I been looking at there pianos . Because I want one for my owe to have.

Overall a good experience. They were easy to schedule with, and responded quickly. My piano sounded beautiful when they were done tuning it (piano had been through a move). I was not present at this visit and they unfortunately missed a key where the damper was not functioning properly but they came back out within 2 weeks and fixed the problem damper quickly. I will use them again for future tuning services.

Zero customer service, people bang on these instruments. These are not toys. Store wasnt super clean. Instruments need maintenance.
