Polite and friendly staff. My kitchen renovation was $11,000 over budget.My recommendation if considering a kitchen remodel is to know every step that is involved and any hidden costs associated. Hold your sales rep to your agreement. I did not sign off on the kitchen remodel proposal since I was not asked to (is it my responsibility to request that I sign I it?) I spoke with the owner about the poor communication between my sales rep and the hidden costs associated with the project. He just wanted to argue and defend his sales rep. Whatever happened to considering custom needs and rights?

When we went in to look at flooring, we didnt even know where to begin. Alan helped us choose the perfect flooring and was always available and responsive all the way up to installation and beyond. Highly recommend working with him.

My partner and I went to Lees because I knew they had been in the business of kitchen design in this area for a long time. We met with a sales person who promised us the world. He ended up postponing our first meeting and completely missing our scheduled second meeting without any explanation. Fortunately we discovered a company named, Were Tops who did a good job for us. Well never give Lees another shot.

Great place to go they have a lot of options and ideas that can go along with what you are planning. Especially like being able to get samples to see how it looks in my own lightning.

I had a patio table blow over and my tile inserts smashed. They were large tiles that I could find no where else and Lees had them in stock and staff was very knowledgeable. I was surprised to see so much tile in stock when we walked into the stock room. Wish I had come here first! Quick and efficient.

Ive been shopping at Lee appliance for at least 15 years, I really cant go anywhere else. The time that Gary or his son Justin give you and helping to decide what product to use. And their experience because they own rental apartments is invaluable. And the prices are always more than competitive. Theyre really an invaluable resource. They know what works, and they stock everything you need. when they say theyre going to special order something, they always get it right away and call you to let you know its in. Ive dealt with other local retailers, and that has not been my experience eleswhere.
