I cannot tell that anything was done (besides the damage being repaired). My car was less than a year old, brand new from the factory, and it all matches excellently. The car came back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. The folks at Rocky Mountain Collision were helpful, courteous, informative, and obviously great at their jobs. They even provided pictures of before, during, and after. It isnt the cheapest estimate I received, but it wasnt the most expensive either, and Im extremely glad I paid their rates! Highly recommend!

Rich and Jarrett were awesome to work with in person, on the phone, and through email. I have had lots of work done by them and have never been disappointed! The work is excellent and the price very fair! I highly recommend this shop! Also, everything has always been on time within reason.

Ive used them a number of times over the years (maybe half a dozen things) and have always been completely satisfied. Theyve done free work for me before when the dent was too much to repair in view of the value of the car (they fixed it so that the door closed properly). Theyve talked me out of doing things that they said werent worth it. Theyve helped me get the best result with my insurance. You could never see the repairs when they were done. These guys are great.

I was very concerned about coming here after reading some of the 1-star reviews but this place actually seems to be one of the few places that does it all. I got into a minor accident and this place was able to repair the hood and any potential damage underneath (there ended up being none needed). I called many repair shops and none of them could help me with what I originally thought was a pretty straightforward request.And Im so glad I came here. They were amazing to work with, very responsive, helpful, and friendly. They did a great job repairing my car and it looks way better now. They worked with the insurance company directly and I didnt have to worry about it at all. So happy with the results!

Rocky Mountain Collision did a great job fixing a small dent and some scratches on my sedan. They had a new bumper painted and installed really quickly and when I went to pick up my car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off!

This is my first experience with auto repair and it had set a high standard! Not only did they make my car look like nothing had happened in the first place but they took the time to make sure it was clean as well. It was done when they said it would be and their customer service was outstanding.

I am not from around here but my brother recommended this place to me to help with an issue with my suburban so I could drive it back home to Wyoming. Even though they were very busy, they took a peak at it and were able to fix the issue in less than 20 minutes. They were above and beyond kind and I could tell they really know what theyre doing. Our brand new car got a minor scratch when another driver hit our car. We took it to 2 other places for estimates, which were around $500-$600, with a 3 day repair time. After those estimates, we went to Rocky Mountain Collision to see what their estimate would be. To our surprise, they buffed the scratch out in a few minutes right then. The car looked fantastic again, and they wouldnt even charge us for their time. It was almost unbelievable. They were so friendly, helpful, and generous. Cant say enough good about this company! Good people make all the difference, and Rocky Mountain certainly demonstrates that. They really do care about their customers. It was, hands down, the best car repair experience we have ever had. Very highly recommend them!

I had two experiences with Rocky Mountain Collision & Auto Painting that were both awesome experiences. My car had been in two different collisions causing body and paint damage to the front and rear bumpers. The bumpers have sensors that detect near-by objects and a rear view camera. I was very anxious that when I got my car back in both instances I would find my car less than perfect. My anxiety was for nothing. When I got my car back both times I inspected the bumpers for blemishes and found that it was perfect - my car was as good as new both times! Not only does Rocky Mountain Collision and Auto Painting do an amazing job repairing cars, but they were kind, informative and honest. They treated me exactly how I hoped to be treated. They told me exactly what I could expect. They were honest and ethical. Honesty is a value that is very hard to find in this day and age. I really appreciate the great work that Rocky Mountain Collision performed on my car and for the honesty that they showed. My experiences with Rocky Mountain were the best I have had with any car shops. I will use Rocky Mountain Collision & Auto Painting every time that my car needs work.

These guys have been great to work with and do a great job. Unfortunately Ive been in to see them several times (teenage drivers??) and they take great care of me and my vehicles.

