It’s a quick stop in for miscellaneous items that I want. Their chocolate selection is not great but they have a nice selection of ice cream. Ordered some photos but was never informed their machine was broken.On one occasion I was greeted by a male employee. Then I saw him hide in an adjacent aisle and stare at another female customer the whole time I was there. Definitely some racial profiling happening and it made me uncomfortable. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.I haven’t seen that employee since and the other employees have been very nice.

Never saw a clerk. There was a self check out.

My car broke down in their parking lot. They were super-nice, offered to let me sit in the air conditioning, and to leave my car there until tow truck came. Tow truck never came and I had to get a ride home an hour away. The next morning, the assistant manager did me the favor of checking on it to see if it would start (it did!). Thats just really decent, and one more reason for me to love CVS Pharmacies.

Employees were especially kind and welcoming to Spire employees. Some employees had stories regarding their interaction with Spire employees and contracted contruction crews. CVS Employees were very hospitable and eager to understand the work going on around them.This is perhaps the most friendly CVS Ive visited.

Awesome customer service. On Wednesday December 4th, the cashier went out of her way to help calm my two year old son down who was crying for toys. It worked! Thanks!

Poor customer service prescription never ready when they say it will be, pharmacy employees are never nice

Terrible service

Everytime we bring a prescription in to be filled, we are told it will be a couple of hours. Today we were told it will be a couple of ours because it was just one person and the pharmacist there and the pharmacist doesnt feel well.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Customer service was great, they deal with rude customers with respect, saw it first hand the customer was horrible, but they were Professional
