They were even funnier than my dentist who is hilarious. V cheerful nd quick, wouldnt even let me help them and declined offer of drink and pit stop. They even helped me snap out my dog gate as I didnt want them to have to lift the mattress over the structure. And they were gone! Who was that maaked man?

I am so happy that my husband and I went back here just last week and decided to buy the queen size bed that we saw about a year ago. The salesman, Mike, was absolutely amazing. He wasnt pushy and he let us make all the decisions that we needed to on our own and answered our questions. He was very helpful. It was an all-around wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone going here as they offer great finance options to help get the rest you need.Our bed was delivered today so I have yet to sleep on it but I know the quality that I am going to receive. The delivery people who came were very efficient and got everything set up very quickly. They are very good at sending no reply emails and text messages. I even got a phone call letting me know that they were 10 minutes away. It was a very easy interaction today to get the bed set up for me.The pictures below is the mattress that we bought with the base that comes with a remote to lift our heads and feet. The best thing about buying the base is that you do not have to buy a box spring or bed frame with it. The base is a little bit more expensive but well worth it. We also got new pillows to go with our new sleep experience and I cannot wait to have a better night sleep.

He started with inquires of what my needs in a mattress were, showed me several that matched my needs and then let me try them out for as long as I needed He even had me try other mattresses just to confirm that I was picking out the proper mattress for myself. He also explained the differences in the construction of the mattresses. Joe was very pleasant to work with and patient, answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I got a mattress. Within 30 days, all the springs flattened. It was like sleeping on a bunch of metal. We had to pay $100 to exchange it even though I am fully capable of hauling my own mattress.After I heard this, I just wanted a refund and they said that would cost EXTRA! The “manager” wouldn’t even look me in the eye and said it was my fault for not reading the policy.Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.UPDATE: After reaching out to corporate 7 times and reporting them to the BBB twice, I finally got my money back.

Update: was told the mattress was coming two days- no phone calls and no one showed up. If you want to take two days off work or away from your life only to be stood up this is the place! No mattress received yet.Undergoing a mattress replacement with PureCare, the manufacturer of the mattress protector MatressFirm sold me. PureCare has been fantastic MattressFirm awful. PureCare was upfront about policies MattressFirm hid behind a long list of stipulations. Not upfront at the time of sale of protector that you still follow MattressFirms stipulations was told you follow Purecares yet I’ve been told they have a contract functioning in the background. Bogus. Consider taking your business to a place that is more upfront and honest. Gosh sakes you can’t even talk to a human at MattressFirm about their policies it’s all over email! Oh and they require you to be available a full day for delivery, as they don’t give you a window of delivery time until the night before!

So honest and transparent about pricing, not overwhelming what so ever working with the sales consultant!

We just purchased a Beauty Rest mattress here after visiting three other vendors in Stevens Point/Plover. The mattresses in-store are color coded by firmness, which helped make decision making quicker and easier. Prices and sales are also clearly posted. Brandon and Jake were extremely knowledgeable about all their products. They were very helpful and professional, and not pushy like salespeople we met in two other local stores. We got an extra discount by going online and signing up for MF emails. We were also offered discounts on accessories and warranties.

Excellent place to buy a mattress! The first time I stepped foot in the store, I was given outstanding customer service and answers to any and all questions I asked; Jake is the man, so ask for Jake. I was never pressured or persuaded into buying a mattress. I did not buy a mattress that day and continued to shop around. I ended up making 2 more trips to Mattress Firm until I finally found the perfect mattress. At Mattress Firm, they cared more about helping me find the right mattress than they did making the sale or getting me to buy the most expensive mattress. I know there are tons of mattress in a box brands out there, but there is something to be said about being able to lay in a mattress before you purchase and having a store/human being you can have a face to face conversation with. I highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone interested in purchasing a new mattress and Ill definitely be shopping there again when its time to upgrade mine.

The sales people there are like dealing with care dealership sales men.. and their 4 month trial is bull... you have to then pay them to come pick it back up and a restocking fee, which turns out to cost so much that it is cheaper to keep the damn thing.. The mattresses they have at the location are so old that they are not a good representation of the mattress.. I bought one based on the showroom floor model.. come to find out that showroom floor model has been there for 3 years!!!!