This is a great shop. They were always courteous and professional. They were easy to get a hold of and if the person I needed to speak with wasnt in, they called back as soon as they got back to the shop. The work was exceptional and they worked with us to make sure we had a great experience. About two weeks after having our car back we realized something was wrong with our windshield wipers. After talking with Rich about it we realized that we had messed them up when we had turned the wipers on and they hadnt moved because of some heavy, wet snow we hadnt yet cleared off of the windshield. Even though it was completely unrelated to our fender and door repair, Rich told us it was an easy fix and to bring it in anyway. We stopped in and they fixed it for us free of charge. Thats the type of people working at this shop. This is definitely the shop I would go to for any body work I might need in the future.

Their work is very nice always! The amount of time and promises though are discouraging.. I was told it would be done on a Friday (brought it in the Monday before) then it rolled around and they said Monday, then Monday they said Tuesday, etc.. I didnt pick it up until the following Thursday. I got told it was in paint a couple times then it would be done. It really put a dent in our schedule trying to plan around work every day

Rich and Bryan are great to work with. I wanted to change out the logos on my truck. The dealership wanted more then I was willing to pay Rich said he would do it for a quarter of what the dealership was going to charge. I asked him when he could do it he said they where about a month and half out on work and very busy do to the resent storms we had but it would not take long to change the logos on my truck and to bring it in the next and leave it for a couple of hours and he would get done. I dropped it off today and true to his word he had it done. They have done other work for me as well . I have been impressed every time. Thanks Rich and Bryan.

We recently went to Rocky Mountain Collison & Auto Repair to get an estimate on repairing or replacing both side mirrors on our Lexus as the bolts seemed to be broken and they were no longer stable. Rocky Mountain took the time to price things out for us, but then quickly did a creative quick-fix repair at no cost while we waited. We appreciated not being taken advantage of with an unnecessary replacement. Thank you for your integrity and ingenuity!

These guys are awesome. They have been painting parts for the company I work for. The parts look amazing and they did it very quickly with little notice. Great customer service. They go the extra mile and do what it takes to get it done.

I was buying a new car and had an issue come up on the carfax report. They looked at the car and gave me some super good feedback on the repair that had been made and the quality of it. In the end I tried to pay the guy for his help and he refused to take anything for it, just said to use them if I ever have any repair work. Another repair shop close buy quoted me $79 for this service. Outstanding customer service. I would and will recommend this shop to others.

The gents who run this body shop are stand-up guys. They helped repair my bumper free of charge because it was an easy fix. Didnt even charge for labor! They were sweet and helpful, not trying to trick me or make a quick buck. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Great people! I went in because I had been in a crash and hadnt heard from my insurance agent regarding fixing my car :(I walked in without an appointment, and was greeting by an amazing smelling lobby! A gentleman came from a office towards the west wall and came out to help me, as another gentleman was helping another client. He was very informative and professional. He came out and listened to my situation, told me where to go for my specific circumstance, and still took the time with me...even though he knew I would not end up using their services because he told me where I needed to go for my insurance!If I could pick an auto body shop, this would be it for sure.PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, HONEST and TRANSPARENT.

So common sense dictates when you need something fixed, get 3 estimates, throw out the high and low bid and go with something in the middle. This company is the epitome of the high bid. They should have their own category, extremely and laughably high. Hope you get a mint on your pillow after....

Terrible experience! I would not recommend Rocky Mountain Collision. Our car was involved in an accident a few years ago. The owner of the car that hit us suggested that we get our car repaired at Rocky Mountain Collision. After our car was repaired, we noticed that the engine was running very, very rough. I took the car back to Rocky Mountain and explained the issue. They explained that my car was older and that the issue was not related to the collision. (The car was running perfectly before the collision.) After a few more weeks of dealing with this issue, I finally took the car to another repair shop and they replaced the part that was broken. The engine ran perfectly after that. The new repair shop even suggested that the issue was likely due to the impact of the collision.

