I bought a compact washer and dryer from there. Very minimal dents and scratches for half the market price and it was honestly such a steal! The washer was in their downtown location and the dryer was at the Pleasant Grove one so someone was already going down there so they also picked up the dryer for free. Everyone we talked to was so nice and helpful. Overall such a great experience and will definitely recommend them to friends!

When our fridge died, we needed something sooner than every other place could deliver…so we checked out thrive and were pleasantly surprised by their inventory and speed of delivery. The scratch and dent was minimal and the fridge was below market price: we love it. We were in the market for something super basic but the fancier fridges were definitely a good value. If you don’t mind a tiny bit of cosmetic imperfection, this is a great option.

We needed a gas dryer and I stopped by the Pleasant Grove UT location, not far from where I work. Large inventory and great prices! I was invited to go into the warehouse and take a look at what they had. Prices were on almost all units displayed and we could ask questions about what they had. I took one home off of the floor the next day at a fraction of the cost compared to large retail stores. It wasn’t in a box, and there were no manuals. A short warranty period included, with extra-cost 1-year extension. Delivery would be extra. No financing; you will need to have cash or credit card in hand. Expect to see minor damage that would not affect usability and SAVE $$.

We were sent to thrive appliance from the sales person at home depot because they dont keep washers and dryers on hand. Thats not helpful on a weekend with a broken washer. We were a bit nervous spending $2k and wondering if the units had unforeseen problems. We finally decided to give them a try. We have been pleased with the product we purchased. We were able to get much better quality for less than we would have spent at home depot. We havent had any problems and thrive went out of their way to send us the stacking bracket 2 weeks later. We were even able to buy our washer at the SLC location and then they transferred that same day purchase to a different washer in Pleasant Grove so we could get a matching set. Everything they had was new and only had minor cosmetic damage. The 30 day warranty allowed us to buy with confidence knowing if we got it home and something wasn’t right they would take care of us. The inventory turns over quickly so if you don’t see something you like the first time try the other store, go online to their KSL listings, or come back the next week and look again. They are super easy to work with and there was no pressure to buy from the salesman. If you have questions just ask and they will tell you everything they know about the machine. Didn’t seem like they tried to hide anything. Very happy customers. Would recommend and will return in the future for our next appliances.

Great inventory overall. Recently purchased a fridge and I didn’t see a single dent or scratch so I don’t really know how they got it. I’m glad they did though so I could by it a lot cheaper. Everything else was easy replacement parts on other appliances or the dents/scratches were in places it wouldn’t be noticed. It’s a place I’ll always go look at whenever I need to replace an appliance.

Our fridge died on us on a Thursday, and we had some visitors coming to stay with us the next Monday. So I did a quick google search, and Thrive was close to my house. My wife and I went to visually inspect their inventory and we found a great refrigerator. While we were at Thrive, I “Googled” the make and model at 3 different stores that sold the exact make and model (L,HD, & R.C.W) and Thrive had it for $800 less than the others. Keep in mind our fridge did have a “dimple” approx the size of a dime. But… it didn’t matter for us, since that side of the fridge is concealed by a wall.

I did some research on dish washers and sadly couldn’t find the one I wanted in stock anywhere local. It was backordered online as well. I gave up and decided to check this place out after seeing a listing on Facebook marketplace. I went over and they only had 2 dishwashers in stock but miraculously it was the exact model I was looking for! It was already discounted from the retail price and they had also lowered the price $150 an hour before we got there. Bought it on the spot and it’s been working great ever since. I will definitely check with them first the next time I need an appliance.

Feeling extremely lucky to have found this place! We were looking for something super specific that will fit in a trailer/RV since weve sold our home and live on the road. There are not many washer dryer combos out there. Luckily there was 1 available and in perfect running condition which is all we care about. This is a scratch and dent type place which is fine by me when you dont have to pay the full value price for brand new. I also want to mention that having to load our washer dryer combo into our 45ft fifth wheel, their parking lot accommodated us pretty well and SLC streets were easy to manage getting there.The gentlemen that helped us was also pleasant and really nice helping us load it in.

Almost half off retail prices for new scratch and dents. Most of the damage is minor or difficult to spot. Friendly staff in a warehouse atmosphere. As a side note the appliances are not covered by the manufacturer warranty because they are scratch and dents. Warranties are available for an additional charge. I don’t have any experience with using the warranty my dryer works as expected without any problems. If you buy extended warranties anyway why pay full retail price for something that has minor cosmetic imperfections. Most of the inventory is current model year LG or Samsung. My dryer retails for $1190, I paid $725 and it works perfectly. They have two locations, I went to the Utah County store.
