This place is pretty cool. The parent company is RenACenter. The charge a lot of l in taxes but the posative part of you can afford it over a long period of time. This comes in handy if you dont have the total amount up front. Im a diamond member and have never missed a payment. Great people.

They are great to work with until something breaks down. Bought a washer through the plover wi store. 4 months later washer wasnt working correctly. Had to call whirlpool to get someone to come out to fix, by the time they come out it will be almost 3 weeks w/o a washer and no way to get to a laundry mat. Get it now wouldnt replace or give us a loaner, said it was against company policy. Found out through another store that its up to the DM. When I asked to replace it they said that then its considered a repossession even though ALL my payments are up to date. And they wont wave the payments while we are w/o a washer. Tried to call DM, no answer. Called corporate and they left a message for the DM and the DMs boss. That was Friday, today is Tuesday and I havent heard a word from them. Good customer service until you need something. I will never do business with get it now ever again and I will never refer anyone to them.Update: so the repair man came and needs to order a part. Could take 2 plus weeks. Called get it now and they still refuse to do anything for me, 5-6 weeks w/o a washer and Im supposed to make my payments and just deal with it or as lori said to me -because yes Im livid-maybe I should use honey because you can catch more bees w/honey than vinegar. Piss poor customer service. They wont replace the washer, do a loaner or wave payments. Ill never do business w/this place again.

I have been a customer since 2013.. and I can definitely say I’ve seen employees come and go.. I’m not very impressed with the employees they have now. There’s barely an communication anymore. They’re not very friendly. I will be finding a different rent to own place for further purchases!

I have been going through the Get it Nows since they were Rent a Centers and frankly no matter what branch I go through the people are very helpful! To those that read the bad reviews it is usually that they did not get what they wanted also I have never seen Sam and her crew ever being immature and rude ever! Love my bed it is great they helped me again when others would not even though my credit rating got me a 2015 car! So thank you all for helping me get a good nights rest again!

Was recently in the market for a laptop on a budget. Looked here and found one or two I might afford. Was not even shown them. They would only show me ones i couldnt afford then they would call me one or two times a day everyday. I ended up having to block their number.

It was helpful for when we needed things and couldnt afford bigger payments else where but now that my fiance and I have paid everything off no longer need anything. They will not stop calling us. And I am fed up with this. The last time I want or my fiance is 10 missed calls from them about how you can get us a deal on this item. We paid for want we needed so just leave it at that!

I can not say enough good things about this place. Everyone is very pleasant there, including the delivery people. I have the worst credit ever and they still financed me at the price I said I could afford for the item I wanted. They call to remind me to make my payment which I appreciate very much. They delivered to my door the very next day. Five stars all the way.

STAY AWAY!!!! employees are extremely unprofessional, and act like school children. They were very visibly making fun of another customer on the phone right in front of me . One of the ladies wouldnt listen to me about what kind of lap top I wanted and pressured me into getting a complete oversized piece of crap. They have no idea what they are talking about. And if you are even 5 days late on a $20 payment, they call all your references and send a bouncer to your house at 9 am on a Saturday morning in a van thats blaring music . You can not be so desperate to make you want to go here

I know the lady who has bed bugs, she is a very nice lady and i was there when they brought her the bed, the mattress was wrapped in plastic and sealed, when she took the plastic off there was bed bugs, they didnot want to hear it, and hung up ....

I purchased a Range and Refrigerator through Get It Now in Plover. Im only 7 payments away from full ownership. We decided it was time to upgrade our bed. We have been in discussions with both Andrew and Miss Reba about this bed We had our hearts set on. The one they had in store had sold. Reba took time to locate another and found 1 in Madison. Typically if something is needed from another store the store needing does a pick up, however as it turns out Plover had something Madison needed. When the Madison store was asked to bring the bed with to pick up what they were in need of the Madison store refused. Like with many companies these days Plover store is short staffed and the other store refused to help out although they were set to come to the Plover Store anyways. These wonderful employees at the Plover Store didnt just give up. They kept looking and found our bed in Rochester MN. The Rochester Store is coming to another Store Im WI and is bringing the bed there, that store has agreed to meet half way from them and Plover to transfer the bed to the Plover Store truck to be brought to Plover. I have never experienced anyone doing so much for 1 client in any retail store. These people are fantastic all the way around. Reba is an awesome manager that treats everyone with respect and kindness and her sales team goes the extra mile for their clients. It was an amazing group effort to make things happen to get us our bed. I can not wait until the time comes to purchase our new living room furniture. You better believe this is exactly where I am going to make my purchase. I will be working with Reba and her team for years to come.If youre in need of furniture or appliances or you are wanting a new TV, Computer, stereo this is definitely the place to go. You wont be disappointed.