It was HORRIBLE!! Their work was perfunctory.First, I was told it would take no longer than a week once they had gotten in all of the parts. Well it took 6 1/2 weeks to complete. I picked up my truck during bad weather, which made a good inspection near impossible to do. They left 5-6 runs in the paint. The paint didnt look very smooth, almost like an orange peel texture. I took it to an Detail Shop and had them buff it down and had a ceramic coating applied, to protect the paint. While he was buffing for 8 hours, They got it smoothed out to a showroom finish. Which exposed all of the sand and dust underneath the paint, I lost count at a 100. Maybe they should go into the business of non-slip flooring?So, I call them up and talk to them about it. They say to bring it in, Im out of state a friend recommended them to me, scheduling a time to bring it in is difficult. It costs me a lot of money to do so. (The time off of work and the fuel cost). I bring it in to them and have them look at it, they agreed there were a few runs they would get out. I talked to them about the coating I had applied. Very expensive with all of the buffing and paint correction around $1500. They said that they would buy it and re-apply it when they were finished getting out their flaws. As it turns out they couldnt get the product in time. Then they said they wouldnt re-apply it once they were able to get it in. They said it was difficult to work with, which tells me it was protecting my paint, if only they wouldve done a better job the first time. But they would purchase the product and mail it to me at the least then I could have the detail shop re-apply it. Which I was agreeable with, but not happy about. Then they called and said it was too tough to get and they werent going to do anything at all. They said they spent 44 man hours taking the old coating off and getting out their flaws. I think the need to set up a practice area, in good sun light you can see the swirl marks from them polishing. Someone needs to teach them how to do a good cut and polish!! It still looks awful!!They kept changing their story on what they would do to fix it. I gave them the opportunity. In the end I wound up with a 30 paint job, (looks great 30 away).They do volume work, pump and dump. I wouldnt let them do a paint by numbers kids book.

We have taken several of our vehicles here ranging from minor damage to major damage. Everytime we have we have been treated with honesty and excellent service. The staff is great and goes above and beyond the required service and possibly more importantly their work is superior! We have been back and will continue to go back!

Im not one to write negative reviews, but I would avoid this place at all costs. Cheap fix and didnt solve the problem with my car. Returned multiple times and they couldnt figure out the problem. Extremely disrespectful towards women. They treated me like I was inferior and didnt know what I was talking about. I went to a different auto body shop and they diagnosed and fixed the problem instantly.

Rich is a good honest guy. He took care of my parents when they were in an accident. I write insurance and know a good body shop when I see one. These guys are top tier. They dont overcharge and are fast, needless to say RMC will be where I refer my clients from now on.Keep up the good work guys !

I had an amazing experience with Rocky Mountain Collision & Auto Painting. The office was closed on a Saturday but had a forwarding number to Enon who took my call and helped me problem solve once he saw the pictures of my car I had texted him. He said it was a minor problem and gave me some product names to do it myself. After sensing my apprehension, he offered to apply the products for me. He went a step further and served me by saying, Dont worry about the products, I have some here and will do it free of charge. We met in front of his house where he removed the marks on my car. I cant thank him enough for his service and kindness. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Collision & Auto Painting. Their customer service if fantastic.

Gave me a fair estimate on my vehicle damage. Only downside is it takes a while until they can take your car in. Good for them but bad for new consumers.

How does one do justice in effectively describing an opportunity to be served by the manager of Rocky Mountain Collision and Paint? Brian Bullock is a manager who more closely resembles a General Manager. Hes great! And hes personable too (this means a lot to me). Brian took great care of us, and of our Honda Odyssey too. Going above and beyond must be a company mantra. It certainly is Brians.I recommend this organization! Their work is spot on, they are fair and honest, and I love how Brian speaks so highly of the owner, Richard Warburton. Having learned a little about the Warburton family I can understand why. I went in to get an estimate and the guy saw that i had two other estimates, told me i didnt need anymore because they wouldnt charge much different than the places i had already gone to. He told me to go with the highest bid i had got, and he did not seem to care to help me in anyway and basically told me to go home.

Expect to never heard back from them after they reluctantly inspect the damage and claim theyll call you back after speaking with the insurance.

The service here isnt amazing, but they get the job done.
