If your going to go to AutoZone make sure you see the guys at the pleasant Grove location. They will help you get exactly what you need without being to pushy

They had the bulb I needed for my motorcycle. Pretty good staff. Some can be a little stingy. Not my first pick of places to recycle used motor oil.

My battery died at a dance competition. I was an hour away from home. Another Auto Zone location would not replace my battery because of the late hour. Thanks Pleasant Grove Auto Zone for taking care of me and replacing my battery!! You’re awesome.

Had a check engine light come on had some long blonde haired kid help me said he knew how to use an obd reader went outside to help me couldn’t find my truck even though obd readers pull that stuff up automatically so I left and went to the next shop across the street worked fine there they even let me do it so I don’t know what he was thinking

After going to the one in American Fork it’s saying that they cannot test my battery with the proper equipment they threw on another gauge that really didn’t tell me anything if the battery was good so I was FOL. I went to the one in Pleasant Grove and they tested it and found a bad battery and also help me install it and help me with my other air filters. Top-notch service in the one in the Pleasant Grove location

Today I stopped in for breaks and Miguel was awesome and gave the best customer service I have ever had at Autozone And honestly some of the best customer service Ive had anywhere. He was enthusiastic, happy to help, knowledgeable and made the overall experience a great one! At this Autozone They always give good customer service. He said Autozones number one goal is customer service and taking care of the customer And I believe him. Whatever Miguel is making is not enough and I authorise a minimum of a 10% increase. 😁 Thanks for the great service today!

Great staff that helped my wife with windshield wipers.

Everyone here is nice, and the store manager is fantastic. Hes super knowledgeable, very kind, and easy to talk to, which -- as a woman -- is a refreshing change from what its typically like talking to a mechanic or car guy. He changed my car battery this morning in less than an hour, even cleaning all the corrosion off of everything. Cant recommend this place enough.

Auto zone is a great place to get your shopping done for all of your car needs. They have a wide variety of all kinds of parts for whatever you automobile needs. The service is more than happy to help at it is conveniently located next to a gas station so you can get things to help you on your way to your destination

I know nothing about cars and my battery died. I came in and they helped me. Everyone was super kind and helpful. Miguel helped get my new battery in. It probably took like 15 minutes and they gave me money back for my battery. I will definitely be coming back.

The store says they open at 730, I got here at 720 and Rich took care of me. My service engine soon light was on. I bought an air filter and cabin filter and Rich put them in for me. Great place!

Miguel is the man! He gave us tips to clean our car battery so we would save a bunch of money. Super nice, friendly, and real! Would have given 5 stars just for him but sometimes we have to haggle with the other workers who push the highest prices items on us.

Broke my windshield while replacing my wipers. My windshield already had a large horizontal crack. The new crack is vertical, in a completely different location and looks like its gonna spread in several directions. Manager said if the other crack wasnt already there, he wouldve replaced it. No apology, no discount, nothing. I was going to wait to replace the windshield, but now I have to replace it asap. The photo doesnt show that the crack has already spread about 2 feet. This only happened about an hour ago. Zero customer service.UPDATE:I contacted district management, who asked me what I wanted done. I suggested paying for half, which was more than fair. However, the process has been so difficult! The manager chose the place to get the replacement, but it took a week for him to get back to me with the location which was somewhere between Pleasant Grove and AF. Not an exact location. Was told to tell the replacement place about the autozone account. There was no autozone account. I was then told to bring the receipt back to Autozone to get reimbursed for half. I went there, only to be told that only the manager could give me a check and he was on vacation for the next 4 days. I wish I had been told that before! This would be so much easier with a little communication. I will never go to Autozone again.

It was so great. The roller coasters were some of the greatest things I’ve ever been on.

It was raining outside - I couldn’t see at all because my blades were so old. These guys helped me out half hour past closing to get me the windshield wipers I needed. THEN they came out to my truck to check out why my check engine light was going off.I thought I needed parts that I didn’t need - they saved me money by being straightforward about what I would need to get that check engine light fixed up.Eddie B was awesome and helpful.

