Just call customer service, the hold time will be less than the time you wait in this store.I couldn’t be helped and was just told I’d have to call customer service anyways.Don’t bother going in at all.

Salesman lied about my trade in value. Went in with old phone (8+) that had a crack on the back side and wanted to verify I could get the $700 deal. Salesman Said no problem. Went to the store when my new 12 came in. Traded phone in only got $350. Employees basically told me they couldn’t anything and that it was already done deal. Wouldn’t let me take my old phone back. Told me I would have to call 611 number and deal with it on my own they couldn’t do anything. As a new customer I already want to switch after such poor service. Will be contacting AT&T direct to try and get my phone back or promised trade in.

Id give negative stars if I could.Today, per AT&T corporate office, I went in to return the AT&T TV boxes as we were shoved the boxes and our phones when they came in without any assistance. Sorry customer service was not given at pickup and its not okay. Mobily who owns the Plover store, should consider who they hire and rudeness is not a qualification.Upon calling AT&T directly I was told the store will take them back. Jack who claimed to be the manager greeted me with hatred the second I walked in. He stated, Im not taking those, I dont want them in my inventory. Told him I dont care what HE wants its what AT&T says. He told me to leave the store. He actually said Ill help you report me. Really??Outside the stores front doors, I called corporate AT&T who has emailed me a label to send the boxes back and apologized for this store. From reading the reviews, they need to inform their franchise, this is not okay.

Its an AT&T store so dont expect anything else. High pressure sales because they work on commission. Their mobile plans are canned and pre planned so dont think they will give you personalized service. You just have to decide if they are better or worse than any other mobile provider. We go back just because we like the coverage....not the sales team.

When I first walked in, the manager or whoever he was that was in charge was reluctant to switch over my new phone. I hadnt bought the phone in the store, I had ordered it online as they didnt offer it in the store even though it was an AT&t phone. When I showed him that it was actually an AT&t phone he acquiesced to getting the work done and had one of his assistants take care of it. The young lady who did the work was very pleasant to deal with.

Slow!!!! They have no sense of customer service. They have no idea which customers to help so they just help whomever which causes conflict between customers. They start disagreements between customers. And then act like we “should act like adults!” First, get your store under control. Second, when you have a line move customers in and out this is not a coffee shop!

I would give this a 0 rating if I could. Drove 30 Minutes to Plover store 2 days in a row to get our son a new phone for college and upgrade ours. Was told there were no Apple 12 or 11 phones and they would be ordered. Checked appleton and wausau locations. Ordered an 11 phone here and drove another 30 minutes to wausau to get the 12 just before closing. Was told we would now have to switch to a higher amount plan costing 100 dollars more than what we are paying. Riley said plover location misinformed us and we had to have him cancel the 11 we ordered as well. I would have has a surprise when I would notice the 700 dollar discount would not have applied. Called the plot dr as store back and no answer until7 attempts. Talked with Alyssa who ww initially worked with and she said she leaned something new and was sorry. Cancelled my apple 11 order supposedly and wanted 3 hours in gas and travel for nothing. Looking T us cellular and Verizon to have better service. All we wanted was to facetime our son going to college out of state. Dont waste your time going to any of these locations. They dont have phones in store and want to Increase your bill..

Whiting, Plover, WI.Manager is the most ignorant person I meet. He has absolutely no clue what his doing. I went there to return a screen protector after it cracked in 5 days they refused to reimburse me!!!!!!!!!!!!They where going to keep my money $50 for ONE “screen protector” that was cracked.I have more to say but I’ll stop!!!!I will never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coming from a former employee, I would stay away from this Store!Whatever the sales reps are telling you is 110% either a lie OR a half truth. We do this to sell you a product outside of the phone because we, earn a comission check. We view your money as our money, when you come in youre more then likely to be asked tk buy multiple items or services you dont need.1: Your phone (You are going to buy that anyway you stepped in the store to do that.)2: Case, screen protector, wireless charger. (More money for us reps)3: AT&T T.V Yes, AT&T has it in their head people want this service. So we are in charge of trying to sell the service. And typically we are able to draw the attention of customers. However, after, doing a breakdown of just the basic package, to the very few customers who say yes, things quickly turn into a no. As you can see in the example below, this is just another over priced Cable service.The basic package: $64/mo plus taxAfter 2 years: $99/mo plus tax.4: Reps dont have time for you, they are going to turn through as many customers as possible in order to hit sales goals!Hard truth yall but AT&T sees you as dollar signs.

Ellie was extremely nice and helpful. This is what you expect from customer service. I went to the store on Appleton and they refused to help me with a return I purchased in Indiana. They told me I had to go back to Indiana, they couldnt take it back in Appleton. Ellie did not have a problem with assisting me with the return. She informed me I would need to call AT&T to cancel the service. When I showed her I had already tried and was unable to get anyone on the phone, she called someone directly and we handled it in the store. 5 🌟 for Ellie.

