Randy will take care of you... knowledgeable, know his stuff AND area water, especially wells and aquifers and what they need for filtration and softening. I 3 days he built, delivered, and installed a custom softener for me that handles our temperamental well like a champ! super clogging river silt, hard water and iron, GONE! Thanks Randy!

This place used to be decent but theres literally no parking, everyone uses it so theres usually a line but for 25 cents a gallon its still a deal. Thats the only reason I give 3 stars otherwise it would be 2 stars.

Ventured here late last night, so I cant say anything about the inside, but the fountain by the front of the building is not bad if youre just looking for water without spending a lot of money. Water was pretty good for city tap but Im sure its even better if the water in your home isnt that good.

Owner is super nice! Water is only .25 to fill a 5 gallon cooler jug. I go there every couple weeks to fill up. Water comes from the city tap and once filtered tastes just as good as any filtered tap you would pay $5 at a local water jug exchange outlet. 😀 👳‍♂️

Easy access inexpensive water... bring your own jugs =)

Ive called Plattsburgh Water Systems on more then one occasion. When I first moved into a house that had an old chlorine infusion system to take egg smell out of my water Randy the owner walked me through how to prime they system which the original owners thought was inoperable. He has helped me get pieces for this system from time to time when it has broken down, and has walked me through a few trouble shooting problems. he came all the way to my house on one of his days off to help when i couldnt figure something out and didnt even charge me even when i tried to insist. All this on a system he didnt even originally install. HE IS AWSOME!!!
