Stephanie was super helpful. She described the Defender 360 in detail and shared her own personal experience. Its a bonus when a salesperson/consultant has actually used the product. Stephanie took her time with me, she did the right amount of follow up and answered all of my questions. This will be my FOURTH Defender. I love this product and feel safe using it in my home. Ive had Defenders for probably 20 years now. I wouldnt buy any other air cleaner. I use them for allergy and asthma relief.

We have 2 defenders in our restaurant Bella Cucina in Chardon Ohio! We love the fact that it adds a layer of protection for both our staff and our customers. Our industry has been hit hard during the pandemic. Having virus trapping air filtration is a huge advantage that’s makes our customers feel safer!! These units were pretty much ready to go out of the box. They are surprisingly quite and offer 3 different speed modes. The charcoal filter wrap is also very cool as it also eliminates odor. We could not be more pleased. I’m a Marine Corps veteran and I always look for products made in the USA. I was happy to know the defenders are manufactured in Cleveland!! Before you buy from these guys, make sure you price check online. In fact don’t even sign up for the demo, you’ll have a hard time getting the sales person out of your house. You can often find the vacuum for less than $500 online. They try to sell them for $3k. Filters can also be bought online for $10. Do your homework.In response to owners. This company changes their name every few years in the attempt to shake their poor reputation.Look for their products online and save yourself a ton of money.As for the medical device gimmick. You know what else are class II Medical devices? Compression stalkings, condoms, pregnancy testing kits, powered wheelchairs.....Also brand name (not knock off) filter queen products are even available on amazon.

Ive had my Majestic and Defender for 5 plus years now I love this company and the warranty my motor went out on my vacuum and it was replaced under warranty and my carpets are clean and my air is clean and I I do not have as much dust on countertops and surfaces and its amazing on pet hair
