Nope! Ordered trifocal and got bifocal. Had to wait a month to get my glasses. When I did get them the frames were warped as if they were bent when trying to put the lens in. Now they slide down my nose but I dont want to take them back in there in fear of them being worse when I get them back! Unbelievable!

Good service. Reasonable prices. I have received a call from the store for my satisfaction. I am happy with the glasses I purchased for my 5 year old daughter and the service.

Ive gone in here a couple time to have my glasses adjusted and they literally mangled my frames. Fortunitly the Dubuque store is not far away and they were able to straighten them out. Id recommend making the trip to Dubuque if you need any adjustments.
