I went in here to have my rings cleaned and the lady that cleaned them was very nice and told me about all kinds of different options if I wanted to trade my set in. She had great Customer Service skills and did an awesome job at cleaning my rings that were extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in a year due to shut downs and what not. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have just received notice that my account has been tampered with without my knowledge so someone traded in an anniversary ring expected to get two rings or whatever for the same price of that 1, 000 Trading the person behind the counter without my acknowledgement went and charged my account over $800 without my authority and will be held accountable and now I will close my account and no further business from me will resume ever to Kay Jewelers inglensfall New York or any other location correction it was glenfalls I found out from Plattsburgh kays and they also said that glenfalls Kays ripped her off on her purchase

Standing in here right now. I would love to buy a watch for my wife, but the two associates here are helping two rednecks pick out jerrlry. One of the associates keeps apathetically announcing sorry for the wait without making eye contact with a single person in the store. Our plan has now become for my wife to try the watch on she wants and purchase it at Zales.
