting there is a high chance of leaving the store with a wrong shade color. Its very dark and very dim making and shade matching a hassle. I recommend you get a few samples and self match at your own time for accuracy. The staff is decent, it all depends on which staff member is assisting you. Other then that this is the closest Sephora to me so this is my go to store other then Ulta.

Danny and another young lady was there. At first, I was taken a back by Dannys approach (greeting) - he gave me like a back and forth look that made feel a bit uncomfortable, but he expressed that he was just saying hello. I expressed to him at the register that typically employee arent so nice at make-up stands and I appreciated the fact that he was greeting me. Anyway, I cant remember the lady that helped me - she was super sweet! I mean she had her multi-tasking skills on lock! It was like 3 women coming at her all at once and she helped each and every one of us while maintaing a smile on her face! If I shop at Sephora it will def be this one moving forward.
Love sephora but this location is a hit or miss depending on the employees working that day. waited over 20 minutes for service, then when the associate rang up my purchase I handed her my rewards card she didnt even scan it and I spent well over $50 that day and then she made about some amount of points that she claimed I had, when I knew the exact amount!

Terrible ! Terrible ! Just terrible! Worst customer service experience ever !!!! Stood in the middle of the store for over 20 mins and not one sales associate assisted me .. I had to beg for assistance after waiting for over 20 mins where it was explained to me that no one will be able to assist .. UNPROFESSIONAL, and for beauticians/ makeup gurus .. their faces werent even done properly! Will be sticking to galleria mall . NEVER AGAIN
The fat girl with the greasy looking, finger/greased down beach type waves I think she was going for, with the brassy-ish highlights or whatever color she had in her hair shouldnt be working with the public. I walked in this store the other day looking for a product and as soon as she saw me her smile faded from her face and she was glaring at me. This is the first time we have ever seen each other. The girl doesnt even know how to say hello or ask if a customer needs help.I only ended up buying one item but she asked if I needed a bag to carry ONE small foundation as if she felt I was going to steal it.

I’m writing this review because the customer service is high quality. I like make up and I know if you want good products are going to be expensive but, It’s the reality.
I wasn’t impressed with this sephora. The staff was just OK but the store itself was unkept and and disorganized. They had very low stock, I had to look through drawers to find my shade of NARS foundation. They didn’t have the ABH liquid lipstick I wanted. And 75% of the samples were broken, messy or empty. So I was a little disappointed.
Asked for help with lipstick, The worker Looked up a lipstick for me and Told me she Couldnt find it in the system it had been discontinued. However this isnt true. I asked about a similar shade in long wear she told me let check out the other 2 customers behind you first and then Ill Help you. I stood to the side and waited 15 minutes for help and then she starts helping one of the people behind me put on lipstick and find which shade was best for her. I just left without making a purchase. The Sephoras in JC Penney, I have never had a good experience.
Horrible customer service, waited for 10 mins for someone to assist when i asked 2 different sales associate was told not finished with my customer and kept walking and the other said not at the moment. Not one bothered to get someone else to assist. One seemed to be engaged in a regular conversation while the other pranced around trying to keep busy, then proceeded to assist someone else. Have been to many other Sephoras and was never treated rudely. No need to come to this Sephora unless you want to be ignored.
I went to this Sephora, for a simple buy for an upcoming trip . Now ladies we know this makeup stuff is not cheap . I had a Egift card to use it will cover almost half of my cost and the rest was to be debited out my bank account I was told I could not use a Egift card unless its printed! Ive used Egift cards In Sephora stores before with no issue with scanning my phone but today I was told I could not they didnt even look at the Gift card nothing just a shut down as if my gift card wasnt valid . I went to my normal Sephora in Pembroke Mall and was used like always no profiling no gimmicks Ill just continue to go where I can be helped . . Ive never felt judged in a Sephora till yesterday afternoon . Thanks Sephora for making everyone feel like they are valued as a customer !
