Great optical, fantastic customer service.Very nice attitude

Great Doctor and they will mail your contact lenses to your door. The Doc here really cares and listens to your needs. He will put you in a lens that will fit your lifestyle. I wished they carried more designer brands of frames, but you can have your visit order contacts in the store to be sent to your house, and get your designer glasses frames wherever you like.

They are not very good when it comes to getting glasses on time. Ive leaned that the Doctor is good but better to order your glasses from another place sad but true. :-( Also they did send me a text saying after a year I have an appointment that I never made... ?

The staff is nice they make you feel comfortable, but the exam itself it very fast myself personally I like real exams that take longer then 2 minutes I fell like if I was to get glasses from then they wouldn’t even be accurate prescription lenses

The exam was very nice! But that was it. I was told the day of my exam it would take 2 weeks until I get my glasses. I am now finishing my 4th week and after calling the store all week I might get them today....I dont have my hopes up.*I had to edit post since I called again this morning and was told they are still not here and might get it next week. Also I did my exam 3 weeks before I would start my new job, which is all computer based, and they are still not ready. My advice if you need them now get the rush delivery they offer or make sure you dont need it for that month. I would never recommend this jcpenney (in the Broward mall) to anyone and I hope that whoever reads this would weigh all their options before making this mistake. And its already been 4weeks and next week will be 5 weeks. Just dont shop for your glasses here its just terrible.

I was told my glasses would arrive in one week. It has been two weeks, and they still have not arrived.

Love my eye doctor, but the staff here is mediocre and lack customer service skills.