The employees here are incredibly helpful. They were willing to stay 25 minutes after close to help me with an alternator issue. They gave great advice, and are not afraid to get their hands dirty helping you on your car issues. Great service, sometimes over crowded, and understaffed, but for what they have, they do great! 👍

First time, I was there they taught me how and when to use a torque. Next, visit they taught me how to clean the cars fuel injectors. Third, visit they they told me how to clean the top of my old battery with Coke Cola or Baking Soda. IT WAS Great.

Ive always been able to find what I need and have received great customer service. One experience takes the cake. My brother bought a new windshield wiper for his car. the part that was supposed to attach to the car broke during installation. We drove back and told the manager about it and he was able to find a replacement part and came out to the car to install it himself at no additional charge to us! We really appreciated that.

Friendly service, went in to see what the service light was on for. Didnt have the part I needed unfortunately but even with it fairly busy was able to get in and out quickly.

Fast & knowledgeable staff. Great place for car related advice. Not budget prices (you can shop Wal-Mart for that) but they really know what theyre talking about here.

Wow! Ive never been more impressed with the service Ive gotten anywhere. The sales associate, Ginger, checked the battery in my car, ended up replacing it and checking the alternator for problems because of the short battery life. She was as helpful as could possibly be.

Greeted right away. Helped right away. They didnt have the parts I needed at this location so they explained my options. When I opted to go to another store they called and had them hold the parts for me.

Amazing experience here. I went down the road an an unnamed common oil change place for some help with my tail lights not working and they had no idea what the problem was. So I went here in desperation kind of knowing that the workers arent required to know this kind of stuff but maybe there was a chance they could look up a fuse or something. Not only did they quickly help me find the problem with the burnt out fuse, but they saw that the previous owner of my vehicle had put in poorly made led lights that caused the fuse to burn out anyways. So for a total of like 15 bucks I not only had someone help me find the burnt fuse, but identify the cause of it in the first place. I will be coming back here for certain.

Went in to replace a battery and ended up getting a battery and great customer service as they offered to help me replace it on the spot and get me back on the road worry free! Ive bought brake pads, wipers, fluids, and brake rotors and I havent yet had a bad experience here of with the products Ive bought.

I have been to this Auto Zone several times and I have always walked away so impressed with the employees, their knowledge, and their willingness to help. On new Years Day, my Alternator went out. I was starting a new job the next day and could not wait to get it to a repair shop. The employees there walked me through what I would need to do to replace it myself, showed me a few good youtube tutorials to follow and told me I could call them at any point and ask for help. They were nothing but professional and helpful. As a result, I was able to do a repair I had never done before by myself with a lot of confidence. This isnt the only time they have provided such great customer service either. When my car battery died and I went to get a replacement, the employees came out in the snow storm to verify it was a bad battery. Once that was confirmed the employee went in and discovered the battery was under warranty, so I got a free replacement battery, then he went back out in the snow storm to replace it for me. This is the kind of customer service you would want from any business.

The employees at this place dont seem to care about your time and they take forever always to help you out, also their computers are super glitchy and I got charged for something I never even got. But thats just my experience.

I waited in line for over 20 minutes, as the very next person in line. I broke my back serving in the US Air Force, and was on crutches. After so long, I resorted to kneeling on the ground, because I couldn’t stand any longer. Still, neither of the two employees glanced at me. When I asked how long it would be, the employee rudely recommended that I go across the street to O’Reilly’s, which is exactly where I am headed. Worst experience ever, especially for a company who supposedly respects and honors Veterans.

Walked in the other day alarms went off as I entered. I looked at the employees, the looked at me and and acted like it happens all the time. As i left i walked out at the same time as one of the employees was leaving and again the alarms went off. This time he accused me of stealing and wanted to see what was in my backpack. After finding nothing but my gym clothes I got no apology for tearing out everything in my backpack. I was right in front of the employee the entire time I was in the store. If I was stealing why would I walk out the same time an employee is and why did no one say anything when I walked in the store? Went to wal mart after had no problem with the alarms going off. So dont know whats going on with autozones alarms but maybe get them fixed.

Went here for a check engine light. We got a rough diagnosis in a minute or so and were sent to a mechanic that the employee trusted for more details. In all, we just had to pay $9 for a can of cleaner when most places would charge us at least $100 for labor.

They have treated me well every time and had everything that we have been looking for at great prices.