I had a worst customer experience on this store.I was using an S7 edge and theres a new deal going on in ATT where if u trade in the old phone u can get a new S21 for free if you have an unlimited data plan.. However I did not have the unlimited plan and I was on a mobile share plan.. It was my mistake that I have not read the disclaimer clearly b4 trading in .. I trusted the salespersons words and asked him bout the trade in deal and they said theres only a one time charge of $60 for the upgrade we need to pay and there are no extra charges.. However they have not said that there would be an increase in the monthly payment .. So I thought I was getting the new phone with only one time fee.. I noticed the next day via email that the monthly payment would be $200+ instead of $80 for the next 2 years .. Even though the phone price of $800 would be waived off in the upcoming cycles, I will still be paying the extra $120 every month for the unlimited 5g service where the area does not even have the 5g service.. If I had known bout this earlier I would ve happily used the S7 edge which was still in a good working condition.Cos of my stupidity and believing the sales person words blindly, I ve ended up burning my pocket.. I went to the store next day to cancel the deal but the sales people r not even ready to hear me.. The sales girl with blue eyes in tat store was so rude . I dont know how come they were talking sweet the day before n turn rude the next day... Atleast the manager was kind enough to hear the problem.But wat I felt was if the sales people itself r not very clear with the plans atleast do not misguide the customers. And if customer comes and tell their problem please have a courtesy to respect them ..Also it is my fault as well to not know the exact plan details.I would not recommend this store to anyone to be safe ..

We were in the AT&T store in Plover today with a couple of phone challenges. Gabe was the employee that helped us, and he was awesome. He listened carefully to our requests and was quick and thorough with his work. We also appreciated the attention to safety AT&T displayed with the mask requirement, frequent sanitizing of common surfaces, and attempts at social distancing. 😀

AT&T advertises nationwide 5g. I got a Samsung S20. 5g. The phone has always read 4g. Called the store today and asked if 5g was available in the Plover area as its advertised as nation wide. Was told yes it maybe the way my phone is set up. I could either bring it in or IF I have the insurance plan call them to check it out. I have the insurance. As I am on a family members plan I also need the password then they can go in and reset my phone if 5g is in the area. Why isnt this done when you purchase the phone or if 5g is not available why do they advertise it as available nationwide and let you know when you purchase. Love the phone, hate this being misled and hassle to get it corrected. Still dont know if its that 5g is not available or a phone problem. Gave up for the night.

Dont go on a weekend. We wandered around for 10 minutes and no one could be bothered to greet us. When I inquired about whether there was a line I got a rather snippy answer. We went next door to Cellcom and US Cellular to compare plans. We are out of our AT&T contract and I dont think well stay with them. Customer service is important to us.

The service was incredibly slow due to the tech (Shelly) we were working with being easily distracted. We entered the store for a simple plan upgrade (adding data to our plan only) and a phone upgrade for myself and my husband. The process in total took just shy of 2 hours (from 5pm to 6:56pm). Much of the automated process I completed for myself. Of the 4 customers who entered the store after us, 3 left before us and 1 left within minutes of our departure. With the exception of our slow service the remainder of our experience was pleasant. The manager was friendly and helpful while he tried to hurry the process along for us. We spent a considerable amount of time observing the other tech who was friendly, helpful, thorough and efficient.

Not very helpful staff. The agent helping us was very new and not familiar with our issue, she kept asking the Supervisor for help and you could see the frustrating look on the supervisors face like leave me alone!! So, the Supervisor kept telling the agent for us to call AT&T on the phone! It was very frustrating seeing how they didnt want to help at all! Thank goodness we are not customers of that company because I would hate to have to go back to that store again! Anyone else had issues here too?

I came in to add an iPad to my accounts which was done, a $10/month charge. The clerk told me if I changed plans I could get 2x the data for only that $10. I said sure even though I never used all my data in the past.She then tried to convince me to change other features which I declined. By this time I was ready to walk out.So then I get the statement from ATT and bill is up $40/month. I have been dealing with customer service now for 2 weeks to go back to my old plan and it’s still not straightened out.Suggest avoiding this store. I know I will in the future.

I was having issues with canceling a few extra lines on the account. I had called the main number and attempted to fix this over the phone. I was transferred 9 times before I got frustrated and disconnected. When I went into the store and was approached by Jon-Paul. He was amazing. He sat down at the table and called them directly and talked to the representatives. He also was being transferred but asked why and was very professional. In the end the issue was resolved and I could not have been more pleased with jon-paul!
