Stop and read this review! Before I tell this story I want to say we’ve used their service department for years. Chris is always friendly and gets the jobs done as quick as they can. Now to the debacle you see below.As you can see from the picture a 5 gallon bucket of almost full paint spilled in the back of my car. When I discovered this I literally got tears in my eyes and freaked out. While my husband was scooping the paint out (I’m not joking, it ran down underneath the seats and covers in the back and pooled there) I called Von Glahn Auto and talked to Chris who responded, “just bring it out ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.” When I got there his co-worker (I didn’t catch his name, I apologize!) got right to work spraying down anything that was removable . He made no promises but I was happy they were willing to try. When we came back at the end of the day I was blown away!!!! You can see the end result. I can’t recommend Chris & his team at Von Glahn enough. This is the 3rd car we’ve bought here and we’ll keep going back because of their service, honesty and great attitudes.

Its too bad there arent more places like this in Madison where Im from. I would definitely go back to Von Glahn in Platteville for another used car. Totally worth the trip.

Went there so they could fix the gauges on my 03 gmc. I was quoted $350 for the shipping and repair of the gauges, was only charged $10 for them to take it out and put it back in, a total of $360. Any where else would have charged me $400 easily. Highly recommend Von Glahn, they have 3 or 4 bays so they can get your vehicle in and out rather quickly and they know what they are doing. Like I said with my gauges, Chris was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone. Thats how good they are. Any more troubles I WILL be going back to these se guys.
